Om Shanti Retreat Centre (Gurgaon) -  16/7/2021 - Sweet bhog message on offering bhog to beloved Baba for avyakt image respected Dadi Gulzarji (through Gita Didiji)

26 July 2021

May BapDada's very loving and co-operative divine family, please accept very loving remembrance.

On 16th July 2021, a programme was organised in Om Shanti Retreat Centre (ORC) in memory of Baba's Kohinoor- Dadi Gulzarji, and bhog was also offered to Baba.  We are sending you the brief news of the programme and Baba’s message with this letter.

A special tribute was given by all devoted brothers and sisters of the Delhi Zone to the former Chief Administrator of Brahma Kumaris, respected Dadi Hriday Mohiniji (Dadi Gulzarji), in ORC. Bhog was offered to Baba for Dadiji in which the main brothers and sisters of the zone were present.

During the program, senior sisters, including the Additional General Secretary of Brahma Kumaris, respected brother Brij Mohan, shared their experiences with Dadiji. Along with this, the doctors who were instrumental in looking after Dadiji’s chariot, which was also Baba’s chariot, also shared their experiences.  Everyone spoke about the inspirations they took from Dadiji, remembering her wonderful nature and her personality, her silent and loving nature, her far-sighted intellect, her most elevated sacrifice, tapasya, love and immense power. Neelu Behen and Tara Behen, who served Dadi for many years, also shared their experiences.

After that, Geeta Didi of Siri Fort, Delhi, and ORC Director offered bhog to Baba and brought the attached message.

Apart from this, the 'Divya Prakash' mega-watt level hybrid solar power plant was inaugurated by respected Brother Brij Mohan, Additional General Secretary of Brahma Kumaris. This plant is India's first plant to run on Lithium-Lead Batteries by converting sunlight into electricity and making clean and pollution-free electricity, which assures that electricity does not go out even when the grid is turned off.

In Godly service,

Your divine sister

B.K. Ashaben

Bhog Message:

Today, when I reached Baba in the subtle region, many brothers and sisters had already arrived there in advance.  Baba came in front of me.  I said to Baba: Baba, all these brothers and sisters have come to meet Dadiji.  Everyone has given lots of love and remembrance.  Baba emerged all of you in the subtle region.  There were many brothers and sisters: some had brought bouquets, some had brought garlands, some had brought gifts and they were giving all of this to Dadiji.  Then Dadiji also came in front, I met Dadi and took drishti from her.  Dadiji and Baba gave very loving drishti.  Then I said to Baba: Baba, today, all the Delhi resident brothers and sisters have sent bhog.  Baba, You accept it and also offer it to Dadiji.  Baba said: Those from Delhi remember Dadi, but what do they remember?  I said: Baba, we remember Dadi’s specialities, virtues, sustenance, drishti and her words.  Baba then spoke about Dadiji saying: As much as Dadi was detached, she was just as much loving.

Dadi had kept this aim in her life to become equal to the Father.  Dadi always followed just the one Father, and not any brother or sister.  While following Baba, while doing tapasya, and being intense in her efforts, she created her stage.  Baba said: You remember Dadi, but you do not remember her thinking that just as she created her life and had specialities in her life, we also have to imbibe them.  Baba said: Today, you have brought a garland of flowers, but garland should all the children bring?  What garland should be put around her?  Baba said: Firstly, create a garland of Dadi’s virtues.  Secondly, create a garland of Dadi’s specialities.  Remember what virtues and specialities she had.  Create a garland of that and put it around Dadi, and that will be a memorial.

Just as Dadi was an embodiment of love, she also had just as much balance of law.  Whatever disciplines and codes of conduct Baba taught us, Dadi imbibed these in her life.  Baba said: You may have love for Dadi, but whatever were Dadi’s virtues, specialities, sustenance and service, remember all of those things.  Baba said: Children ask how they can follow Baba, how can they become so elevated?  Baba said: Dadi is also an example in front of you.  Since Dadi followed Baba, can you not follow her?  Baba said: Always pay attention as to whether you are following your brothers and sisters or Baba.  Baba said: If your vision is on brothers and sisters, then you will see both their virtues and their defects, but Baba is the Ocean of Virtues, the Ocean of Knowledge and the Ocean of Love, and so you also have to become a master ocean like Him.  Baba said: Not a single virtue should be missing because you have to become complete with all virtues.  This is the memorial of you children.  Baba is the Ocean of Virtues.  All of us were looking at Dadi and Dadi was giving drishti.  Baba spoke of Dadi’s three specialities.  1.  We take Dadi’s drishti.  2. We listen to her words.  3. Dadi’s state of mind is very pure and peaceful.  You can even call her a goddess of peace.  Baba said: Bring such power of peace in yourselves because in today’s world, there is only peacelessness everywhere.  It is the responsibility of you children to finish that peacelessness.

To the extent that you become souls who are embodiments of peace, accordingly you will be able to give many souls the experience of peace.  Along with this, you will be able to make their attitude and the state of their mind peaceful.  Baba said: It is only then that the Father’s revelation will take place.  You chant the slogan: We will celebrate the year of revelation.  We have to bring about revelation, we have to bring about revelation, but in order to bring about that revelation, first of all reveal yourselves as to what has Baba made you.  Just as we have the Dadis in front of us today, and we think: How did they become that?  In the same way, you will also become this and reveal Baba and also reveal the Dadis.  Baba asked: Who are all these?  I replied: Baba, all of these are brothers and sisters who are residents of Delhi, and everyone is remembering Dadi a lot.  They have taken sustenance from Dadi, and all of them have experienced how they receive power from Dadi’s drishti and her words.  When BapDada used to come in Dadiji, we used to receive peace, power and many special inspirations.  Even now we remember that when Dadi was there, we used to go there and always had this one concern of when Baba will come.

Baba said: Tell the children that whenever they have any such thoughts, then go to the subtle region.  However, it is only when you adopt the avyakt stage that you will be able to celebrate an avyakt meeting.  Baba said: Nothing will happen by just speaking about it, but it will happen when you do it.  To the extent that you imbibe the avyakt stage, you can come to the subtle region whenever you want.  I asked Dadi: Dadiji, what message are you giving everyone?  Dadiji replied: Tell all the brothers and sisters that there is very little time left.  It is now the final period and the final birth.  Dadiji said: Even though you are seeing the situation of the world today, seeing that you are not paying attention to your own stage.  You speak about the situations, “Today this happened, today this happened.”  Dadiji said: Look at your own stage.  By seeing the situation and speaking about it, you begin to think about that.  Situations will come, but while seeing them and hearing about them, make your own stage powerful.  Baba also said: Many times children have been given the message to make preparations to return home and to be ever-ready.  Baba said: Because children are careless, they hear but do not hear and do not pay attention to it.  So now, tell the children that the time for laziness and carelessness is gone.  Baba said: If you are even now lazy and careless, you will not be able to be ever-ready.  In this way, Baba and Dadiji gave all of you lots and lots of love and remembrance and then gave me leave.

Sister Jayanti – 25th July 2021 – GCH God pulls the strings and I dance…

26 July 2021

Om shanti. Good morning. The Brahmin songs that have been created are very, very beautiful because each word of the song, of the lyrics, has a meaning and I know that some years ago we tried to translate all the songs but after that I don't think anybody has taken it on as a job. This one was talking about filling your inner apron with all the treasures that God can give and He's giving everything at this moment. So just to keep filling, filling, filling but also sharing because the more I give the more I receive.

Today's murli has many, many memories because it was the time when we were preparing for Global Cooperation for a Better World and it had been Baba’s direct instructions through Dadi Gulzar that told us that we had to do this project and what the project was going to be about. Baba gave very specific instructions and of course when you follow those instructions then, yes, there’s success. So both the international projects that Baba inspired us to do were amazing. This was in the 80s and we haven't had similar things since then. Different service has been happening, which is great, but that particular aspect of service where it was international projects was different.

So today Baba’s talking about the balance of service but also remembrance and, of course, absolutely vital. Service is easy because we're used to doing service, we’re used to doing. And so it's very easy to come to Baba and continue with the act of doing, doing and doing. But to be detached and take not just morning and evening yoga but regular moments of reflection through the day through traffic control, to be able to have those moments, is so valuable and important because it is those moments that then enable us to see what's going on and what I need to do. So Baba's talking about how even within a few moments of powerful remembrance you can take a huge amount of power from Baba.

But I really want to take up another question that I was asked yesterday and it's in a context of the murli that Baba’s talking about today. And the question was something that many of you might have been asked also. The question was when we say ‘I’, and generally it's ego that’s saying ‘I’, is it also possible that even when we are thinking about the soul, even in that stage, can there be ego the comes in? It's a very interesting question. The ego of this (the body) and all the things connected: possessions and position and role and responsibility on that external level. Of course Baba's explained, be soul conscious and you'll be able to detach from all of these things. And you're going to be able to experience yourself as that being of light, and that detachment in connection with Baba. But even in that awareness of soul, is it possible that ego creeps in? Well Baba tells that it is, because even in the ego of ‘I the soul’, ‘I'm a Yogi’, ‘I’m a gyani’, ‘I have x years of experience’; if all of these things come in, then of course they become a big block for my future progress.

And so the things that Baba’s talking about today are very interesting. Baba’s saying: don't let service take over, let yourself see service a) as a game and b) remember that you're an instrument. And Baba uses the word puppet, kathaputalee, and Dadi would very often use this expression for herself, that as God pulls the strings I dance. And so, that idea that I'm an instrument and God is in charge and to be able to live by that and practice that and experience that, means that truly I'm getting rid of all the ego of ‘I’.  But without that practice what does it mean to be an instrument and really, truly to have Baba in charge.

And yet of course there's the paradox; can I just say: Baba’s going to do everything and I'm neglecting my own responsibility or duty, and Baba will pick up on that and say ‘But you have to do the karma’. And today's murli also underlines that. Baba gives us the opportunity for fortune, so we have to do what we need to do but I still have to maintain the awareness that Baba is in charge.

Dadi would underline this for us many, many times. She would say: can anyone here say that I did this service, whatever it is, whether it’s the creation of Global House, Diamond House, Oxford, whatever it is? If it weren’t for Baba how could it have happened? All the service that’s happening, and I just mentioned a few places in the U.K., but just imagine. Dadi came from India just with a few sets of sarees and nothing else except the treasures she was carrying in here (Jayanti points to her forehead) and the experiences that she had had with Baba. And how did this little women, she was very little and she shrunk through the years, was able to not just do everything that’s happened in the U.K. but also actually train most of the teachers who were the instruments for service across the world; inspire them, support them, sustain them, empower them, all the things that she did all the time, not just for a little while, but all the time. And when we would go to Bharat then again Dadi would give so much personal attention to individuals, to groups, to the service that was going on, asking them if they needed any support; all of that was happening all the time.  And you see the results of that.

But she would never ever say ‘I am doing this’ or ‘I did this’. She would say the magic that’s happened in terms of service from nothing to everything, it’s been Baba. And it’s true that God’s power is what souls carried away with themselves after meeting Dadi. You didn’t say Dadi gave me the power. You said Dadi told me this but you had to then follow and take the power from God. And she showed you how to do that.

When the first collection of Dadi’s classes was written and then the question was, what’s the title of this book? I suggested Companion of God and we asked Dadi and she loved it and after that it’s been Dadi’s favourite expression:  ‘what do you do, how do you do it? I’m God’s companion’. So God’s companion is something that Baba is offering to all of us; to be God’s companion and see how God’s magic can work.

So kathaputlee, can I be the puppet with God pulling the strings? I like the word kathaputlee; it’s a nicer word than puppet. Am I doing what I need to do but knowing that, yes, it is God who is in charge. And Baba saying when you’re doing service, all you're doing is simply writing what has already been written. It's there already, done already, fixed already and all you're doing is writing it now again because it's happened many, many times in past kalpas and it's happening now again. And so that idea of just simply doing what’s been fixed in the drama and God in charge and it liberates us from the worry and the anxiety of how and why and what and if and but. And so one method that Baba’s given; be the puppet. The whole murli is about using these methods in terms of service.

