86th Shiv Jayanti Celebrations Begin at Brahma Kumaris HQ, Pandav Bhawan

After a hectic 15 hours in Dubai in which there were three Brahmin events and one event at the Consul General of India’s home with special invited guests, which went well, I arrived in Shantivan. The first day was going up the mountain for PCR test and a quick visit to Baba’s room in Pandav Bhavan and Gyan Sarovar and then it’s been non stop with personal meetings.
Yesterday was a different scene in the drama. The first of the flag-hoisting ceremonies at Om Shanti Bhavan - without any of the Dadis for the first time - with Dr Nirmala, myself and the senior brothers Karunabhai, Mruthyunjaya and Dr Partap.
Munniben joined us for the further ceremony in Pandav Bhavan courtyard.
Then first there was the remote button for the flag at the aeroplane.
This time it was not on the steps of the Meditation Hall but very simply in front of the original building in the courtyard itself. A flag was then hoisted on that building also. Then it was the flag at the Museum.
Today it’s flag-hoisting at Gyan Sarovar and Global Hospital.
Time Management Session For DRDO Personnel Conducted by Security Services Wing

Mount Abu (Rajasthan): Security Services Wing conducted an online program on Time Management for DRDO Personnel.
Senior Officer –R Appavuraj, Chairman, Centre for Personnel and Talent Management (CEPTAM) and others attended the program. Faculty was BK Dr Mohit Gupta, Cardiologist, Delhi.

Diamond Jubilee Celebrations of Ulhasnagar Brahma Kumaris at Diamond Hall

Abu Road (Rajasthan): The Brahma Kumaris celebrated the Diamond Jubilee of Rajyogini BK Som of Ulhasnagar at Diamond Hall in Shantivan. The occasion marked the completion of her 60 years in Godly services.
Dadi Ratanmohini, Chief of Brahma Kumaris, expressed her good wishes to all. She said that Ulhasnagar started its services in a small way, but has grown so well with the blessings of many Dadis. Today, we all must strive to make this atmosphere powerful with the power of silence. BK Som is an obedient and large-hearted child of God. That day is not far when we will witness an ideal society established here.
Speaking on this occasion, BK Som said that all this appreciation coming her way is actually that of the Supreme Soul, who has found its children from all nooks and corners of the world, and brought them together in this spiritual field. She thanked everyone at Shantivan for such a grand ceremony. She said that she is grateful that God accepted her life as Its own and made it a successful life.
BK Santosh, Joint Chief of Brahma Kumaris, recalled the starting of Godly services at Ulhasnagar along with BK Som. It was not an easy journey, as the seed was nurtured with care and diligence by many people, especially seniors like Dadi Prakashmani and Dadi Janki, who served there as well. She thanked everyone who offered their services so far and reminded that much more needs to be done. So everyone must put all their focus in manifesting the Divine Will.
A 12-minute film on the life and services of BK Som was also shown. BK Mruthyunjaya congratulated her and the BK family of Ulhasnagar on this auspicious occasion. He felicitated her with a Memento and an appreciation letter.
BK Nirwair, Secretary General of Brahma Kumaris, said that when Godly services proliferate and manifold at some place, it is due to the purity, sacrifice and penance of the personality In-charge of that area. Credit for Ulhasnagar services goes to BK Som. He congratulated her on this occasion.
BK Brij Mohan, Additional Secretary General of Brahma Kumaris, said that BK Som justifies her name as she is indeed intoxicated with God’s love. With ease and quite naturally, she has inspired many others to follow this path.
BK Munni, Joint Chief of Brahma Kumaris, heartily congratulated BK Som on this auspicious occasion. She said that BK Som is a tireless worker in the plan of the Supreme Soul. Her dedication deserves appreciation from all. She wished her a long, healthy and prosperous life.
BK Dr. Nirmala, Director of Gyansarovar, also congratulated BK Som and the Brahma Kumaris family of Ulhasnagar. She said that BK Som has made a good record for herself by serving the Sindhi community of Ulhasnagar.
A beautiful song by the Madhurvani Group and dance performance was also presented on this occasion. The event closed with a candle lighting and cake cutting ceremony.
BK Dr. Savita, Head Quarters Coordinator of te Women’s Wing, coordinated the whole event.
Rajyogini BK Som came in contact with Brahma Kumaris from Hoshiarpur in Punjab. She was born to spiritually inclined parents already following the teachings of Brahma Kumaris. She served in Jaipur and Sion service centers along with Brijendra Dadi, who later made her In-charge of Godly Services in Ulhasnagar, Thane district of Maharashtra. She served the area with dedication and turned around the initial opposition of the Sindhi community to support with her sacrifice and purity of purpose. Today, Ulhasnagar is an active center of Brahma Kumaris, serving the area with spiritual knowledge and social services.
Cancer Awareness Rally By Brahma Kumaris At Its Headquarters

