Dear NCs, NCTs, CCs & Board members, Loving Greetings,
We are pleased to let you know that the next INTEGRATED RETREAT will take place in MADHUBAN from 21 to 28 February 2023. We are all looking forward to it because it will be a wonderful opportunity to have a big family meeting in person after so much time. The Retreat will include the CNC meeting, NCs/NCTs/CCs retreat and the BK Boards meeting.
This email is to give you advance notice so that you may plan your time accordingly. More information will be emailed to you in the coming months with details on how to register and prepare for our time together.
Venue - Manmohini Complex
The retreat will be held in Manmohini Complex in Shantivan from 21 to 28 February. You are invited to stay in Shantivan from 21 February onwards.
Who can attend?
· National Coordinators / members of the National Coordinating Teams
· Centre Coordinators
· All Board Members (Please note that all Board Members are invited to the whole retreat)
Registration & Welcome and Closing Programs
Registrations and welcome program for the whole retreat and all the meetings, including the BK Board meeting, will be on 21 February morning. The closing program for the whole retreat and all the meetings will be on 27 February afternoon with departures on 28 February.
Avyakt Meeting
The Avyakt Meeting will be on 17 February or 2 March for those attending the Integrated Retreat.
CNC Meeting
The meeting of the Council of National Coordinators will be held at Auditorium B, Manmohini Complex on 23 February. A separate invitation with more information and registration link will be sent to the NCs/NCTs closer to the time.
NCs/NCTs/CCs Retreat
The NCs/NCTs/CCs Retreat will be held 21 to 28 February. There will be parallel sessions during the CNC and Boards meetings for those who are not attending these meetings. A registration link will be sent to you closer to the time.
BK Boards Meeting
The BK Boards meeting will be held during the Integrated Retreat. This meeting is specifically for Board Members and NCs/NCTs. A separate invitation and registration link will be sent closer to the time.

There will be inspirations and excerpts on the Global Bhatti Portal, along with the timetable. A talk, by Sister Maureen, will be available nearer the time, along with a meditation commentary. You can find them all at bkmeditation.online/Global-Bhatti-2022
We also attach the timetable to use as a guide, but feel free to adjust it to suit your centre or your own needs. A beautiful flyer and the excerpts are also attached. Our goal is to have 8 hours of powerful tapasya to benefit ourselves and the world.

Golden Drops Family Update – July 2022

Dear Divine Family,
We are happy to update you about the Golden Drops.
We have arrived in the second month of this one-year-long Golden Drops Global Initiative. We see it growing all around the world, in all the continents!!! Countries have started their own YouTube channels, centres are celebrating the launch of the Golden Drops and individuals, BKs and non BKs, are subscribing more and more to the Golden Drops channels YouTube (YT), Facebook (FB) and Instagram (IG). Also, centres and countries are starting to do the Golden Drops workshop for the public. Wonderful.
It feels like Baba is inspiring the whole global family to create a golden glow around the globe, with all these Golden Drops together, to engage the hearts and minds of all the souls of the world to consciously create a beautiful world.
Baba's ways and means are unique, so we'll see how Baba will keep creating and sustaining this golden glow.
HOW TO BE INVOLVED WITH GOLDEN DROPS?
Stay Informed & Inform Others
- Subscribe to YouTube channel to receive all Golden Drops https://www.youtube.com/c/GoldenDrops2022. Send this link to all students and the public so they can subscribe and enjoy!!
- FOLLOW GoldenDrops 2022 on Facebook and SHARE every Golden Drop with your network of friends inviting them to follow.
- Follow goldendrops2022 on Instagram and invite friends to follow.
Create and Contribute Golden Drops
- Create a Golden Drop by taking a photo, poem, video, drawing, words, song, music of something beautiful and sharing it on Facebook and Instagram (remember please use universal language for public - free from BK words) with #thegoldendropsinitiative.
- Make a 30 second video by asking friends to share What do you love MOST about humanity? OR What Golden Drop would you add to create a beautiful world?
NOTE: It may seem intimidating to produce a high-quality video such as those we are seeing now BUT we invite 2 kinds of sharing now. If you would like video support for famous people (mic souls) please send their image and short audio or video and we will make it into a beautiful drop. Otherwise, please share simple, raw, spontaneous posts directly. No need for high production. We would like as many as possible from friends and contacts. You are the ones to lead the way with samples.
Let your creativity be active and flowing and find new ways to approach all souls around you.
- Organize a Golden Drops Workshop in your centre or workplace, in consultation with your centre coordinator. Workshop Materials are available for all centres.
- Create exhibitions with murals, painting and other ideas.

The aim of the retreat is to empower BKs, and especially BKs with a scientific education, to progress with a fast speed.

In Central European Time
| 5.45 - 7.00 am | 15 min meditation followed by Engl. murli |
| 7.00 - 8.00 am | silence session, with guidelines |
| 3 pm - 4 pm | silence session, with guidelines |
| 6 - 8 pm | silence session, with guidelines |
In Standard Indian Time
| 9.15 - 10.30 am | 15 min meditation followed by Engl. murli |
| 10.30 - 11.30 am | silence session, with guidelines |
| 6.30 pm – 7.30 pm | silence session, with guidelines |

We strongly advise participants to be present in the murli class, because a link will be made between the murli and the subjects of Gyani silence of the retreat.
In the silence sessions we expect souls to be present as far as is possible within their time zone.