The second method that Baba’s given is, let it be a game. Don’t take it seriously. There’s an interesting expression: nobody else is taking you seriously, why are you taking yourself so seriously? So don’t take it seriously; it’s a game. But yes when you step onto the game field, you don't know if the ball is going to hit your legs or you're going to be able to kick the ball. You don’t know if it’s going to come at you from here or there or where, unexpected. So you just have to be alert.

The Gita uses the image and analogy of the warrior but that's a bit violent but of course non-violent warriors is a term that sakkar Baba often uses. I don’t think it’s come so much in avyakt murlis but certainly in sakkar murlis; be the warrior on the battlefield, absolutely alert, can’t blink, just watch what’s going on and do what you need to do, but the idea of the game. And yes the alertness that you need to have on the field but not just the alertness - knowing that it’s a game.

And it's not a question of winning and losing. It’s a question of your consciousness as you do it and in this case the outcome is fixed, victory is fixed, Sat Yug is coming, no question about that. The only question is:  how have I been able to play the game? Have I been able to play keeping my own dignity, doing what I need to do but also just seeing how others are playing. And they’ll do the best that they can but let me play in whatever way it is I can. And so keep my eye on the ball and not let my eye go here or there but knowing that drama is fixed and victory is destined. And so if the ball is hitting me, again it’s OK, let me carry on. I’m not going to give up because of that.

And so Baba encouraging us and inspiring us in this particular murli. But Baba also again and again, reminding us; just simply go into silence inside, connect with Baba and Baba will give you power and refreshment. And so Baba making sure that we understand that the main thing is Sangam Yug. It’s Sangam Yug and whatever is going on, it's an opportunity to create fortune for the whole kalpa. And so, yes, services is fortune, service is amazing, it teaches us so many things but at the same time, not to get distracted by service. Baba is talking about keeping a balance, being aware of the needs of the body and also doing service.

It's not often Baba tells us yes, you need to have sleep. How often have you heard Baba say that? Not so often. Usually Baba’s saying ‘don’t sleep.’ But in this murli Baba’s telling us, yes, you need to make sure you get enough sleep. So Baba also the loving Mother, not just concerned with service but concerned with the physical and spiritual well being of His children. I hope there’s a video of this murli so that when you see it you’ll see Baba’s loving concern and how He expresses that. The words carry that also but of course seeing Baba’s face at that time was very powerful and beautiful.

So, a lovely murli but I also want to talk about another thing that's come up in several of the avyakt murlis and the sakkar murli recently and that is Baba talking about sakshi and sati, the observer and the companion. I always used to think that if God is my Companion, then I'll be able to be the detached observer. Over this period, what I've been seeing is that Baba’s not saying companion first; Baba’s saying observer first.

And so giving it a little bit of thought and realizing that trying to be an observer, just thinking well, God's my Companion, God's going to help and somewhere there's a slippage and you forget to be the observer. But if I train myself to be the observer; Baba always says you take one step forward and I'll come a hundred thousand steps forward to you. And so if, firstly, I make that effort and keep checking within a situation; am I the detached observer of this or have I got caught up in the game? Everything's a game and so am I getting caught up in it?

Or am I able to be detached from it in a very genuine way in which, in that detachment, I’m able to see myself because being the observer, being the witness, means that firstly, I see what's going on in myself and then secondly, I'll be able to stay detached from whatever it is that’s going on, even detached from the outcome. Because if today things are not going the way I want them to, it's okay. The drama is accurate. The drama is perfect.

And these are not just words that Baba’s speaking. When sakkar Baba spoke the murli, these were the things that Shiv-Baba was saying but Brahma Baba was practicing, both together, working hand-in-hand or even so closely that they were totally connected but Shiv-Baba is telling us - be the detached observer. It’s come in sakkar murlis how many times? And Brahma Baba, not just listening to those words, but practising those words and following those words in reality, in life. And so maybe this period when we have this opportunity to continue with the sakkar murlis, amazing, we've heard them 10, 12 or more times now. But whatever it is that's coming in the sakkar murlis, can I practise the things that Baba’s talking about?

And the avyakt murlis. Baba and Mama didn't need to hear the avyakt murlis. They practised what Baba was saying from the sakkar murlis and they became avyakt. We've had the opportunity of sakkar murlis revision. And for those who are new, very new things coming in the murli but also the opportunity to go through all the avyakt murlis. And I know sometimes people write to me and say, we're now at 1988 murlis but there's a lot of murlis that we've missed. Everything is now available online. And somebody wrote to me yesterday saying she's starting her journey again with the 1969 murlis and she's realizing how profound they are. And they were incredibly profound. But if anybody wants to catch up, there's now opportunity to catch up. If I haven't even been around for the revision of those, well, I can go back. Technology has made sure that nobody gets left behind. Everybody has access to everything. And so, let me study the things that help me move forward.

And so, that stage of the detached observer. I have to keep checking myself again and again. Am I the detached observer? And if I'm not, what is it that I can do that can help me? And so the more I practise being detached, then it's easier to be connected with Baba and feel Baba’s companionship.

For new people, not so easy to think about how to meditate. It takes a little while. So many questions yesterday were simply about this. How do I meditate? They've been through the course. They've heard murlis but still the question comes. But I see also that as we move along further, I know how to meditate but I don't always do it. And so even in those moments of traffic control, let me connect with Baba. And yes, as I continue to do this then the hope is that, like Dadi used to say, ask me how long I don't meditate. I meditate all the time. And so can I come to that stage where I'm meditating all the time? Whatever else it is I do, one channel - and this (soul) works on many channels - and so one channel is connected with Baba. So that is influencing everything that I do.

And so that stage in which I'm detached. Never mind the outcome. What is actually going to give me the power is how I manage things and observe things, and observing and not reacting doesn't mean suppression. I used to think that if I suppress anger, that's going to lead to depression. And that is a truth. That's absolutely true. If I want to react and I can't react and I haven't yet learned the skill of changing the pattern of my thinking, then that reaction that I'm suppressing is going to lead to depression. But Baba doesn't want me to be depressed in Sangam Yug. Baba wants me to experience the joy and the beauty and the love of Sangam Yug with God and the family; not even just God but the family also. So Baba teaches us how to change the mechanism of thinking so that I turn it around so that I can have that experience of Sangam Yug. With the days slipping by very quickly, this is what I'd like to do.

And so on the one side, it's anger that’s suppressed that causes the depression. But I’ve also understood recently that any other negative emotions that we go through, jealousy for instance; if I’ve suppressed jealousy, I haven't acknowledged that that's what I'm going through, for whatever reason, and I'm suppressing that, then that leads to depression. Sorrow: if I haven't been able to deal with the sorrow that I felt yesterday and I'm suppressing that - while I feel depression is the end of the line in a sense - but I begin to feel heavy. Why am I feeling so heavy? What's going on? Nothing's going on now but I'm still feeling heavy and so sorrow is suppressed.

And in fact, that's been the case for Brahmins for a long, long time. We hear something, we see something, don't like it and I don't want to say anything about it but, I've held that sorrow inside myself. And so Baba’s saying, let go. You're the observer, be the observer of yourself and let go. And when you're able to let go and be free, that's when truly you can be a clean, clear instrument for Baba.

In the early days when the avyakt murlis started, it was just interesting drama. I've heard the story from Dadi Gulzar directly. Different people have told me different versions but the story I heard from Dadi Gulzar directly about how none of the other senior trance messengers felt very comfortable to carry bhog to Baba on the 21st of January, 1969. Why? Because they were feeling the sorrow. And Dadi Gulzar somehow had managed to deal with whatever and maybe it's because she was the first person to arrive in Madhuban when Baba passed away. And immediately Dadi Kumarka asked Baba what do we do.

So maybe four times a day - on the 19th, 20th and then on the 21st morning she was going to Baba. It was literally like lifting a phone, you know like you and I would lift a phone and say: ‘Dadi this is going on. What shall I do?’ And some people used to do that. She would go to Dadi Gulzar; this is the question. Dadi Gulzar would fly up and come back with an answer. So she wasn't carrying sorrow and she was the youngest in physical age within that group of the Dadis.

And when everybody said they didn't feel comfortable, then Dadi Kumarka looked at her and said - she always called her Gula. She didn't call her Dadi. She called her Gula - ‘flower’ - short for Gulzar. You're not going to let me down, are you? And so she said, yes, I'll offer the bhog. And they experimented with other trance messengers to allow Baba to come. And then finally Baba said, let the trance medium be fixed and the place is fixed. It’s Madhuban. Baba will only use this messenger and will only come in Madhuban.

And so nimit: Dadi Gulzar is nimit – amazing; a clear, clean instrument. Whatever was going on didn’t matter. She kept herself very clean, very clear. She didn't get involved in anything that was happening and so the detachment and just with a few words, she’d be able to give an answer to whatever question came up, in terms of service and what's going on, and Baba could use her. And the amazing murlis that we're hearing and studying now, it's because she was so clean and clear.

Now we've had that demonstration through trance but today, not through trance, but can I really set aside all the things of the past and just be a clean, clear instrument; not holding back anything but having cleaned out everything. And yes, then I can be nimit. Then I can be an instrument for whatever Baba wants to do through me. Baba’s going to get it done whether through me or many others - many, many others - but if I choose I can be that clean, clear instrument. So, clean in terms of no influence of negativity and the vices. And clear in terms of no other influences of human beings on the soul.

And yes, then there's absolutely no question; Baba’s going to work through that instrument and magic can happen. So each one of us is a magician, not just Baba. But Baba wants to do his magic through all of us; many magicians. So not just Krishna lifting the mountain alone but Krishna taking the help of everybody else giving their finger of cooperation. So a very lovely murli again.

Om shanti.

Sr.Jayanti -11th July 2021-Revision of Avyakt Murli of 03.02

14 July 2021

Om shanti, Sr Jayanti, welcome. And welcome to everyone again. And Jayanti behn, thinking of love this week in the murli, we can't help but think of all those special memories we had with the Dadis in Madhuban. How they used to sit in the courtyard. Remember when you used to come down from Om Shanti Bhawan. We'd just have our murli, and they would all be sitting in a circle, taking in the sun, and they'd be so happy to see us. Many times when we went to see Dadi Janki she would say, have you been to see Dadi Gulzar? Have you been to see Dadi Prakashmani? She just wanted us to take benefit from everyone. Even when we took toli, she would say have you given any to Dadi Gulzar and Dadi Prakashmani? So we can see their love for us.

Om shanti  to all my sisters and a few of my brothers. I see a few of my brothers around. Lovely to connect with you all. I love these murlis when Shiv Baba the Father, has a spiritual exchange with Brahma Baba the Mother. These murlis are always the sweetest of all. But of course, BapDada began by reminding us that we are the children, the ones who are the hopes, the flame of Baba's hopes. And this image is used a lot in India to describe hope as light. And so you can see why it's in that context that this, deepak, this earthenware lamp with the flame that's burning, reminds us of Baba saying that you fulfil my hopes and I fulfil yours. But what are the hopes that God has in all of us? Sometimes Baba sees that those hopes that he has for us and in us are shining brightly. And the light is moving upwards very strongly and flickering at times.

And so one can feel within the self how at times, there's a thought that Baba has said something, and I'm going to do it. At other times, it's well maybe I can, maybe I can't. And so the flame keeps flickering. And if the flame is flickering it's not so beautiful. There's also a little bit of a question mark - will there be a gust of wind that's going to blow it out? Whereas if the flame is steady and moving upwards and absolutely stable, shining, then you don't have a question about it. You know that it's strong and it's powerful.

Baba sometimes sees that the zeal and enthusiasm of the children is such that the children definitely have the thought and the actions that they perform become equal. In that way, they're fulfilling BapDada's hopes. But yet at other times the thought is there. And the thought is there because, when you think about the attainments you've had from Baba, you also think about how much Baba has given you and will continue to give you. And how Baba has transformed you. What you were and what you are today, how did all that happen? It must have been Baba. And so when we emerge those things in our minds and our hearts then again the zeal and enthusiasm is very bright. The hopes are very high that yes we can do this.

And then what happens is we get on the field of action with powerful and elevated thoughts, but the actions don't quite match up. Baba mentioned three qualities that we have to think about. One, the power. Two, the love. And three, the attention. And if these three qualities are there, then our zeal and enthusiasm in the flame of hope is going to be so bright and powerful, that our pure thoughts will become equal to our actions. There's not going to be a dichotomy between the two.

