Security Services Wing Conference in Gyan Sarovar, Mt Abu : 23-27 June, 2023

A Security Services Wing (SSW) Conference at Gyan Sarovar, Mt Abu is being held from 23 to 27 June 2023. The conference theme is Inspirational Leadership through Self Empowerment. Two parallel programs will be organized, one for senior officers & second one for JCOs/ Inspectors rank.
In the officers ‘ group, serving senior officers like Major/ Lt Col/ Col/ Brig & above of Armed Forces and DySP/ Addl SP/ SP/ DIG & above of Police forces can be invited. In the JCOs/Inspectors group, serving JCOs/ Inspectors of Security Forces can be invited.
Online Registration can be done.(confirmation will be given based on eligibility and vacancy availability). Please invite only serving personnel of Security forces, Please don’t invite Retd and family members (For such persons we will do another conference later in Shantivan Anand Sarovar)

इस वर्ष ज्ञान सरोवर, माउंट आबू में सुरक्षा सेवा प्रभाग की कॉन्फ्रेंस की तिथि 23 से 27 जून 2023 है। कॉन्फ्रेंस का विषय आत्म-सशक्तिकरण से प्रेरणादायक नेतृत्व है। दो समानांतर कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे, एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के लिए और दूसरा जेसीओ/इंस्पेक्टर रैंक के लिए।
अधिकारियों के समूह में, सशस्त्र बलों के सेवारत मेजर/लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल/ कर्नल/ ब्रिगेडियर और उससे ऊपर के अधिकारियों और पुलिस बलों के डीएसपी/Addl एसपी/एसपी/डीआईजी और उससे ऊपर के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को आमंत्रित किया जा सकता है। जेसीओ/इंस्पेक्टर ग्रुप में सेवारत जेसीओ/सुरक्षा बलों के इंस्पेक्टर्स/ सब इंस्पेक्टर्स को आमंत्रित किया जा सकता है।

IT Wing Retreat: Empowering the Self - Gyan Sarovar, 6-9 April

Dear Brahmin family, Om Shanti!
Greetings of love and peace from Gyan Sarovar from the IT Wing.
We had an amazing 3.5 days IT retreat for non-BKs from the 6th to 9th April. The theme was Empowering the Self. It was a very special event as the team was once again hosting this "in person" at Gyan Sarovar after a gap of 3.5 years. During the lockdown period, the team had conducted two online retreats for non-BKs; however the experiences of Baba's unlimited home, the love of the Brahmin family, and the closeness to nature were missing in those events.
This retreat drew together over 300 participants from several leading IT companies and industries spread across India. A good group joined from the offices of Searce and OnePoint consulting as well. More than 70% of the participants are in leadership roles in their respective organizations.
The retreat comprised three full days of sessions that were a mix of Rajyog shivir supported by early morning physical exercise and silence breaks during lunch and dinner periods.
Didi Nirmala lit the lamp for the opening ceremony, and Sr Rama Devi Lanka (Director of Emerging Technologies wing for the Telangana Gov), Br Robin Sarkar (Project Director Shiksha, Shiv Nadar Fdn), and Br Yashwant (HQ Coordinator, IT Wing) participated in the welcome session.
The retreat was designed with the aim of creating the awareness in participants that change is empowered by the self and that solutions to situations often originate from the self when there is knowledge and awareness in life.
Keynote sessions from Shivani bhen, Jayanti bhen, Radhika bhen, Bala bhai, Mohit Bhai, and Suraj bhai - along with guided Amrit Vela sessions by Rama bhen, Suraj bhai, Deepa bhen and others - gave the participants good insight into and understanding of gyan. These instruments also gave participants guidance on how to empower themselves when dealing with today's hard-hitting challenges such as uncertainty, difficult relationships, lack of balance in work and personal life, addiction to digital technologies, overthinking, and the impact of a negative and worrying mindset on one's power of decision-making and leadership ability.
Some of the experiences the participants thoroughly enjoyed, and with which the retreat was also blessed, included an amazing mix of silent music creations presented by our own Br David, and collective yoga sessions at Dadi Janki park as well as Baba's rock against the backdrop of the setting sun.
Towards the end of the retreat, participants voluntarily took pledges to bring about small changes in their personal lives by having mobile-free lunches and dinners with their families; scheduled downtimes for gadgets used on an everyday basis; giving attention to their thoughts while cooking, eating, sleeping and starting their day; or even beginning meetings in their workplace with a minute of silence. It was magical to see how Baba was making things happen with such ease that participants not only felt the importance of committing to such practices themselves, but those in leadership positions across the country wanted to encourage their teams to adope these simple practices.
It was quite a rewarding experience for the organizing team and for all the volunteers. Our heartfelt thanks to the Madhuban departments for their dedication and cooperation. The team is now moving it's base to other regions and is already planning for the next retreat later this year.