Abu Road (Rajasthan): On the occasion of World Cancer Day, a one km long awareness rally was taken out by Brahma Kumaris in Shantivan premises and Talhati area. Large number of members of Brahma Kumaris carried banners and posters on Cancer prevention in this rally.
Dr. Pratap Midha, Director of Global Hospital and Research Center, showed green flag to this rally. Speaking on this occasion, he said that Rajyoga Meditation is that wonderful medicine, which can save people from diseases like Cancer. It increases positivity in our system and counters negativity, which is the cause of all diseases. Everyone must adopt Rajyoga in their lives to stay disease free.
BK Mruthyunjaya, Executive Secretary of Brahma Kumaris, said that we can escape Cancer by a proper daily routine and by being Self Conscious.
Dr. Satish Gupta, Cardiologist, said that balance is very important in life. We need to develop good eating habits. Only then can we escape Cancer.
Dr. Banarasi Lal Shah, Secretary of Medical Wing of RERF, said that today Cancer had spread all over the world. In addition to food and lifestyle, we need to take care of our mental health as well. We should incorporate salads, green vegetables and dry fruits in our diet.
Important health related tips were also given to those participating in the rally. Social distancing norms were followed during this rally. BK Mohan Singhal, Head of Scientist and Engineers Wing of RERF, BK Shukla, Incharge of Brahma Kumaris in Harinagar, Delhi, BK Bhanu, BK Amardeep, BK Mohan, BK Dheeraj, BK Ramsukh Mishra and BK Sachin, were also present on this occasion.
This initiative was taken under the ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav Se Swarnim Bharat ki Ore’ Project of Brahma Kumaris in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Government of India.

Mount Abu (Rajasthan): The Brahma Kumaris family shares condolences for the loss of Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar. Lata Mangeshkar was well connected with Brahma Kumaris sisters and sang many spiritual songs.
BK Niha from Gamdevi center, Mumbai reached Breach Candy Hospital with a sandal wood garland to pay final tribute to Lata Mangeshkar, conducted meditation and shared vibrations of peace.
Brahma Kumaris family sends love, light and good wishes for the onward journey of the departed soul and her family.

Security Services Wing Conducts Online Program for Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA) on Stress Management (Replays available)

Mount Abu (Rajasthan): On the occasion of Aazadi Ke Amrit Mahotsav se Swarnim Bharat ki Ore, the first Security Services Wing online program was conducted on Stress Management through Self Empowerment for Army Wives Welfare Association ( AWWA) , Madhya(Mid) Bharat Area for three days.
Around 12 Army units (in Madhya Pradesh & Uttar Pradesh) and 500 Ladies of Army personnel including Lady officers and some Army men attended this program
BK Faculties were BK EV Gireesh (Mumbai), BK Asmita (Singer, Kolkata), BK Deepa (Mumbai) and Lt Col Vikas Chowhan (Jabalpur) coordinated the program.

The ‘Azadi ke Amrit Mahotsav Se Swarnim Bharat ki Ore’ Project will bring a Golden Age in Bharat: MLC Maharashtra

Abu Road (Rajasthan): A spiritual get together was held at Diamond Hall in Shantivan, at the International headquarters of Brahma Kumaris. Ambadas Danve, Member of Maharashtra Legislative Council and Leader & Spokesperson of Shiv Sena, was the special guest of this program. BK Mruthyunjaya, Executive Secretary of Brahma Kumaris, BK Pushpa from Delhi, and BK Sharda from Ahmedabad were felicitated by Ambadas Danve and BK Dr Deepak Harke.
Ambadas Danve, while speaking on this occasion said that a person’s life definitely undergoes transformation after connecting with Rajyoga. The ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav Se Swarnim Bharat ki Ore ‘ Project by Brahma Kumaris, will bring a Golden Age in Bharat.
Deepika Jindal, Director of Jindal Group of Schools and Hospitals, said that her life has changed in so many ways by the practice of Meditation. Brahma Kumaris are running many campaigns to uplift society. The Brahma Kumaris sisters have held many motivational workshops, seminars, spiritual discourses and Rajyoga Meditation classes from time to time at different schools, hospitals and companies of Jindal Group.
Deepak Harke, National Secretary of World Book of Records, London shared about his association with Brahma Kumaris and World Book of Records, London. He appreciated the Global Godly services of BK HQ Daily News.
BK Mruthyunjaya and BK Pushpa also felicitated Ambadas Danve and presented him with a Godly gift.