You can have very pure and beautiful thoughts and then they evaporate. They disappear. They go away somewhere. And then we say oh, but this is the real world. This is the world of challenges, and all these things come to us but those three things, power from God, love from God, and love in my heart for God and then thirdly attention. When you're trying to keep a flame burning brightly there are two things to attend to: (a) you have to make sure that it stays out of the wind and the drafts. And secondly, you have to keep topping up the oil. If you don't keep topping up the oil the flame is going to flicker out. And so I need to give that attention. Yes I have love for Baba, I'm taking power from Baba. I'm making sure there's no leakages. But, if I'm not giving it attention then at some point, that flame will fizzle out and my zeal and enthusiasm and my hopes all fade away. They all just dissolve. You know how when it's those real lamps, in which you've got the cotton wick and the oil, if you don't top it up it just melts and melts, and there's just a little pool left. There's nothing else that remains. So that's what happens to us sometimes. Baba says have that attention and then you'll be able to manage to keep that flame shining. And your thoughts and your actions will then become equal.

During the conversation about the Mother and the Father, Baba was emphasising that he is Mother and Father too. Today Brahma Baba is especially in the role of Mother so he is concerned about all of you children. Why? Because in the physical dimension, physical sustenance is given by Brahma Baba who is your Mother - you are her creation. It's the Mother's love that's able to nurture, support and sustain and make the child like the Father. And so Brahma Baba, the Mother, becomes like the Father and Baba hopes that each child will actually be equal to the Father.

It's the Mother's deep desire. The Father also wants it to happen. But it's the Mother's deep pure love and pride in the children. Baba uses the word, mumtah, and normally you would talk about love, snay, pyaar. But in this case, the mumtah, is the child that has been born from the Mother, from the Mother's womb, she's nurtured the child for all those months. And so the child is part of her in a sense. And so that thread, that connection is a very, very powerful one. But of course, in the lokik sense, where we use this word, mumtah, there's a lot of possessiveness. And that deep, deep bond of attachment, is going to cause upheaval and distress, barishan, and the opposite of that is shan, the honour, the pride. The pride of the Mother is that the child should be able to reveal the Father by becoming equal to the Father.

Both the Mother and Father agreed that the children have total love. They have claimed their certificate. Each Brahmin child is like a pearl threaded together in the rosary of love. No child can live without Baba and the thread of love. The first step, and the hope for Baba, is that every child should become like the Father by being a detached observer and also a companion. Which comes first, is it the observer or is it the companion? In terms of my relationship with God, definitely it's the experience of God's love as my companion, and the power of that makes me a detached observer. And I think today Baba was emphasising firstly, sakshi, the detached observer, and then sati, because later Baba's playing with this idea, that sometimes where you need to be the observer, you become the companion and when you need to be the companion you become the observer.

So, I think it's not just in the context of the relationship with God. But also in our relationship with each other because the murli was very much explaining that aspect. It applies more in terms of the family, so say, for example, you're going through a difficult patch, can I be your spiritual companion and support you through that in whatever way I can? And help you come closer to Baba through that period of darkness or challenge or whatever it was?

And so, at that moment where compassion is needed, I need to play the role of being the companion with empathy and togetherness. It'll be fine to come out of that situation. Sometimes we see somebody going through a challenge and we'll say ‘I have to be detached’. That's not the time to be detached. And then sometimes when I do need to be detached, when there’s company and I'm not quite clear about how things are going or what the purpose of this particular gathering is, let me stay detached and observe what's going on. And then decide whether I want to be part of that company and be a companion with the others in that, or, I'd rather just stay out of it and be very detached. So there's a time to be a detached observer and there's a time to be a companion. And so, I need to be very clear about what's going on so I can decide what it is I need to do.

Baba reminds us that Brahma Baba's so concerned about us because he's the one who is going to be your companion through the whole cycle. Shiv Baba, for a large part of the cycle, is going to be the detached observer. Watching and in bhakti, crossing the buttons to make whatever needs to happen will happen in terms of the reward of my good karma, in terms of visions that are granted. But more or less detached. And now in sanghamyug our beloved companion with us all the time and giving us the power to be the detached observers. And then Baba was concerned about how there are two sides, there's an aspect of balance and the one side is love for God and the other side is love for the family. And remembrance and service actually are different names for both of these things. And so love for God remembrance, love for service it means love for the family. Because I'm absolutely totally involved with the family in terms of service.

Yes the thread of love is there and that's a big, big, big, big thread. And the thread of victory is much smaller than the thread of love. The rosary of victory is not huge but Baba said don't even think about it and say well, there's only 108 and the 108 must be ready already. No, you make your efforts and if needed Baba will extend the numbers. Anyway 108 is a configuration that's remembered in bhakti but it could be a 110 if we decide that we want to have victory and we're part of that rosary. Baba will say yes, come in, Baba will adjust the rosary in whatever way is needed. So Baba is playing with us and reminding us to make sure that, although there's love, there also has to be victory in all the little things that you're facing on a day to day basis. It is this challenge of constantly keeping good wishes, pure feelings, and nothing else (Shiv Bhavna and shuvgin) where I have nothing but good wishes for absolutely each one within the Brahmin family. Possible? Baba is saying it is. And we also saw it in the Dadis. We can also experiment with it ourselves. I can decide that I'm going to keep my heart very clean, very pure, and have nothing but good wishes in my heart whether it's others’ sanskars, (or Baba uses the word, maya illusion), my sanskars or circumstances potentially influencing me. Whatever it is that is coming, let me be able to keep nothing but good wishes in my heart for each and every member of the Brahmin family.

Baba was weighing up both and when Baba says keep a proper balance it means that both of the pans have to be equally balanced. So love for God is powerful and strong. But love for the family fluctuates sometimes and can be heavy, sometimes light, and sometimes it’s not there. I need to sort that out. And clean out my own heart so that I'm able to see the family as my family, not just because they are my family but because it's something that you truly feel from your heart. Well, I can start cleaning out whatever other feelings there are so that genuinely I'm able to let go of the past and forgive for my sake, not for the sake of the other. Now it's time to move forward and I have nothing but good wishes for them.

It might apply to one, it might apply to a few, it might apply to many. Whatever it is, let me try that. Baba gave this very, very lovely example of how where there is pure love, spiritual love, altruistic love, there's no division. Then there's no thought that well, I should have done this, this was my duty, this was my specialty, or this was my role. No. If somebody else does it, great, I'm happy that it was done. And imagine, Baba the instrument and then Baba sitting on top of a mountain and only a handful of people being able to get there. And the children, children going around, children doing service, children meeting so many people, children having fantastic plans, the children are doing everything. And Baba saying, go ahead, go ahead. No thought that well, how come I'm not being acknowledged? I'm not being recognised? Pure love lets the children keep doing everything. And where somebody is saying, it's my right to do this. It's my plan. And Baba's saying, well what about God's rights? Not your right, not her right or his right but what are God's rights in all this? What would Baba say? How would Baba do it?

And so bring in Baba so that whatever other feelings there may be from the past or from the present we're able to dissolve them. Pure love continually stays so that the thread is never ever broken. There were very, very strong and powerful messages from Baba about this yesterday in the murli. Baba went into a lot of detail about these things. These are the ‘if and but’ things such as it could have been like this, why wasn't it like this, maybe it should be like this, and maybe this is how it has to be. Baba's saying that when you have all of those thoughts then there isn't that faith in the family but Baba had that faith in you and said, go ahead children do as much as you want, and Baba stayed in the background very content. But, what about you children, can you do the same for others? However, whatever Baba said the child would say is it for my benefit? Baba said it lightly, Baba said it casually, Baba didn't say it officially, there was no margin for misunderstanding. Because feeling the bhavna of love and faith for Baba was there, so one could accept it and say Baba meant it for my benefit. So no margin for misunderstanding. And yet, today because there's lack of faith then so many misunderstandings creep in on both sides. Not just on one side but I say that you said this, and you say, but I didn't mean it like this and so we get into such a knot, such a tangle, but to be able to have that faith that yes, it's love, and it was done with good intention. And however the tone was or whatever else it was, there was nothing to it. And so love means faith.

Love means no misunderstandings and love also means the spirit of renunciation. It's okay if you're moving forward whether I move forward or you move forward and you are really genuinely happy. And then another big section that Baba took up was very, very interesting: what is true service? What is real service? Baba's not interested in numbers, Baba's not interested in external show, Baba's interested to see whether it's something that's done with love from the heart. And if the service has been done with love from the heart, then there's going to be no conflict, no obstacles, no maya interfering. So if there's a big expansion of say 50 centres there could be multiple forms of maya there also with conflicts going on or there could be the situation where my own sanskars are manifesting, sanskars of others are coming in, and everything becomes a jumble. Baba's not counting that as service. It doesn't come into Baba's list of service. But where there is even one or two centres but there's an atmosphere of love and harmony, free from conflict, free from maya, free from obstacles, Baba will smile and say, yes, that is very, very real service, genuine service.

The fruit of real service of love, it's going to be that there's that experience of love but also there's going to be contentment. Baba is pleased with me. But also my companions are giving me blessings from their heart, and so I have been able to make my companions content. This is a very clear mirror of what is real service, what is true service. Avyakt BapDada takes up very practical details in a very clear way. You're not left in any doubt about what Baba means. And yes, we love the avyakt murlis, of course we do because they touch our heart but also Baba's avyakt murlis are a very, very clear mirror to see what's going on, and what cleaning I have to do to be able to actually experience what Baba's talking about.

Dadi Janki always used to say that the avyakt murli is a mirror. Look at yourself as if Baba's speaking to you and see where you fit in within all of that. This murli was a real mirror. How do I fit  within God's big plan? Am I in the rosary of victory? Am I in the list of Baba and the one who is able to do real service, true service? Baba's watching. I'm watching and when I watch carefully then I can check and change. Baba again reminds us of all this so that I can see, and then I can check and then I can change myself also.

Every murli feels as though I've just got to follow the murli then I'll become karmateet right? So for this murli also, that's all I have to do. Keep this balance of love for Baba and love for the family and that will be the second hope of Baba fulfilling the hope that I should have nothing but pure good wishes for each and every member of the family and for the world.

Thank you Jayanti behn. I think the problem is once we say we did finish one murli there'd be another and another. So the work is never finished I think. So actually, let's take off on this last point  where you said, Baba said check and change.

If we're not receiving good wishes and pure feelings, the fruit of cooperation, contentment in a visible way, then why not? So, you're asking how we can check on that and change? The checking is that I'm seeing that it's not happening.

And so, it's giving me a powerful signal. If I'm not receiving good wishes from the family (Baba uses durwain, the blessings of the family) and if I'm not experiencing that contentment from them or within myself, or even the feeling that maybe Baba is content maybe Baba's not content, I'm not quite sure, so all of this is indicating that probably I don't have that pure clean love within my own heart. And so cleaning my heart means checking for ego. Checking for attachments. Checking for desires and if I look at these three things it’s going to take quite a while so I take Baba's love and power to clear out whatever limited desires I have, making sure that I'm finding that fulfilment and contentment and attainment from Baba. So that there is nothing out there that pulls me anymore. And then the ego. Body consciousness has been with us for a few thousand years and it still lurks there within the shadows of the mind, the soul. And so, in what way am I proud of my gyan? Am I proud of my yoga? Am I proud of my simplicity? Am I proud of this, this, this, this, this or whatever? You know the external types of ego in which I wanted a position, a label or physical possessions. I wanted a car, a house, this and that and the other. Well, I think most Brahmins deal with that pretty quickly. Because they've already been through that experience in kalyug where they know that yes, they've got a house, they've got a car, but there was still something missing inside. So I don't think that ego comes in. But, the "I" in my plan, I think this is what is right. There are so many different aspects of ego that I have to check where "I" and “my'' are still coming in. And am i able to deal with them through soul consciousness and my surrender to Baba?

