News from Jayanti Didi's South Africa Trip
31 January 2023
The trip to South Africa has been very worthwhile. There have been xcellent programmes for the public in Johannesburg and Durban, together with family gatherings. The main purpose was for The Call of Time Dialogue which was attended by 48 high level participants. Vedantiben has joined the whole trip as the Regional Co-ordinator and leaves for Nairobi tomorrow.
Sis Judy Rodgers came to facilitate the COTT. Sis Dipty from Nairobi, Sis Jenita from Zimbabwe, Sis Alka from London as well as several other BKs from different parts of Africa have also joined. There was also a Teachers Retreat with 85 participants, mostly from South Africa and other places, which was also beautiful.
Service has been brilliant and the family warm and enthusiastic.

Brahma Kumaris Address World Religion Day at Centre for Oneness, Leicester

Leicester (UK): Sister Jayanti, Additional Chief of the Brahma Kumaris, gave a message on World Religion Day at Sant Nirankari Mandal (UK) at Centre for Oneness, Leicester.
Addressing the gathering, she said, “We share the same qualities. We are part of the same family. We share the same planet, the same home. Whichever bit of the world I may be living on, but it’s our home. If I see the inner being, the being of light, that you are the being of light, that each and everyone is, what is there to divide us?”
World Religion Day is celebrated on the third Sunday in January every year, and is a reminder of the need for harmony and understanding between religions.

She is an experienced meditation teacher, an international speaker and spiritual educator. She has worked with young leaders who have interest in self-development in their communities from a spiritual perspective. She believes that world transformation can happen when there is inner self transformation.
