Travelling with Children
If you are planning to take children to Madhuban, please read the 'Guidelines for Parents & Guardians who take Children to Madhuban' in advance of your booking. You can obtain a copy from your Centre Coordinator/Travel Coordinator as the guidelines were circulated to the Centres in July 2022.

Please remember to have your Travel Coordinators book your details in the DF travel database at least two weeks in advance of your arrival.

Silence Invitation to the Brahmin Family Worldwide
Dear Centre Coordinators,
In the December Madhuban Newsletter, Dadi Ratanmohini reminded us, "Now, the New Year is coming close and the month of January, the month of remembrance of Father Brahma is especially signaling all of us to create our avyakt stage. Definitely, each one will stay in the cave of yoga and have experiences of deep silence."
January is traditionally a month of silence and introversion in the Brahmin family. This year we are especially inviting all BK’s to participate in a month of Experiments in Silence, creating and sustaining the avyakt stage.
In preparation for this avyakt month,
We are sharing a remarkable class by Dadi Prakashmani in which she says: "We Dadis would like to share with you our pure wish and recommendation, that for the next 31 days (originally 101 days) from January onwards, each one at their respective places does tapasya with a determined thought. These days instead of focusing on outside service, concentrate on creating yoga programs to make the self powerful. Have a sweet spiritual heart-to-heart conversation about this. Let everyone go completely underground for 31 days."

During our avyakt month,
We will hear 5 murlis from 1993, the year Baba called “The avyakt year”. For each Sunday’s avyakt murli, starting with the January 1st murli, we will offer experiments in silence for the family to practice throughout the following week. To support us, a senior yogi will experiment with the murli in advance and share an audio recording of his or her experience. These audio clips should be played to the whole class after the avyakt murli is read on Sunday. Both the experiments for the family and the recording from the senior yogi, will be shared on this site, www.experiments-in-silence.org.
You’ll find a clear explanation in the program description available HERE.
We encourage you to meet as a center and decide how you might approach this month of experiments -- not just individually but collectively in the Center. We also invite you to familiarize yourself with the Silence Platform where experiments will be introduced weekly www.experiments-in-silence.org.
The aim of this program is to encourage each and every Brahmin to make this month of January 2023 a deep and transformational month of self-progress, moving us all closer to the powerful avyakt stage. With full participation from our Global Family we (over one million souls) will also collectively light the fire of revelation and world transformation.
All documents will be posted in your language on the Silence Platform by 24 December latest.

We are delighted to invite you to:
The 2023 Integrated Retreat with the theme
"BEING UNLIMITED: CONNECTED, CO-CREATIVE AND COMPASSIONATE"
Since the Integrated Retreats we had online in 2021 and 2022, we now have the great fortune of being able to have our Integrated Retreat in Madhuban in 2023.
According to the wonders of the Drama, we are uniting this year, and having the retreat in person. This will truly be an integrated retreat where we will share, learn, listen and experience together in all sessions.
The Integrated Retreat will start on Tuesday 21st in the afternoon and will finish on Tuesday 28th after lunch. All the sessions will be held in Manmohini complex.
During the Integrated Retreat there will be parallel meetings of the CNC and National Boards.
Integrated Retreat attendance:
All NCs, NCTs, CCS and Board members can attend the Integrated Retreat.
CNC meeting attendance:
If the NC cannot attend the CNC meeting, the NC offers the name of a representative in consultation with his/her RC. This person to be knowledgeable about the whole country and be very well briefed about their inputs. In a country where there is an NCT, there should only be one representative for that country to attend the CNC meeting.
Boards meeting attendance:
Members of the Boards as well as NCs and NCTs can attend the Boards sessions.

Golden Drops Update & Film Premiere - 1 December

As the Golden Drops team, we are happy to give some short and sweet updates as we are already in the 5th month of the initiative, on the way to 31 May 2023.
Good news
- We have over 120 videos for you to use and share with your contacts, BKs at the centre and your community to shower Golden Drops on the world and create a sense of hope and beauty. Please find all golden drops on this YouTube-link:

A Beautiful World Film Premiere
- On December 1: A Beautiful World Film will be premiered on YouTube and Facebook, showing some of the finest Golden Drops by theme. After watching it yourself, you may wish to watch it with your local BK-family or as a public program. It could be followed by a conversation on how to move ahead in current times and the idea of a new world that is awaiting at the horizon. Find the film on GD YouTube channel after Dec. 1
And the last thing to mention is that there are some interesting obstacles to posting directly. Facebook has changed its policies to disallow external posts on non-profit organizations. Filming of DF Family in Gyan Sarovar, 2022/23 Season
Recently the RCs made a decision that during the live online programs there will be filming of the audience that is present in the hall. There will be areas in the hall signposted for those who don’t want to be filmed to sit in and the filming team will NOT film people sitting in these areas. This is now the policy for this season and so we wanted to let you know that it will begin from this November 2022 Group 3. It is good to note, that if people go up to the stage to ask a question during the session, that they will be filmed. If they would not like to be filmed, they can alternatively write their question and have it passed to the MC.