Not my plan. It wasn't my gyan I didn't have that awareness, that understanding. So where did this gyan come from? Where did this plan come from? Must be from Baba. You need to do the inner work. Brahmins are very good at going to murli, amrit vela and doing traffic control and evening meditation. Taking the time to explore what's going on inside and on that inner level identifying what I need to throw out and how I can take help from Baba to throw it out, that's not a five minute job because the sanskars are deep, especially ego. Can I see where the traces of ego are still lurking? And then change and feel I'm receiving God's love? I feel that what I'm now doing in terms of whatever service I'm engaged in, I'm doing it with that pure love of service, for Baba, for the family, and again the results aren't instantaneous because people are still holding onto the old image of me. I have to work and show the practical proof of my transformation and then they'll see there truly is this change.

You know at one point Baba said, if someone gets angry people don't forget that, they remember it for at least six months, and it's true. They'll be cautioned in coming close to that individual or working with that individual. There'll be a sort of word going around, be careful they're not in a good mood today, and if you trigger something again there’s going to be an explosion. People don't forget for six months. And so today, I'm saying, I've changed but nobody's noticing it. That's my ego that's saying it. Look at me I'm demanding. Can't you see I've changed? But I haven't. Because that's my demand. That's my ego. And I don't realise that what I'm asking for is exactly what Baba's telling me to remove.  When I'm aware of it I let it go, taking Baba's love, Baba's help and people suddenly say you know she's changed, she wasn't like this six months ago, she's changed for the better, but they're not going to do it overnight. They need to see consistent change.

Jayanti behn, is it always our fault, like maybe the other person is moody, they don't feel like giving good wishes, we seem to be doing everything right, is it always us that has to change?

Who wants to become perfect? They do or they don't. That's their business. Baba is offering me the chance to become perfect. To be Bapsaman, like the Father, the bestower, the donor, the giver, and when I'm demanding they change that's their business, that's not being the giver, the donor, that's the copper age business conditions. It's give and take. That's not what Baba's teaching us.

No, what I meant was if you're unable to attain everyone's good wishes maybe the other one isn't feeling like giving it?

Baba said, 5% is okay if 95% are giving you their good wishes then Baba will accept that 5% and that's their responsibility, that's their fault. But 95% is the target. That I should be able to have good wishes from 95%.

Thank you Jayanti behn. So, regarding this point about the 50 centres versus the two centres, so again, what is happening there? For example, there are 50 centres so obviously there's so much good karma created, that one has the blessings of having so many centres, so are we saying that the loss is always greater than the profit of two centres?

Maybe when I started to work as Baba's instrument when the expansion was happening, it was really with that very pure motive of just serving souls and bringing them closer to Baba. So all of that good karma has accumulated but if today I say well there's 50 centres, I can now sit back and let them carry on, I don't need to make so much effort, and I've done enough for Baba, and now let me have a comfortable life, it's you know a comfort zone I've got into, I sit back and I'm not making that same quality of effort anymore. And so that's the state that Baba's talking about, where it's my zone, my centres, my whatever, and my authority and I expect other people to obey my orders. That's the sort of mentality that it's possible to get into. And so Baba's saying, that's not real service, now that you have 50 centres, remember it's God's work. God created the instruments that are running the 50 centres, you didn't. It's God's work and God touched them to make all of that happen. So come back to that awareness of being an instrument, otherwise, this is my kingdom, you mustn't enter, you mustn't do this, you mustn't do that. Or why are you going there? You should be there. And Baba saying, they'll always then be differences and clashes and sanskars coming up. But Baba wants there to be the demonstration of satyug. If I can't demonstrate the qualities that I need to have for satyug now, when am I going to imbibe them? And so is there that humility? Is there that stage of being an instrument? And seeing each one of the others as instruments also. And in that way, we work together, we continue to multiply service and Baba's message is able to reach further and further. But if I get stuck in the "I" that I have done all of this, that's when trouble starts or sanskars begin to emerge.

That's lovely Jayanti behn. I wanted to say regarding this competition thing, I've seen you I think for over 40 years, and there's always been somebody in competition with you. And it truly is your humility. I really loved observing how you have handled putting other people forward and I think today we have to give you credit for that. And that really is your humility. Actually sometimes some people say that it's perhaps because you had Dadi by your side. But I don't think so. I think it's also your own dharna. Do you want to say anything about how you handle situations like that? What are you thinking on the inside?

It was really Dadi's sustenance that carried me through the most challenging periods but it was also my own feeling, that if I have Dadi's company then I have to do what Dadi expects of me. So that was a very, very strong feeling. Up to today I would say that I've had so much sustenance and so the pure thought in my heart is, I need to give Baba and the Dadis the return of that.

And so I think it's always been this awareness, like Baba said in the murli, when you remember the attainments, then that flame of hope, of wanting to fulfil Baba's hopes, Dadi's hopes, that flame stays alight shining bright.

And that becomes the impetus to make effort doesn't it, Jayanti behn?

Yes. I've always been aware that I tried doing service in London on my own when I came back from India in 1969, six months after Baba became avyakt. I thought I can give lectures, I can create students and I got a very rude awakening. Nothing was working out. Nothing. And so I knew that I couldn't do what I thought I could. After quite a bit of tapasya, during which I wasn't thinking about service at all, I really was just taking advantage of that time, I didn't give up on service. Baba mentioned that sometimes you say it's getting into service and making connections with others and the field of action, I can't really manage, so let me just sit in and do yoga. But now I need to be able to share what Baba has given me and that's where Baba said that in the field of action you learn to be the conqueror of maya.

And so for me the whole episode where there was no service and chance for tapasya, service then began in a very natural way. I knew that it was Baba and then when Dadi came of course I knew that Dadi as God's instrument was the powerful one who was making things happen. So Dadi had a lot to do with my upbringing.

Yes and Jayanti behn the other thing I was thinking, Dadi had this strategy in place before they got into conflict. And it seems like we get into conflict now and then and try to apply the strategy or the formula. Now there are consistent conflicts despite what Baba is saying. I mean, I'm sure there were in the beginning, but very little. So what was the overriding force then that we don't have now? Or what should we be doing now that they did then?

In the beginning when they all surrendered there was just that intoxication of God's love and also shrimat. You say one thing, I say another, and we both pause and ask what does shrimat say? And when you're aware of shrimat then it's easy to go beyond conflict. So, I don't think that they actually had clashes as such, they would go to Mama if there was something niggly, and Mama would help them deal with it. Or if there was a situation in which there were two different opinions in the kitchen, Mama would call both of them and talk to both of them individually and sort it out. And so, there was not just little conflict but it was very, very subtle. It wasn't even gross in terms of words. It was just a subtle feeling. So, I think that these two things were at work: love for Baba and why am I here? At that time it was a very physical thing, they physically had left behind everything to surrender and be with God.

And so, even if I'm living at home with my family, I've changed so many things in my life to be able to belong to God. Now I belong to God. Now why should I get into any other conflict with anyone else because I've found what I was looking for. I've found Baba. Baba has found me. And so it doesn't make sense to get into any sort of division and conflict at all. And the second thing is: what does Baba want? What does Baba say? You know Baba said, my right, your right, what is Baba's right? Surely everything that is in a centre and whatever is happening is Baba's. And so, I think I'm trying to protect the centre but it's Baba's centre. So let me just simply follow Baba's directions. And the centre will be protected. The best will happen for everybody in the centre. And so when I say “my Baba” that's fine. When I say my centre or my idea or my service project, it's dangerous. My department. Dangerous.

I noticed Jayanti behn, every time I heard Dadi's classes, she always spoke of another Dadi with so much respect. It was very nice. One person tried to practise being a detached observer for three days; it only lasted for three days. How can they make it a habit? And how long will it take to become soul conscious?

How long does it take to create a sanskar? Or okay let's go to something easier. How long does it take to create a habit? It doesn't take that long. Habits form very fast. You know you get into the habit of having plant-based drinks rather than any other type of drink. For a few days, it takes a little bit of attention but once you've started doing it, you never want to go back to anything else because you just see the benefit. You see the benefit for yourself. You see the benefit for the planet. You see benefit all around. There's an old habit that's not so beneficial. And I want to change it to a new habit. Develop the practice of seeing that star shining in the centre of the forehead. And that practice is going to help me in my soul consciousness. And if I keep reminding myself of this you know why Baba says keep a chart? There's a reason. And so when I'm checking myself for maybe a month it'll become a habit. But there’s been a habit of body consciousness for thousands of years, so even a month isn't enough. So I think oh yes, I'm fine now. But after a few days I'll notice that this habit is slipping a bit so let me go back to keeping a chart. And again, underline it, as Baba said today, pay attention. I'm getting power from Baba but I have to develop that power and not allow leakage. There's also love but I have to make sure that it stays absolutely stable and unshakeable without any wavering. You know every murli Baba gives us little yuktis. Remembering three words is easy: attention, power, love. To remember many words is difficult. I need to keep reminding myself: Am I taking power from Baba? Am I experiencing unshakeable love? And thirdly, am I giving this attention?

Thank you. Jayanti behn. Is Shiv Baba the observer of the full cycle? How can he be the observer without Brahma Baba?

I think I'm limiting Baba, Shiv Baba, to a corporeal human. God up above surely is aware of everything and so Baba said, through the cycle I am the detached observer, God observing but detached. And so, no imprint, no feeling and so God just watching. And then at the right moment intervention. Sangamyug God is not just a detached observer. God is the merciful Father and companion. And so, God goes out of his way. Just think about how, even when Dadi Gulzar wasn't so well, Baba would still use her chariot and she had that inspiration. Baba's given me this role, there's 20K people waiting. She would get ready and come. And Baba would say, today Baba's only going to spend a short time because the chariot isn't well. And so Baba's not being the detached observer during Sangamyug at all. Baba's definitely being the loving companion, the compassionate companion supporting us and helping us. The rest of the cycle he is the detached observer.

Thank you. Does Baba just refer to the BKs as the family which does not include others? The question is when he refers to the BKs I guess it means just us. I think the question is more subtle than that. Does Baba not include others?

God's love is immense. But number wise we want to take God's love. Number wise we want to give God the return of the love he's giving us. And so when you think about the population of the world, the billions that are around, how many are just so engrossed in all the things of kaliyug? They're not interested in God at all. You must have been aware of that. And yet God's mercy is such that God sees that okay there's a little bit of comfort they have. But on the other side there's a huge amount of pain and suffering that's going on in the world. 80% maybe, it's now gone up to 90% because the difference between the haves and have nots is increasing. The inequality ratio is becoming more and more all the time. And so Baba's looking at all these suffering souls and saying to the Brahmins hurry up, get your act together, come to the stage where you're finally at your final stage so that everybody can go home.

So Baba's concern and compassion is for all. But of course, those who are ready to study, those who want to take benefit from Baba's presence on the earth will come forward and do that. Others will pooh pooh these ideas, others will say well I'm fine in my own religion which is also fine, it's okay. So God's offer is for everyone who wants to come to heaven. But there are some who say, I'd rather just have mukti. There are some who'd say I'd rather hang on to a particular branch that I belong to. And I don't want to shift from this branch to another branch. So God is content. Whatever is my choice, is my choice. God's contentment does not change.

Okay that's true. Thank you. Baba says on the one hand, that you know karma yoga seva is equally as important and you don't need to be giving lectures. But then on the other hand Baba says, he wants good teachers. And so it's just the statement I guess. Would you like to respond to that?

Yes because Baba needs everyone. Baba tells us that absolutely. Baba needs good cooks, Baba needs good typists, Baba needs good teachers, Baba needs good cleaners. Baba needs everyone so that everybody can create a fortune. Let me go back. Baba needs no one. Baba needs no one at all. But Baba sees that each child has a different specialty. And so Baba's created this huge yagya, worldwide yagya, so that everybody can give their little bit of support and cooperation, and everything can be a fortune for each one. There are some who can do something, there are some who can do many things. Well, here's your opportunity. It's an unlimited yagya.

Yes Jayanti behn. This question is about the balance between lokik and alokik. On the one hand I'm pulled to solitude and silence and on the other hand I have lokik obligations. How can I balance that?

The little formula I've shared before I'm sure but if I haven't I'm going to share it now. The first step is my own spiritual journey. That's it. I have to focus on that, my yoga, my study, my dharna, that's what I need to do to be able to develop myself and deal with everything that's going on in the world. The second step is what are my responsibilities to my immediate family and to my workplace? The third step is that there'll always be time for service if that is what is in my heart. And Baba will find a way to give me an opportunity to serve whether through my lokik work, or through my alokik family. So it's not separation on any level but I'm at the heart of everything. And my stage is going to determine whether my lokik family is content with me. And if they're content with me they'll say fine, here's time for you to go and do service or go to the centre or whatever else. But the important starting point is my stage. And so, I have to get that together first. Everything else will fall into place.