Divine Family,
Hansaben, Deviben, myself and Kumarbhai went to Amravati for a few days. Baba’s home is very lovely.
There were a few major events through a short period of time. Programme with around 800 doctors, programme with around 250 Sindhis, programme for Social Wing which was around 600 people and a programme for security, police staff which was around 500 people. This was all done in collaboration with outside organisations and so they had good audiences.
There was also an inauguration ceremony of Baba’s centre in an apartment together with a ground breaking ceremony for a new retreat place located in rural area. The morning times were misty and so it felt very much like the subtle regions.
Madhuban now has 1400 souls for SPARC taking place in the Conference Hall and 600 totally new people for Raja Yoga Training in Diamond Hall. All the other places, Man Mohini Complex, Gyan Sarovar, Pandav bhavan also all have bhattis going on everywhere. Gyan Sarovar currently has conferences for the wings.
I have been in Madhuban for the last few months which has been very powerful with various travels across Bharat in between and will return to London on Friday 21st April.

News of the Annual Service Meeting at Brahma Kumaris HQ, plus ‘BK HQ Daily News’ declared an ‘Official Platform’ for sharing service news

Abu Road (Rajasthan): In the divine gathering of 2,000 main representatives of the Brahma Kumaris from different zones (states) and service areas in India and abroad, inauguration of a week-long Annual Service Meeting took place in the Conference Hall of the Brahma Kumaris Headquarters in Shantivan complex. The purpose of the meeting was to take stock of the previous year and draw up plans for this year.
On this auspicious occasion, the blessings of Dadi Ratamohini, Chief of the Brahma Kumaris, good wishes and insights from BK Sister Mohini and BK Sister Jayanti, Additional Chiefs of the Brahma Kumaris, inspirations from BK Munni, Joint Chief of the Brahma Kumaris, inspired everyone present to move forward tirelessly in Godly service with renunciation and tapasya.
BK Nirwair, Secretary General of the Brahma Kumaris and BK Brij Mohan, Additional Secretary General of the Brahma Kumaris gave blessings, saying that this annual meeting of the Divine Family coming together acts as an energy booster where the real strength of togetherness and happiness of family reunion can be seen.
BK Shashi, Joint Chief of Brahma Kumaris from Pandav Bhawan, Mount Abu, read out the agenda for the seven-day program. Senior Rajayogi BK Sharada from Ahmedabad shared that the main theme of the program will be to draw up plans for self-progress of the divine BK Family by organizing ever-new yoga programs at different BK centres in India and abroad.
All the various BK service wings including the Media, IT, Medical, Security, Social Services, Rural Development, Education, Youth, Travel and Transport, Sports etc. are giving reports and presentations on their services and future plans.
All the retreat centres in divine service as well as the different wings of the Rajayoga Education and Research Foundation will further explore and discuss their plans for the next year.
Today, BK Karuna, Member of the Core Management Committee, Chief of Multimedia and Chief Spokesperson of Brahma Kumaris declared Brahma Kumaris HQ Daily eNews as an official platform to share the service news of the Brahma Kumaris across the globe. BK HQ Daily eNews is an e-Initiative to revolutionize the media services of Brahma Kumaris to spread throughout the world. BK HQ Daily eNews has readers from 174 countries in the year 2022-23.

Mount Abu (Rajasthan): Brahma Kumaris Medical Wing organized around 225 programs/activities as part of the awareness drive Drug Free India Campaign (Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan) on 29th March, 2023.
Exhibitions, Rally, Talks, Sessions, etc. were part of the program in which 30,000 beneficiaries took benefit.
