Experiment in the fire of remembrance And experience lightness, cleanliness, newness.

Make this Tapasya Month very special with following guidelines:
- Make proper Daily Time Table for yourself
- Amritvela, Murli, evening meditation & goodnight mediation in Baba’s room or space which is dedicated for meditation
- Everyday attend murli in the morning at the center physically or connect live via zoom. During Murli the video should be on & listen with full attention.
- Cooking & offering food in Baba’s remembrance & in silence
- Eating meals or drinking water etc. while sitting & in Baba’s remembrance
- Pay attention to Traffic controls
- Have simple & light food for the body & proper sleep everyday
- Avoid any social gatherings (Lokik & Alokik)
- Fix time for phone calls, messages, emails, computer seva etc. (morning & evening should be only spiritual)
- Keep aim to speak sweet, gently, slowly & as much is necessary
- Try to keep a chart during the day & in the night before going to sleep.

Please find the official invitation for a Spanish Brahmin retreat that we will be offering in Dallas, Texas; from Friday January 28 until Sunday 30. All those students who are listening to the murli in Spanish are invited to meet in our beautiful retreat center with the intention of experiencing the power and sustenance of Baba in this wonderful time of confluence, away from the influences of everything.