Yes Jayanti behn, thank you. During sakar days when the family would offer bhog to Shiv Baba, was Brahma Baba through his perfect form in the subtle region also receiving the fragrance or was it only offered to Shiv Baba?

Baba always mentioned that when you offer bhorg you're not offering it only to incorporeal God. You're offering it to Shiv Baba through Brahma Baba and so the trans-messengers would talk about seeing the subtle form of Brahma Baba in the subtle region and offering bhog to BapDada - both Shiva Baba and Brahma Baba and both of them taking the fragrance. Brahma Baba was sitting there in the physical form. But the trans-messenger was seeing the perfect form and BapDada there. Baba would say that Shiv Baba doesn't need food and it's always called Brahma bhorgan. The whole system of the yagya and Brahma bhogan was only possible because Brahma Baba surrendered everything he had to God and the fire was created, the yagya was created. So the offer is to BapDada in the subtle region. We did then and we do today.

Om Shanti

Sudesh Didi - GCH, London - 07.07.2021 - GCH Murli Revision

14 July 2021

Om shanti.

Balance between karma and dharma. A balanced life is a blessed life; a balanced life is a blissful life. A balanced life is our aim and objective. Four-armed Vishnu is the representation of receiving and handing over. Receive it, hold it, but make it into spiritual power while remaining detached from it, and to conquer the consciousness of I and mine. In fact, it is the balance of the four subjects. The subject of knowledge teaches us the first step of swadharma, spinning the cycle of self-realisation. When the soul realises ‘Who am I?’, ‘Who do I belong to?’ and ‘How do I play the part at each stage of the cycle?’ ‘What makes the soul degraded, and what makes the soul elevated?’ This is called swadarshanchakra; seeing my perfect stage and at the same time, seeing my degraded stage. The realisation is reform by performing elevated actions. We would like to get up again and look for support and upliftment. To realise I have to go up again requires power. The power of realisation means knowledge becomes realisation.

In order to get power in it, I need to the maze in my hand. I need yoga power. From there I had fallen; from here I have to uplift.

I lost my power in silver age. Now at the Confluence Age, I have to start the power again. Now I have the realisation that while being in Golden Age and Silver, I went from the stage of divinity towards the stage of being a warrior. We did not fight but lost the kingdom. Ravan conquered us without a battle. The deities did not realise that they were losing power. Now at the Confluence Age, we realise how the soul becomes body conscious. In Golden Age,  there is the balance of soul and body. We are in the body, but are naturally soul conscious. In Copper age, we are in the body, we are more body conscious and less soul consious; we are more in karma and less in dharma. The balance of karma and dharma is lost, and fluctuation begins. Deity religion means divinity is my religion; divinity is my righteous stage. There, I am ruling as Dharamraj. I am a king with my soul conscious religion, My religion is purity and peace. This is why the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan is called the Kingdom of Dharamputra, the child of righteousness. The oldest of the five Pandavas is called the Dharampur Yudhishthira, the child borned with righteousness, the embodiment of righteousness. It was said that Kunti invoked Dharamraj. Dharamputra had to hold the truth of his life in the battlefield.

Golden Age is the age of truth. As the cycle turns, mixture comes and the Silver Age begins. Silver gets tanished very easily by the atmosphere. Gold does not become tanished; it might slightly lose its shine, but its values remain. In Copper Age, the soul becomes stained. In Iron Age, the soul becomes rusty.Iron destroys itself by the rust within. Nothing can destroy iron except its own rust. So within the soul, impurity has come in us.

With swadarshanchakra, if I only have knowledge in the intellect, and do not change knowledge into yoga, there is no balance. If I do not change knowledge and yoga into dharna, There is no balance. Knowledge and yoga have to balance with dharna and action. When I inculcate knowledge, then it inspires the action of truth, and my thoughts and words are equal. My thought is ‘I am a soul.’, I speak to others as a soul and I perform actions as a soul. Then I have balance in the four subjects: knowledge, yoga, dharna and seva. Vishnu is portrayed with four arms holding four ornaments which symbolise the four subjects.

When we practise remaining detached, our words and actions are righteous. This is why Dharamraj, righteousness, rules. We make the ‘raj’ in Raja Yoga sacred as we put a dot under the sound of ‘j’ . It is the secret of the dot that we become a king. We have to learn to put a full stop, to learn to be detached, to be a dot, then there is power. The body itself is big, but the power is in the soul and not the body. We are consuming our energy through our sense organs, and not accumulating energy from the Dot, the Ocean. In body consciousness, we use the sense organs more, so there is more energy lost than saved. In balance, I stay in my dharma while performing karma. There will always be happiness, love and clarity. The soul is filled with the power of truth, and we will not feel empty. So dharam is truth and righteousness. When there is dharam, karam is also successful. Then life is balanced and blissful like Vishnu. Life is a happy, healthy and beautiful life, a long life, a harmonious life with the balance of the body and the soul, the balance of the power of the soul and matter. Matter means action and expression. Matter also means expansion. There is a  contrast between the power of expansion and the power of introspection.

Question: Baba says that on the throne of Lakshmi and Narayan there is an image of Vishnu, how did it get there? Is it someone from Confluence Age who creates that throne, because Lakshmi and Narayan would not understand what this symbolism mean.

Sudeshi Didi: But we understand now. Lakshmi and Narayan do not need to understand. They are not that image, so they do not need to understand. Lakshmi and Narayan mean spirituality in reality, that we live in matter with detachment. The whole secret is whilst in the body, in the mud, as much as I am detached from it, that much I am filled with qualities. If I am attached to the body, I cannot blossom.

Question: My question is about the image. If we see the image of that chair, we will ask ‘What is that image?’. But Lakshmi and Narayan do not question.

Sudesh Didi: This is their symbol, to them, it is just a design. Just as the government has made the symbol of the three lions, we just accept it as our symbol. Vishnu was the symbol behind the throne, which means the subconscious mind is telling them that ‘We were this.’. It is not of combined form of the two beings, but of mind and matter. So I become Lakshmi when my spirituality becomes reality: I am not a body, I am a soul. Then I am conscious of my power . Dehi-abhimani is not just soul conscious. It is soul conscious and the master of the body. Dehi-abhimani means now I know I am not this body, but the master of this body. This is where mastery comes, as the body is not the master but my partner. This is why the symbol of Vishnu. Otherwise, we will only become the kind of ruler who makes others into slaves. So I need to bring the balance between the fact that I am king and that the body is the support for me, yet I am separate from it. The sanskaras of Lakshmi and Narayan are sanskars and not a picture. So spirituality became a reality, that I am not this body; I am a soul. I am a master yet I am a server. I am serving the body, and the body is supporting me. We are like a couple. With this, I have the power of realisation. If situations come to challenge, I have the controlling power and the power of transformation. We lost this power from the Copper Age by being only conscious of the body. So the body became my master and I became the servant who had to fulfil all wishes of the senses out of body consciousness. When spirituality remains, that is, when it becomes a reality, it becomes divinity. And I take this divinity with me as I become a deity. This means I am giving instead of being controlling. I am a giver. This giving consciousness makes me royal. Therefore, my royalty is also inculcated at this time. This royalty will become my personality. So I will go with personality, I will become Vishnu with personality. In bhakti, they show Vishnu’s physical body, but it is actually not the body, it is the soul with the personality of Lakshmi and Narayan. This is why Baba says we will become Lakshmi and Narayan. In Golden Age, I become real Lakshmi and Narayan, but at the Confluence Age now, I practise being Lakshmi and Narayan. We are creating heaven; we are making the world pure; we are all ganges of knowledge, who become pure and make others pure. The process of this is to die from the old.

Sudesh Didi.  GCH, London 04.07.2021 Sunday Morning Class

12 July 2021

Om shanti. Om shanti. Om shanti.

Today is Sunday. Avyakt BapDada’s sweet version has given us a very clear vision of the steps that Brahma Baba took to become  karmateet, completely bodiless, viceless and egoless, to become a benevolent being like the incorporeal Father. We will hear more in the murli.

Today, we will explore the two questions from the past 4-5 days:

1. Shiv Baba creates Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar. How is He also the Creator of Dharmaraj?

2. What is the explanation and understanding of the relationship which is sung in Sikh religion?

Baba has mentioned the speciality of the Sikh religion about the praise of One. In that, the one word mentioned in the Granth is ‘Ek Onkar’ (There is only one God), that is, the praise of the only One who is incorporeal: ‘Satnam karta purakh nirbhao nirvair akaal moorat ajoonee saib’ (His name is the eternal truth, the Creator, the Fearless, the Benevolent, the Immortal, the One who is beyond birth and death, the One who is Self-existent.). This is the meaning of Akarta (One who does not do anything) and that of Abhogta (One who is beyond experiencing the fruit of action).

Just as there is praise of Shr Krishna being full of all virtues, completely viceless, Brahma Baba is praised as the first deity. He is the first human being, Adi Dev, Adam; he is the first in every aspect. Brahma Baba is the guide and the leader, leading others through his practical life, and becomes the first number prince.

The praise of the Incorporeal is of Ever-Truth. God’s name is Truth, it never changes and will always remain the same. And its function is always of benevolence. If someone does benevolent tasks, there is no fear within, because in truth fear does not exist. God reveals the truth, and this automatically explains what falsehood is.

God is fearless; human beings have fear of praise and defamation. There has been a lot of defamation of God, yet Baba is netural. Therefore, incorporeal stage of the soul is a neutral stage. This is why vices cannot touch the soul until it comes into matter. Falsehood means I begin to believe I am the body. Shiv Baba comes in Brahma Baba’s body, becomes corporeal, but is always aware that He is incorporeal. Shiv Baba performs the task of establishment with this awareness through this beautiful chariot of Brahma Baba. Shiv Baba does not go through the stages. Nirgun (without physical form) does not mean without any virtues. There are three stages: satogun, rajogun and tamogun. The virtues in the truth stage, the real stage of the soul, the virtues in a mixed stage, and the virtues with possessiveness, ego and expectation become tamo. God is totally neutral, nirgun and nirankar, and does not go through these stages. This is why His praise is unique. So this is the answer for the second question in essence. The person who has asked this question can speak to me personally, as I would like to spend more time taking up the topic in question one.

The other day Baba says that Shiv Baba creates Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar in the subtle region. But He is also the Creator of Dharamraj. What does it mean? Dharamraj is two words: Dharam and raj, just as raj yog are two words, and daan poon (donation) are two words. The two words give the significance of the two tasks which happen simultaneously. They are not physical tasks. Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar are not physical bodies. Prajapita Brahma is a physical human being, but subtle Brahma is an aim and objective of becoming perfect and avyakt. He became pure, and completely divine and perfect. This means the transparent angelic stage. As soon as Dadi Gulzar had brought the secret of avyakti vardaan of the subtle region in the beginning, Baba started invoking this stage, and this is the stage, the degree, or you can say the level, we have to reach.

When we study in a school, we achieve a degree, and we become what we have studied. If you study medicine, your goal is clearly in front of you; if you study to be an engineer, you know your function, and eventually you become that. Here, you study to become an angel, and the subtle region is like a prefabricated house. When an architect designs a building, he gives a blueprint. Then, a model is created to give a clearer vision, and others are able to visualise the beauty with clarity of what it would look like, whether it is the internal, the external or the surrounding. The subtle region is created by Baba in His plan. It is Baba’s office for creating the new world. Shiv Baba does not create Vishnu. In fact, Brahma made effort to create his future life. Similarly, Mamma also made effort to create her future life. The Confluence Age is like the season for a fertile land. Whatever seeds we plant on a piece of land will bring the result accordingly. Baba is giving us the consciousness as the piece of land. Then Baba gives us the aim and objective of Vishnu. It is subtle and does not make the physical forms of Lakshmi and Narayan. So Vishnu is the result of the effort of purity and knowledge. Shankar means deep meditation, renunciation, concentration, stability, detachment and complete purity in every aspect. It represents the freedom of any karmic accounts created throughout the cycle. This is why the fire of yoga is tapasya. Destruction through Shankar is not about the physical; it is the destruction of the past karmic accounts. The power of concentration with silence and atmic energy will enable destruction of the physical world. So Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar are the models created to give us knowledge of purity and of the cycle of self-realisation.

