InnerSpace Wembley Presents Appreciating Self Worth with Margaret Barron Tuesday 26 April, 6:45 pm - 7:45 pm London Time

26 April 2022

If there was a scale to measure my self-worth, what would it show? How valuable am I to myself? Do I value my time, relationships, resources and my well-being? And if I do, how do I express it? These are questions worth asking every day for a healthy, purposeful living.

Join us to explore and reflect further on this very essential theme.

Speaker: Margret Barron

Margaret Barron has been studying meditation for almost 30 years with the Brahma Kumaris and has delivered talks and workshops around the UK as well as when travelling to other parts of the world.  She is inspired by the practical application of spiritual understanding with a particular interest in how creativity and imagery works as an interface between spirituality and everyday life
