Communicating with Lotus House, Ahmedabad for pilgrims who do not know their travel date to Madhuban

Dear Divine Family,
Please accept greetings of love from Lotus House.
We would like to bring to your attention an issue that has been affecting our operation in managing visiting pilgrims to Lotus House, Ahmedabad from overseas.
There are many pilgrims who, after arriving in India, visit their family or go on tour before travelling to Madhuban. We have requested that any additional information, such as onward travel where known, is put on the DF Travel Database in the comments section, so that we are informed in advance. But sometimes pilgrims are uncertain of the date they want to travel to Madhuban, and try to contact Lotus House after their arrival in India.
As social media is becoming more readily available to people, we have noticed over the last couple of years that Baba`s children are preferring to use this method to communicate messages to Lotus House via various brothers and sisters they know at the centre. These messages don't always reach the correct source i.e., the Admin Office, where all data is registered, or the information is inaccurate/incomplete and therefore this creates a lot of confusion when pilgrims turn up unannounced or are kept waiting at the airport to be picked up, and we do not have that information.
Therefore in order to make our operation more manageable, we are requesting your support.
We would like to request that for all Centres and pilgrims, that all means of communication with Lotus House must be only done through the following means.
1. If someone needs to communicate with Lotus House after their arrival in India to book their travel to Madhuban, they should email: lotus.amd@bkivv.org or lotus.amd@gmail.com
2. We can also be contacted on WhatsApp: Bhavikaben +91 94276 78365
3. Please note that for any disruptions in the journey e.g. missed flights, delayed flights, luggage undelivered at landing, lengthy waits at the baggage collection point, or any other issues, please contact Br Kumar on WhatsApp +44 7905840112 or mobile +91 9586654729.
4. Please remember to have your Travel Coordinators book the details in the DF travel database at least two weeks in advance of arrival in India, and any additional information can be included under the comments section.
We humbly hope that you give our request careful consideration and hope that we can improve our service to our international Brahmin family.

Update on Travel: Meeting Points for International and Domestic Airports in Ahmedabad

Dear Divine Family,
The Lotus House family would like to thank everyone for giving their full cooperation at this time when both the International and Domestic Airports are going through major renovations until the end of 2023. Some further clarification is required for the meeting points for both terminals.
1. Meeting Point for International Arrivals (Terminal 2) - Please turn right upon exiting and walk approximately 100 yards until you come to an ATM cabin (Induslnd Bank) as seen in attachment 1.
2. Meeting point for Domestic Arrivals (Terminal 1) - Please turn left upon exiting and walk approximately 10 yards until you come to an Office called jpod as seen in attachment 2.
Our team will be waiting in these respective meeting points.
3. Also, just to make everyone aware, in the International Airport in the baggage collection area whilst you are waiting for your luggage, between belts 2 and 4, there is a small Customer Information Desk as seen in attachment 3. If you approach the assistant on the desk they will give you a Wi-fi password that you can use for free for 1 hour. We are requesting that you use this facility to communicate with us if there are any delays in your coming out for any reason. This is essential so that our brothers and sisters do not have to wait outside unnecessarily. (See contact information below).
Reminder: For early morning flight arrivals between 2.00am and 5.00am
Due to the heavy traffic of flights coming between 2.00am and 5.00am, it would be very helpful if pilgrims could contact Br Kumar on WhatsApp +447905840112 or by Mobile, Text or SMS: +91-9586 654729 when they have received their luggage, or if their luggage has not arrived. Please note that this only applies during the early morning arrival of flights between 2.00am and 5.00am due to the extreme heavy traffic of the number of flight arrivals.

URGENT: 2 March 2023 Avyakt Meeting group for Double Foreigners

Dear Centre Coordinators and Travel Coordinators,
Greetings and remembrances from Madhuban home!
After many years, it is good to have the large double foreigner family with us on Baba’s campuses in Abu.
However, the numbers for the double foreigners coming for 2 March 2023 Avyakt Meeting has increased hugely, and it will be challenging to accommodate all the double foreigners in Gyan Sarovar and Pandav Bhawan. Even the dormitories will be overfull. The Bharatwasi group in Shantivan for 2 March 2023 will also be very, very large.
Therefore, this is to inform DF pilgrims that everyone will need to adjust with whatever accommodation is provided, on whichever campus is available. If pilgrims wish to stay in small rooms for health reasons, or need couple/family rooms etc, they are requested to postpone their visit and come for the 20 March 2023 Avyakt Meeting.
Please inform pilgrims from your Centres about the situation immediately.

News of earthquakes in Turkey - Message from Brother Yogesh

Dear Sisters and Brothers, Om Shanti
As you may know, there were 2 large earthquakes on Monday 6th February in southeast Turkey, near the Syrian border.
The first one was magnitude 7.7 and struck before sunrise; the second was magnitude 7.6 and struck in the afternoon.
Current figures indicate around 2900 casualties in Turkey and 1400 casualties in Syria, with freezing temperatures hampering rescue efforts. Ten cities have been affected and 7 days of mourning have been announced in Turkey.
Baba's children and centres in Istanbul and Antalya are all well and we continue to have yoga for the situation.

Om Shanti. This special month of January, the month of Experiments-In-Silence is now coming to an end. We hope that you enjoyed every moment of it. The simplicity of the daily point, the thought, and the practice kept it simple and powerful as we experienced an integrated silence. The seniors' sharing on the Sundays laid a strong foundation for each week's practice. The daily practices prepared all of us to have many experiences during the three-day Global Bhatti that led up to the emergence of very special experiences on January 18th.