How can we become free while performing actions? We achieve perfection in remembrance of Baba. Vishnu is the balance of purity, yog, knowledge and the inculcation of actions. When our actions are perfect, this aspect of ‘action in perfection’ becomes divinity. So Dharamraj is also the same as Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar. Baba combines the two things together: He gives us knowledge, together with that, He teaches us how to perform actions in the state of true religion of the self, swadharma.

Dharam means righteousness; it means truth. The actions we perform in righteous consciousness means with true consciousness of benevolence. He is also giving us the yoga power, and with that, we control our sense organs. First, we rule our sense organs. We exercise the controlling power and ruling power of our mind, intellect and sanskaras, in neutral eternal soul conscious stage. Then the future kingdom, the divine kingdom, will be established.

Baba is now teaching us what righteousness is. Dharamraj is not any physical form, just as the subtle forms of Shankar and Brahma are not physical. Baba has said that His companion is Dharamraj. It means, as mentioned in the Gita, that God comes at the time of unrighteousness, irreligiousness, corruption and violence. He comes to destroy irreligiousness, and to establish Satdharam. True duty, true responsibility and true benevolence come from soul consciousness and the relationship with God. So Swadharam, karam hee dharam hai, means the actions which we perform in righteous consciousness and benevolent stage, that is karam with dharam, action with righteousness. Brahma Baba has an interesting karmic account with Shiv Baba. With all the actions that Brahma Baba perform, he became the instrument to establish Brahmin Dharam. At this moment, Brahmin Dharam is also dharam. When we are performing elevated actions, Brahma became perfect image in front of us, and we follow the steps. For example, today Baba is speaking about Brahma Baba’s first step of surrender, and second step of tolerance. It is Brahma Baba, who is clearing the account with human being, and creating very interesting account with Shiv Baba. In the name of Shiv Baba, he surrendered himself. Shiv Baba is very royal and very generous. He is like a Golden Land, a fertile land, in which everything planted blossoms immediately and brings first class crop. Shiv Baba is the Benevolent and Generous Being. Whatever situations Brahma Baba passed through, in the task of establishment of swadharam and sanadindharam, he will receive the fruit of ruling the kingdom as Narayan, the first king. Brahma Baba is also praised as the father of humanity. Every step of action performed in the direction of Shiv Baba, all the defamations went to Brahma Baba.  Although Brahma Baba had to face all the difficulties, he experienced them as a game, like Shri Krishna playing ball. The mountain of difficulties is lifted as if it is a ball. Brahma Baba made Shri Krishna’s picture with Krishna kicking the ball of hell away and holding heaven in his hand.

God establishes Dharam by explaining the karma philosophy. So dharam is not a punishment. A teacher teaches, but if the students do not study, and fail the examinations, it is not because the teacher has punished us. My carelessness has brought me this result, and there is the experience of being left behind, and there is the feeling of guilt and the suffering of repentance. This is because of the karma philosophy, which Baba has already explained to us very clearly. The perfect Vishnu shows us the four subjects: swadarshan chakra is knowledge, maze is yoga, kamal ka phool (lotus flower) means  dharna, and conch shell is speaking the truth. To give the truth to others, to give the benevolent versions, loveful versions, praise-worthy versions, respect-worthy versions, is the symbol conch shell, that is, service. Then we make effort to reach the aim and objective through practical actions. If we reach perfection, it is our reward; if we perform wrong actions, repentance is experienced.  Accordingly, the religion is established.  All praise of Shiva then goes to Krishna. This is called having an account with God. If we want to make an account, let us make a karmic account with Shiv Baba. Then, in soul conscious actions, your karam brings divinity, and you become a deity, that is, you are the king. The karmic accounts of the religious founders are also similar. Jesus had to face the problems but in fact, the religion is established by Christ. As Jesus had to go through the difficulties, all the praise, the memorial statues go to Jesus. He is worshipped. It is the same story for anyone who came to establish dharam based on karam and karmic account with each other.

If we want to make Dharamraj our friend, we must keep our aim and objective. Brahma is our aim and objective, Vishnu is our aim and objective, tapasya is our aim and objective. When we make Dharamraj our friend, we are able to follow shrimat easily, and we are able to correct ourselves. Then being coloured by the company of our Friend, we become our own Dharamraj. We are able to perform righteous actions, correct ourselves, and receive the reward. We do not have to correct ourselves after being careless and experience punishment.

So this is very subtle karmic account. Thoughts are account, words are account, actions are account, interactions are account. In order to be free from all kinds of bondages and accounts, let us keep the same aim in front of us. As much as we keep the aim of Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar in front of us, we should also keep the aim of Dharamraj in front of us, then we are able to go into the deity dharma, divinity, and also establish the golden new world of divine kingdom of Shri Krishna and Shri Narayan.

Sister Jayanti – 11th July 2021 – GCH, London Can we have the same quality of love for the family as we do for The Father?

12 July 2021

Good morning. Om Shanti.

Baba’s Murli today is all about becoming Bapsaman, equal to and like the Father.  The way it is positioned is very beautiful.  Brahma Baba is posing the question: ‘What are the hopes that Shiv Baba has for all of you?  When will you be able to fulfil those hopes?.  The first answer is that Baba’s hope and desire is that we become like the Father, Bapsaman.  The second hope Baba is saying that ‘Just as you love the Father, in the same way, becoming like the Father, means to be able to love the family’.  To love the Father is ok.  Then to love the family for everyone is work in progress.  Those who are karmateet have become avyakt, which means everyone here is not yet karmateet or perfect.  Yet Baba’s ask is that we have the same quality of love for the whole family, as we have for the Father.  Sometimes this feels like a lot of work still remains.  Why?  Because Baba has said that in order to fulfil the pure thought that Baba has for all of us.

We need three things:  1) Power; 2) Love; 3) Attention, to be able to have the fulfilment of Baba’s pure thought and we can say : yes I love the family as much as I love Baba. In the avyakt Murli’s Baba says that He gives everything equally and yet each one takes numberwise.  It is in this that we become numberwise.  First loving Baba, who is benevolent and perfect is fine.  Then what do I do with everyone else?  In the early morning it feels like it is possible to have just good wishes for everyone, without anything getting in the way.  But during the day, practically on the field of action, we forget the promises we made to Baba in the morning. Baba is reminding us to have the attention through the day so that it becomes possible.  Another different way in which Baba has positioned all of this.  He has often spoken about remembrance and service. Today He speaks of the balance is between the relationship with Baba and the relationship with others.  When we are in remembrance it is easy, that is of One.  Then relationship with others takes us into the field of action and service.  Sometimes we talk about the balance of karma and yoga, or remembrance and service.  Today Baba is saying it is first relationship with One and then relationship with everyone else.  What happens here.  We are not locked away in a cave or Baba’s room - we are on the field of action.  It is at this moment that we ask are we able to have love for everyone.

Baba makes it clear that the relationship with One is now and then yes, we will be with Him in Paramdham for a brief time.  With Brahma Baba our relationship is with him now, but also through the whole cycle.  His concern is not just that we settle our karma now, we could do that just sitting at home and say ‘I’m not going to get involved with anything’ and then fine, OK.  But that choice we are making is that we don’t want to be with Brahma Baba in the Kingdom.  Are we ready for that?  Sometimes we don’t see the follow up of our choices.  Did I reflect on the consequences of these choices.  This is what Baba is reminding me of.  If I choose to become karmateet at home I am choosing mukti, not jeevanmukti.

There is an expression that Baba has used for a long time:  When I change the world changes.  For me to change is my responsibility.  Is this going to have an impact on those around me?  Kaliyug is a mess, which is why God comes to create Satyug.  Satyug is a little world, a little family.  When I change we can see immediately how relationships in the family change.  How does Satyug come?  It is because we have changed.  Baba hasn’t come to make palaces and gardens.  He has come to change souls.  Satyug is a Kingdom because we are numberwise.  We are not all equal, it is not a democracy.  It is a sacred order, hierarchy.  But within this, more than anything else, it is still very much a family.  In this I change and everyone around me changes and the family changes.  What I am doing today is not just the task of sorting out myself but also how I need to be with the family.  These are the two hopes that Baba has for us.  It will be here that we will be able to establish this golden aged family.  We can see for ourselves the results of the efforts that we are making today.  Is there a golden aged vibration in the family we are part of at this moment?

Within the word Bapsaman, the whole subject of relationship with the family is included.  It is a question of keeping this one goal and both Sakar and Avyakt Baba have emphasised this over the years.  The expression Bapsman is used in gyan and bhakti….’God is in us’…’be like the Father’…bhakti has remembered this sense of equality.  But it doesn’t teach us how to get there.  I can only get there with a sense of relationship.  Through the relationship of love, Baba tolerates all the nonsense, all our ups and downs and He continually gives us love, support, help and encouragement.  Everything we need to move forward.  If I am becoming Bapsaman to what extent am I able to do what Baba is doing.  Not just God the Being who is God, but God the One who puts into action everything that is within Him at the Confluence Age.  There is the understanding and then the application of that is needed.  The word Shiva, means the Benefactor.  But is it possible for me to become a benefactor for others?  Whatever God is giving is infinite and whatever I take is up to me.  Whatever I have taken is what can flow and reach out to others.  Is this just a select few or can it go out further.  Can it reach beyond the ones I see here.  Baba is wanting us to become unlimited as He is.  The Benefactor is for all.  It is an interesting point to check to see how far is the reach that I am able to give benefit to others.  Am I truly concerned for each, individually and also groups.

The whole issue of racism raises such strong emotional feeling.  Logically we know everyone is a soul.  But feelings that I have inherited over generations to others is one aspect when I have to ask myself the question …what are my deep beliefs.  Is this what Baba is teaching me and does my buddhi say ‘yes’ to Baba.  I am seeing how at this moment of the Kalpa we cannot separate ourselves from what is going on outside around us.  I have been part of that.  Just as with the environment, I was contributing to all of that in many ways.  Today everything that is going on, I have been part of that system and I contributed to that system.  If today I recognise that I need to change and want to change…..I will. But until this moment of understanding and realisation that it is my desire to change, nothing moves.  Old sanskars carry on and I justify these.  I think it is fine to carry on like this.  But when I realise I need to change, without making a bargain and waiting for someone else to say or do something.

Happiness is a choice moment by moment…it is not a case of ‘if’ that happens I will, or when something else happens. Why postpone?  We can practise soul consciousness at this moment.  We can get on with it, and not wait for someone at some time.  I can do it now.  We all belief in soul consciousness, we wouldn’t be making the effort to come here if we didn’t.  Dada VishwaRatan shared with a soul something that he never has forgotten.  He told him, ‘never look below the eyes’.  Do not look at anything below.  This soul said that through his years of study and work he has kept that vision.  Masks are an interesting experiment!  Drama is teaching us in many ways the things we need to do.  We know what Baba has and we benefit from that.  It is my attention, the power and deep understanding I have that will help me move forward to become Bapsaman.  The visible results are that we will see Satyug here. We need to be able to see it before all the calamities take on a huge force.  My experiment and practise is for today and so let us practise being Bapsaman…

Om Shanti

Sister Jayanti – Revision of Avyakt Murli of Sunday 16th May 2021

8 July 2021

Yesterday Baba talked about giving congratulations, congratulations, congratulations all the time, and so this was perhaps very much part of that scene of congratulations. When we give congratulations let there be a huge amount of love filled with that. It was the end of the year and Baba has a way of making everything into a big package that's connected all together. The meeting of the children with Baba is a sangam - the meeting together - the confluence, and then the meeting in sangam, and sangam itself. This is a very beautiful opportunity of all attainments and self transformation. Then, the confluence of the two years; one year ending and the next year beginning. So that too is an inspiration for transformation. Baba took up this whole subject of let there be nothing but congratulations, congratulations, congratulations, from us to Baba, from Baba to us, from us to each other. The whole of the confluence age is a happy-fest, a love-fest, a time just to experience great happiness, joy and love all the time, and of course Baba spoke about dilkush toli. Most of you remember the days of Madhuban, when in about 2005, they decided it was better just to give fruit as toli in Dadi's cottage, and so the dilkush toli stopped. But we were still bringing dilkush toli back to our countries; the happy heart toli. Baba was saying have as much as you want, eat as much of this sharing of love and happiness as you wish. The other toli can cause damage, but this toli can never cause damage to the health, and so very, very appropriate to have celebrations non- stop through the whole confluence age.