As you know the next INTEGRATED RETREAT for NCs, NCTs, CCs and Board Members will take place in Manmohini Auditorium, Madhuban from 21 to 28 February 2023. This will be a wonderful opportunity to have a big family meeting in person after such a long time.
Since we last met in Madhuban for the Integrated Retreat in February 2020, there have been such huge shifts in the world and within the Yagya, on so many levels which probably none of us could have imagined at that time. Now that we are finally meeting in person again, it feels like a special chance to explore new ways of growing together. We would therefore really like to hear from you—if you have any ideas or suggestions for the next Integrated Retreat in 2023. What do you feel is most needed at this time? How can we use our precious time together in the most valuable way?

We would like to inform you that the Interview with Sudesh Didi on "Togetherness - Taking Inspiration from the Seniors" scheduled for the 14th October will be postponed to 18th October 6-7 pm IST.
Also on the 19th October the 11 am Panel Discussion "Changing mindset, shaping the future" with Sister Jayanti, Rajubhai (Rural Wing), and Br Golo will be shifted to 5.30-7 pm on 20th October.
We are sorry for these changes and inconvenience. Please kindly inform all BKs about this change ASAP.

Important Request for all travel information to be entered on the DF Travel Database

Dear Centre Coordinators and Travel Coordinators,
(Please pass this on to all your Travel Coordinators)
As the Madhuban season draws closer many have started booking their flights and making their travel arrangements. If any of your students have not yet finalised their plans, especially for October, please request them to do this as soon as possible. This is important as Madhuban needs the number of pilgrims arriving well in advance as this helps them to prepare the accommodation and rooms in advance for your arrival.
As in previous years, all pilgrims going to Madhuban must have their details and travel arrangements entered into the DF Travel Database system. Please have your country Travel Coordinators enter this information onto the system as soon as possible, and at the latest, two weeks before the travel dates.
Madhuban, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Mumbai etc also receive a daily report from the DF Travel Database which keeps them informed of all the pilgrims arriving so that they can be prepared for your arrival, pickup and accommodation.
Please also note that there are many who make their own arrangements to travel up to Abu after they reach India, so they should ensure that they give all the final details to their Travel Coordinators to upload on the DF Travel Database. People should plan to reach Gyan Sarovar at the latest by 5 pm to 6 pm, and to avoid any night travel on the highways or up the mountain.

Greetings of love.
Wonderful news - we are gathering in Madhuban again and hope to have many double foreigners from around the globe make the journey to our home sweet home.
The Theme for this season is The Power of Togetherness through Connection with the Seed.
The Group 1 October DF program will be filled with amazing sessions such as a workshop called ‘True Self-Esteem’ run by a member of Baba’s Mental Health team as well as a session called ‘Taking the Fear Out of Fear’; a special yoga experimentation session by Sr Meera; a ‘visioning of the future’ discussion; powerful yoga bhattis, classes, workshops on current topics and much more. Of course many of our seniors from all around the world will also be with us.
Details will also follow soon for the Group 2 DF Program.
For both Group 1 and the Group 2 Programs in October and November, we hope to be live streaming most classes from Madhuban from 9th October to 18th October and then again 28th October till 7th November (excluding Baba’s Avyakt Milan Days). All translations will be organized by language groups so please contact your language coordinator for more information.
We will be sending you a brochure in the coming weeks with details of the names of seniors, class topics and class timings. The link to connect to all the classes in English will also be in the brochure.

Reminder about the Importance of the Global Bhatti on the 4th Saturday of Every Month

Dear Centre Coordinators, Om shanti.
Baba always reminds us to be in continuous remembrance. Also that the combined vibrations of Brahmins around the world are essential for the establishment of the new world.
We are very happy this Global Bhatti is being held regularly, and that centres and Brahmins from the whole world are participating. We wish to encourage them to continue contributing this essential, powerful energy to the world’s atmosphere.
We would like to request everyone to dedicate one day exclusively to this progress of intense effort for self and world benefit. Ideally this day should be without other activities, without mobile phones and technology generally. Imagine the power generated when all Baba’s centres and all Brahmins are integrated in the same Bhatti during this most important phase of the Confluence.
The Global Bhatti brings this opportunity monthly, on the fourth Saturday, and invites you to deep, simple and natural yoga. This day should figure in our calendars in the same way that World Meditation Hour has been established.

OUR AIM!!! Cover the Globe in Golden Drops by June 2023
Let’s cover the world with Golden Drops!! On the International Day of Peace, we will share an invitation video to announce our intention to have a Golden Drop for/from each country in the world. In cases where there is no Baba’s center in that country, we invite you to connect with friends of friends to find someone from that country who can share a Golden Drop of beauty for a beautiful world.
Golden Themes to Contribute
Shining light on beauty can be done in many ways, so feel free to experiment and find a golden angle that you find beautiful. Here are some examples.