Baba was reminding us that what I put out mustn't depend on what others are putting in. In the sense that, if somebody isn't behaving well with me, what should I do in return? Should I give them tit for tat? Should it be that they give me thorns and I hurt them with thorns also? That's been the way of the copper age and the iron age, and that's how our karmic accounts have accumulated, accumulated, and accumulated. Until the end of the cycle we see; what are the sanskars we've created? How much karma have I created? How deep are those sanskars? And so now it has to be a different process, and even if somebody hurts me with thorns I must offer spiritual roses to them. Baba gave another very interesting explanation for what's going on; when another person is saying things that are out of line, they're influenced by something negative. Do I also want to be influenced by that negativity and return the same in kind? Or am I going to stay free from that influence of negativity, and through my response, give the other happiness in their hearts, so that they can also develop the capacity to be free from that influence? Certainly, I mustn't allow myself to be influenced and react in that same way. So it was a very, very big lesson that Baba was teaching us, and then, of course yes, just continually have dilkush toli. Keep your own heart happy and so be able to share that with others at all times.

In order to be able to do that I need to have a very clean heart, nothing but good wishes and pure feelings for all, and it doesn't matter whether I know them or not. It doesn't matter whether they're in knowledge, or not. Am I going to become agyani, and fall into the state of ignorance because of the behaviour of somebody else who isn't in a state of that truth, reality and wisdom? Let me maintain my own inner state in a very stable way of happiness. I'm seeing how relevant that is today in terms of all the news we're getting. Today, the news I got from India, was that two very senior people; one of the main instruments in Bangalore, the high tech city, Sr Padma passed away just a few hours ago, and, also in Delhi, another very, very powerful brother somebody whose name perhaps you don't know - he actually was part of a couple that had a marriage of purity. (He had been requested by Baba to marry this kumari who was in bondage so that she could be free from bondage). He also passed away. I had known him for decades, right from pre-gyan years. I remember going to Delhi, when I was very little and going to their centre. And, it was beautiful to see them. So everyday souls are flying, flying, flying. And what am I going to do? Am I going to become unhappy? Distressed? Or am I going to be able to maintain my own inner stage in which there's going to be that inner joy that can give strength and comfort to others? I'm not laughing at anyone, not laughing at somebody's sorrow, but I do have that inner power so that then I can give them comfort. I don't have to cry with them - that's not empathy. But also, I'm not so detached that I'm going to ignore them, but detached enough not to be influenced by sorrow, and thereby reach out to them to bring them closer to God; to give them those good wishes and pure feelings so that they also come closer to God and find that inner comfort. So I need to eat that dilkush toli every morning to make sure that I begin the day with a happy heart. Brahma Baba was very focussed on this idea of becoming like the Father, because this is what the Father does. The Father has nothing but good wishes for every single soul. Can I do the same?

Baba explained why he wants us to become equal to the Father, like the Father, and Baba was talking about both fathers this time very explicitly. If I'm with the Father now, and I'm making effort to be soul conscious; that point of light, that detached stage, detached from the body, detached from everyone, detached from the things, then in that inner state of detachment and my original eternal stage, the incorporeal soul is like the Father. Then, in the final moment I can be with the Father and journey home with him. Baba, in the past several murlis has been telling us the difference between being with the Father, or behind the Father as part of the procession following the bride and bridegroom.

So do I want to follow behind and be part of that procession? If I'm not equal to the Father now, firstly in terms of just this incorporeal stage, the awareness of the inner being, who am I, then I can't be with the Father. Also it's time not just to go home, but to very quickly come down again into the kingdom. Am I like the Father, Bapsaman, in terms of Brahma Baba? Baba has said; that should be easy because Brahma Baba was a human body. Dada Leikraj went through all the stories that you know about. He had family, he had so many other responsibilities, and yet he dealt with all of those things with faith, courage, determination and love. We know those stories, and the sakar murlis tell us very clearly the consciousness with which Brahma Baba approached each of these things. The sakar murlis are very practical. The avyakt murlis give us the tools to reach the stage that Brahma Baba had, but the sakar murlis are telling us how Brahma Baba approached it in his lifetime here in the physical dimension, as a human being. So I'm not carving out a new path; Brahma Baba did that, he was a pioneer, which meant that there was nobody who had walked that path from human to angel before him, so everything was new.  And the only one he could check in with was Shiv Baba.

Today we can check in with each other, with the avyakt murlis, with the sakar murlis, and with all the classes we are getting. We can check in on a personal level, with a senior, with an equal, but Brahma Baba had none of that. His only check in point was Shiv Baba, he carved that path out, and we can see those footsteps absolutely very clearly in front of us today. All we have to do is follow in those footsteps. It's not an old thing. It's not a new thing we're doing, just copy. If your teacher at school told you, ‘this is the best student who’s definitely going to get a scholarship,’ then you have every right, all permission to copy. You'd say well, it's ready-made isn't it. I can also get a scholarship without having done the headwork for it. I just need to copy. And so this is what incorporeal God is telling us: You want to become perfect. You want to become like the Father? Equal? Just step into those footsteps and you'll be able to do that, so Baba makes it very easy for us. Also then, the very practical thing, are my thoughts as pure and elevated as Baba’s? Are my words as uplifting, encouraging and filled with hope and empowerment as Baba's words? Are my actions as kind and compassionate and as giving? The one who is able to give and give and give. No expectations of anything in return. Why? Because it's a natural state of the soul to be giving. All I'm doing is emerging that original sanskar of being the bestower, of being the child of the One who is the Bestower, the child of the One who constantly gives and seeks nothing in return. That's all I have to remember. What is it that I'm giving? I'm just giving my pure thoughts and good wishes. I'm just giving my words of absolute encouragement. I'm just doing what I can in terms of my actions.

That will make me a devta? The one who is able to give. And that'll give me the possibility of going home with both fathers and then, coming down very quickly with Brahma Baba. So Baba's given us the formula of how to be able to be close now, so that through every birth I can be close to Brahma Baba. Just imagine if today you had the opportunity of being close to the Dadis. You would say wonderful, if I had a day with them that would be amazing. But with Baba you can actually be with both Babas all the time if that is your choice. If your choice is be here and there and doing things with others, that's also fine. It's your choice. But if your choice is to be with incorporeal Baba and the angel perfect Brahma Baba you can choose to do that, and this is the way.

A very interesting point that Baba made; when something is completely brand new, it has a different sparkle. You start using it even for a little while, then it's no longer new. By now it's a little bit used, and yes, it's still gleaming, but it's a little bit used - very, very different. If you've ever stepped into a newly built house, emerge that in your memory, everything is absolutely sparkling and literally untouched. So coming into that first period of the kingdom with Brahma Baba and just imagine what'll be like? Krishna is born, the birds are singing, the trees are glowing, everyone's faces are sparkling, the sun is shining but without causing any heat - just a very, very beautiful scene. And so do you want to be there?  Baba's showing us how to be there. You come into the second stage. The second kingdom. And yes it's fine. It's beautiful. It's good. It's wonderful. But it's not got that sparkle of the first kingdom and the beauty of Baba and Mama. It's very fascinating for me how even in the last birth, Brahma Baba, Dada Lekraj was so amazingly graceful and handsome, and Mama so beautiful, even in the last birth. Visualise and just go to that scene of Lakshmi and Narayan, and the beauty of the faces of the deities, of the emperor and the empress. No wonder people remember them as gods and goddesses. The incarnation of Vishnu has been remembered as the incarnation of God, and so to be there it's special. Nothing to do with jewellery or extravagance. Just sheer beauty and the joy of that, and the purity that shines and sparkles in everything and on all levels.

Baba is also reminding us of the year 1988; it was the end of '87 and '88 was just about to begin. We often speak about the 8 armed shaktis, the eight jewels, the eight kingdoms of the first dynasty. Different aspects of eight, eight, eight, and Baba saying it has to be a special year, and it was a very special year. It was the year when we launched Global Co-operation for a Better World, from the Houses of Parliament in London in April, and the project went on to success in every country in which 120 plus countries participated. We didn't have centres in that number of countries, only in half, but Baba made it happen. Baba gave a lot of blessings to that project, and it was really the first international project that India and foreign lands worked on together in a very, very powerful way. It was certainly an inspiration and a very practical way for the Dadi's to become Bapsaman. At that time I took on board all the things that Baba had said about cooperation and so on; there were beautiful murlis all about that but I don't think I took it on board to think that I could be Bapsaman.

Today I'm just remembering the fact that all the Dadis have flown up, except one. From Baba the mantle came to the Dadis, and from the mantle of the Dadi's, it came to all of us. Now Baba is speaking to us that it’s time to go home and for souls to be liberated from their sorrow. On the one side, India's struggling with Covid and on the other side, I just saw a couple of short video clips of the storms that have hit the coastline of Gujarat and down in Kerala. The wind is ferocious, and the dust that's coming up in one of the villages in Gujarat is incredible. The rain has started and then down south there’s a huge amount of water where human lives are threatened, and property is threatened. Baba had told us it wouldn't be just one thing coming, but many disasters coming from many directions all together. It's time for souls to be liberated from their suffering and have the inspiration to go home. Baba asks us this question, do you want to go home? For some, maybe Sangamyug is a beautiful big family, and maybe it's still time to enjoy the love that God is giving us. After sakar days, some thought it was time to go home, but the avyakt days are very beautiful too. Now, sakar days have finished, avyakt days have finished. It's time to become like the Father, and complete the task and then know it's time to go home and share that message with all. It is very interesting, one particular sentence from Baba - ‘you are not life companions, but you are companions for the task’. A big difference, and so yes, you're my companion today but tomorrow it may be somebody else who's my companion. Can I have that same feeling of synchronicity as I do with you? Well, Baba would want that. Why? Because whoever is the next person who’s going to be involved in the task, I don't know. I would be able to welcome them with an open heart and work with them so that then the task can be completed.

Baba's been waiting for us for a long time. To be precise Baba has waited 52 plus years. It's a long, long time to wait, and conditions of the world are such that they are moving very fast, especially when I heard the news of the cyclone and the statistics that this might involve. Watch the drama! We're seeing crazy things in the Middle East; not just Covid, it’s human affairs. Also natural disasters coming from here, there and everywhere. I have to prepare to go home with the incorporeal Father, but also be ready to come down with Father Brahma so that when he is in that pure state I can enjoy being there. And then when he becomes a worshipper, I'm very happy to be with him at that stage too. In the copper age, the purity of bhakti is also very beautiful. It's a time in which, that which was missing from the golden and silver ages - you know how when you have that yin and yang symbol, where there's white, there's a patch of black, and where there's black, there's a patch of white. And so, in that patch of white the dark bit that's there is actually that we don't remember God at all. And then in the dark bit, the patch of white at least then we rediscover our love for God, and God's love for us to a certain extent. My devotion is an expression of that. I finally come to that point when Baba pulls me out of kaliyug and brings me into sangamyug and showers me with all the treasures and attainments.

So, what am I preparing for? Am I preparing for this period when it's going to be time to go very quickly? We've had all the warning bells, all the signals. I don't think there's more warning bells that we are going home. That what we are seeing around us is sufficient warning bells at the moment. It’s my time to settle everything very, very quickly and  Baba is again explaining in an amazingly graphic way, the whole story of smoke versus blessings. The two Hindi words are so close together. There's duwa, which is blessings, and duwaar, which is smoke. It's very interesting that these two words are so close and Baba picked up on that: Baba was actually seeing a difference between gyani souls, the enlightened souls and the souls without gyan, and especially those who have wealth and riches, the materialism, the factories, the industries and the smoke that they belch out, and the comparison with human beings, and the smoke that comes out - the negativity that comes out from human beings today.

Baba mentioned two things specifically - jealousy and dislike. Dislike in a very gross way, maybe even hatred. The word Baba was using was akin to hatred but dislike to that extent, and it's not just the chimneys that are belching out the smoke, these eyes can radiate everything, good and not so good. So the smoke coming out of the eyes of an angry person, have you ever experienced that? I hope you haven't, but maybe you have, and maybe you even felt it from within yourself because we all come from kalyug. We're all tamopradhan, and we're all on the journey to become satopradhan. It's all of us together. Hopefully with that state of gyan, enlightenment, there's no more of that huge negativity that's there, not even the smoke of the big fire. Instead, the blessings and the embodiment of being an angel, the one who is able to give blessings to all, at every moment, to every soul. Baba was very particular in underlining this; every soul at all times. Anywhere. Whoever.

What is my reaction to people? Do I have a big open generous heart like Baba, giving them blessings that they should come closer to God, because that's what is the angel; the angel is the messenger. The one who is able to bring souls closer to God. Do I have that sense of feeling for absolutely everyone? When I'm sitting in my room? In yoga? It's easy to give blessings to the whole world, just be up above and do mansa seva like we did yesterday in world meditation hour. With Baba, giving all good wishes, peace, faith and hope to all souls, everywhere. When I think about my neighbour making noises late at night. I can hear them banging around in their house - or, as I remember in one particular country, we were there for COP - across the road a party started at about 2200 at night and I thought maybe by 1am it would be over. It went on until 6am. We had amazing amrit vela at 4am with noise of the party going on, and then at 6am we gathered together for our next mediation and murli. Then it was taxis arriving, and goodbyes being said with a lot of love and joy, at the top of people's voices, then after 6am they went home from their party, and we were left in peace. So can I give good wishes and love to my neighbours, even if they do things like this, not just once but all the time? Whatever it is, maybe it's not noise, maybe it's other irritating things? There's a whole list of things that can cause irritation, but whatever it is that's irritating me about my neighbour, can I become the angel and not allow that angelic stage to change? To be stable in that angel stage and with Baba give good wishes and love, because everybody needs those at the moment. Whatever else is going on, that's the need of this moment of time. Not just now, it's going to carry on until it's time for all souls to recognise Baba and to go home.

This is the rehearsal, the practice, but I need to refine my practice very, very fast, so that, at that moment of need, I am there for others and able to serve them in that way. Definitely no smoke of the vices, but also as a child maybe you tried lighting a fire and you didn't know about making sure that all the twigs and the leaves were completely dry. Maybe there was a little bit of a damp leaf, a little bit of a damp twig, or something? You started lighting that fire and what happened? You got a lot of smoke, but you didn't actually get a fire. Or maybe you got a sort of half fire, but a lot more smoke. Baba's saying don't let there be waste thoughts because that's like the smoke from a fire that's not been properly lit. No vices, no smoke that's heavy and horrible, and no waste thoughts either. That stage of the angel - no waste thoughts, no ordinary thoughts, only pure elevated thoughts, and then yes truly, you can be the one that's able to have good wishes for all, pure thoughts for all.

Then Baba took it on a very practical level: I see something that's not right, I hear something that's not right, am I going to start thinking waste about that? If I'm thinking of waste, I'm definitely going to speak about it. Maybe I'll speak to one person, but that one person is for sure going to speak to one more. Baba called it a rosary from one to one to one to one to one, and an atmosphere has been created. That atmosphere is now heavy, it's not pleasant, it's filled with waste, that's not what I want to do. I've created a whole tree out of that one seed of waste thought. To be an angel, an enlightened soul, a gyani soul, means I see but don't see. I hear but don't hear. I don't allow it to impinge on my mind. If it stays in my mind, the door opens for the seed becoming the whole tree, and that's going to create a heavy atmosphere for everyone. Be able to go beyond all of that and to put an end to waste. Then in a way with the double foreigners, Baba was continuing that idea, are you able to be the dot? And don't say, no I can't. No, you can. Just be the dot. Learn to put a full stop, a dot to everything. The essence of knowledge is contained within the dot. A very beautiful expression from Baba, and very easy. How difficult is it to remember a dot? It isn't. It's easy. How easy is it to put a dot on paper? Just put it, that's it. you don't have to do anything very much - easy raja yoga.

When I think something is difficult, it becomes that. My own thoughts have changed something that was very tiny and made it into a big mountain. Now I have to think, how am I going to climb this mountain? Even if something's difficult, if I come back to the essence of soul and God, and then look at what's happening, it's actually quite insignificant. In the whole scheme of things of the confluence age what I'm facing now is not difficult. It's very easy. It's actually very minor. So I can either magnify things, or I can minimise things, and today's world likes minimalists. Let me be able to minimise and come back to the essence, so that I'm able to take power from the supreme dot, and then I'll have the ability to use that in my life and sangamyug will be as it should be. A lot of sangamyug has gone by, but whatever remains, let me be able to take benefit of it now, not that until the end I'm battling and struggling, no. I've learned how to simplify and come back to the essence so that I enjoy Baba's company, I enjoy the company of the family, and I enjoy every scene of drama. So, congratulations, congratulations at every step along the way.

Q; Would you say that this is the end? Also, there are two forms of thought, or two classes or groups of people: some feel it's the end, so just carry on what you're doing, and, there's another group that says it's the end, so let's just sit in meditation. If it is the end, then are we supposed to just sit in meditation?

A: I feel it is the end times. All the descriptions that we've heard about, not just from Baba, but go back to the texts in the Bible also, and you'll see these are the times that have been talked about. The messages that we had from Baba over the last period - I think it was from October that we started getting avyakt messages from Baba via Mohini behn, via Sashi behn and Vedanti behn. The messages for me were underlining the fact that it's not a closed shop, and just sit and meditate, but Baba seemed to be emphasising the need to keep Baba with the self at all times.

The task of giving Baba's message to the world hasn't been completed, but more than that, I still haven't got my relationships sorted out. A very important passage in the murli that's coming to mind now; just as when people remember Baba, they feel happy and they feel like dancing and singing God's praise. In the same way, when they remember a Brahmin, any Brahmin from the Brahmin family, they should feel that same inner joy, and they should feel that yes, I have benefitted from this company. So, are the quality of my relationships such as Baba spoke about, the murli is the mirror, so what does it look like in the mirror? Is it what Baba's talking about? It's also the time to establish my sanskars for satyug. By that I mean the quality of my sanskars manifest in relationships should actually be able to show to others what satyug will be like. And so have I done that? And that's not going to happen just by sitting in yoga. I need yoga, no question about that, but the quality of my yoga has to be such that it continues as I move into karma, and then my karma is going to reveal to what extent my sanskars have changed. Sitting in a corner meditating and I know many people have started that already. It's not that they're waiting to hear my answer to begin it, those who want to do it have started. But, I have a question for them: how do you know that your sanskars are changing? You're not coming into action. You don't know what it's like. It's only when you come onto the field of action and into relationships, whether with the Brahmin family or your lokik family, that you're actually given the proof to what extent you have changed. We have to continue to be on the field of action. Baba hasn't said, shut down shop. That'll happen at some point and it will happen automatically, suddenly.

Q: And also, everyone's karmic accounts will intensify. Sanskaras will intensify right? So it's also like we have to do double the yoga really to deal with all that. And also people are saying that the energy of the planet is very, very low. And so that doesn't help in our joy, enthusiasm, health.

A: Sure, it's the time of Saturn. It's the time when the planets have an inauspicious darkness and heaviness about them. So yes, that's also true, but again that's what Baba told us, the end of kalyug is going to be like that. This is exactly the time when I need to prove how Baba is protecting me and Baba's ready to protect all others who come to him. And Baba's waiting for us to go home. All the horrible things are going to carry on, more and more, more intense, but my connection with Baba has to be such that it's not even 4 hours a day, but it's a steady connection in which my first contact in every situation is Baba. When something happens, who is the first person you think about calling? That will tell you where your attachments are. Or is it that something happens and I instantly think Baba, and I can feel Baba's presence? I can feel Baba's help? So that's not going to happen in the final moments if today I've got others roaming around in my intellect. But today when I've cleaned out my intellect and I have Baba with me at all times, then I know that in that moment of need, it'll be Baba that comes to my mind, and Baba will be there waiting for me, available for me, so that Baba can help me at that moment of need.

Q:  And also Baba said in an avyakt murli those who follow srimat will be protected.

A: Srimat is saying, be soul conscious. Srimat is saying keep Me with you all the time.

Q: Having identified a thorn, how to navigate through the turbulence of it? And how to take it to Baba?

A: There are two separate things that are coming to mind. One is where there's a thorn that pricks me from another. And the other is my own thorns. So I'm not sure which this person is referring to, but let's deal with both. The first one where it's a thorn coming to me from another, whether it's anger, or jealousy, or competition, whatever it maybe - my state of soul consciousness and humility is to go deep inside, and the thorn is left outside. It's ego that makes me feel I've been hurt. This has damaged me, I don't want that. I don't want to feel damaged, I don't want to feel hurt. I want to be able to be with Baba, so that then the thorn stays out there, and with humility, with soul consciousness, I can feel Baba's presence. And Baba will show me how to extricate myself from that situation, so that I don't have to be exposed to it any further. And then, where I can see that I still have thorns that hurt others. Well, okay that's a breakthrough. I recognise the thorns that I am carrying. Now with Baba's help, let me at least work to the point where it emerges, maybe in the mind, but it hasn't come any further in my words or my actions. I've got to the stage where it's still emerging in my mind, something happens, and wow, there's a flash of anger or irritation that's coming, but I haven't expressed it. I've been able to hold my cool, but it's impacted me internally. After such an incident like that, where at least I've been able to manage myself, can I sit with Baba and say to Baba, Baba thank you. I managed to this extent, but I really don't want to carry this inside myself at all. With Baba's help to try and explore, when I get angry, what is it about this thing that caused that state of anger? Is it a karmic account with that individual? A test for that is whatever they said or did, if my friend had said the same thing what would my reaction be? But because this individual said it, there was that irritation or anger that came. So check whether it's the underlying cause of the anger, was it my attachment? Was it my rejection of the other individual? Was it that I had a desire that wasn't being fulfilled? And so what was that desire? What was my expectation of them? So, do some exploration and see if you can find the root cause of why there was an inner reaction. And take Baba's help to remove that inner reaction.

Q: If somebody's being really cruel, how to still have good wishes? Which could we keep in our mind?

A: The first question is do I need to expose myself to that cruelty again and again? If it's a karmic account in which I cannot leave, it is continuing and l have to  stay there for whatever reason that may be, then I just have to have more and more powerful yoga so that I build up an armour, and what they say and do isn't felt as being cruel anymore. If it's physical violence, I don't need to stay, that's a reality. What is it that I'm wanting from the other that I'm willing to tolerate abuse and violence? No, I don't want it. And then if it's a situation where I'm with somebody for service, and this is their nature, this is their way of doing things, can I change my service place? Can I change my service role? If I can't protect myself and transform my own inner feelings of it, I don't see it as cruelty anymore, I'm able to take a step up and I'm able  to have compassion for them because they're down here. With Baba I'm now up above, I'm not impacted by their cruelty at all then, I can have compassion. But at the moment I'm feeling all this is awful, this is cruel, and really it's causing me such pain. To change from that to compassion is a hard one. I have to get to a state where I'm not impacted, I'm up above. Then, I can have compassion for them.

Q: How to know the difference between having good wishes from the intellect and good wishes from the heart?

A: When it's from the heart it's spontaneous. I see someone I enjoy being with and spontaneously there are good wishes for them. Here's another person and I've had a run in with them in recent days, and so intellectually I have to come to terms well, okay, that's the past, full stop. Now Baba is teaching me to see them with their specialities and their attainments, as a soul. I'm using my intellect to turn round my way of thinking which is good. I'm at least using gyan. But the trick is, to be able to find something in them that I can genuinely love. There must be something that's good in them. So let me find tha, and when I find that, then I won't be working hard intellectually, but in a very spontaneous way I'll remind myself of their quality. I won't see other things and it'll be very good wishes, sincerely from my heart.

Q: So thank you so much and your birthday continues. And there's been actually in the beginning there were so many happy, happy, birthday and I'm sure others were saying from their heart. So Jayanti behn so lot's and lots of love to you. May you continue to be our guiding light. Thank you so much.

A: May I continue to receive blessings from all.

Om Shanti
