Sudesh Didi – 14th November 2021 Sunday Morning Class - GCH, London: Ek bal ek bharosa - One Strength, One Support

16 November 2021

Om shanti. Om shanti. Good morning.

Sunday morning is a special morning. Every day is special. So why Sunday is special? Every day, Baba is reminding us to become part of the Sun Dynasty. In order to be worthy to go Sun Dynasty, what do we have to keep in mind? Sun Dynasty continues for eight generations. Krishna Janmashtami means Shri Krishna, or Narayan, and his kingdom, or his clan, continues for eight generations, which is called Lakshmi Narayan Kingdom or the Sun Dynasty. Ram Navami, nav means nine, Brahma’s nine generations or Narayan’s nine generations. It is not Narayan, but Ram, and that is called Moon dynasty. So, though our aim and objectives are to become deities and to be in Narayan’s nine generations, it is not Narayan but Ram, and that is called Moon dynasty. So, though our aim and objectives are to become deities, and Rama and Sita are also called deities. The power in the sun, the moon receives the power from the sun. In order to be in the Sun Dynasty, do we have to become the child of Narayan? Whose children do we have to become? Of the Supreme Father. So, we are to become Sun Dynasty, only at this time when we receive the inheritance from Baba because the Kingdom, or the inheritance of the Golden Age, or the Harmony Kingdom, is established at this time by the Sun of Knowledge. So, to become the child of the Sun of Knowledge, to become the child in the Sun Dynasty, we have to become an heir child, a worthy child.

We are all children of Baba, we all become divine beings, all Brahmins become deities. But what makes it numberwise? All are receiving the same inheritance at the same time. The Fortune-Maker Baba is the Bestower. Today, Baba reminds us that He is praised as Daata, the Bestower. What He gives, everyone receives. But there is a difference in number, in following the second step. That is VidhataDaata means giver. And Vidhata means He gives the method of how to receive it. The method we need to practise and that method creates our fortune. Bhagya VidhataBhagya means fortune. So, we create our fortune for the future, or to reclaim our fortune by tuning in with our faith and intoxication that I was the one who was from the Sun Dynasty clan. It means to invoke that energy, that faith in this.

In the Sun Dynasty, in the kingdom of the Golden Age, each family only has one son and one daughter. Later on, the number increases to two sons and two daughters or two sons and one daughter. It changes. But Narayan is the only son, that is, Krishna does not have any brothers. Why did he become the only son, why not the others? The secret is that the one follows only One. God is One. The One makes only one number one. God is One, the One is making everyone number one, for number one in number one bal (strength), number one kingdom, number one dynasty. Otherwise, Baba says that everyone is number one. This is why this mantra of ‘Remember Me and Me alone’. Mera to ek Baba doosra na koi (I have One Baba and none other).

Although God has created a rosary, maala piroe (threaded in the rosary), it is a nice song. But in that rosary, who became the bead number one, who followed number One, remembered only number One. Baba says by remembering only One, you win the heart of Baba, because your concentration, your faith, is focused on One. Today, Baba reminds us to just remember this word ‘one’.  In this number, one, there are many aspects.

When Baba gives blessings, He also gives us titles. One of them is ek bal ek bharosa in Hindi but in English, it is always translated generally as ‘One strength, One support’. In fact, ek bal, means One strength One power. And bharosa means faith, not support. It also means that God, Thy will be done, Inshaa Allah (Arabic: It is according to God’s will) . In Christianity, it says ‘Thy will be done’. In Islam religion ‘Insha Allah’, God's desire, if it is God wish I do. In Hindi, they say Prabhu Ichaa, God's wish.

Baba does not have desires, but He has wishes for you. Baba does not just wish you, He wills you, because He gives you willpower. What He desires is what you desire, what you want: “I want you to be divine beings. I want you to be elevated. I want you to be double-crowned kings.” You also want this, except we need to have willpower. And willpower will come not only just with determination, but with faith; faith in your own self, and faith in Baba. Baba wills you all His property. But how much willpower I have in order to claim that depends on one condition: by forming a relationship with only One. You will receive this kingdom by having faith in only One.

When there is faith, the intellect is focused. Nishchay bhuddhi vijayanti , faith in intellect become victorious. It is not only just desire and you want or just an aim, but it is with faith. And not only faith, faith-full. So ek bal ek bharosa. We need to have faith in Baba and also be loyal. Faith and loyalty, both are important. It is because it is connected with intellect. Thoughts, good wishes, pure feeling, positive thinking, and elevated thinking are connected with the mind. But decisions and your wishes are connected with the intellect. The function of the intellect is to discriminate between right and wrong or to decide what your aim is and what you want to achieve.

If the intellect is not loyal, it wanders here and there. A fluctuating intellect, a wandering intellect cannot focus on the aim properly. When you are fluctuating, you cannot make an accurate decision, either. So, even though your desire is to become virtuous, you want to become victorious; you want to become benevolent, but your focus becomes the basis of the power of decision. It is just like on a balance scale, when the needle is moving, you cannot say it is balanced. When the wandering intellect stops and stays focused, then your decision is clear.

Faith and loyalty automatically bring concentration and dedication. And you have concentration and dedication, automatically, you become free. God also has faith in you. Just as love begets love, faith also begets faith. Trust makes you trustworthy. Baba begins to see that you are making yourself worthy. You receive His blessings because you are obedient; you are following the dictates of only One.

Faith in knowledge, faith in drama, faith in time, faith in the Brahmin family, faith in the self, are actually the aspects of faith in One alone. When I have faith in Baba, I will have faith in knowledge. When I have faith in knowledge, I will have faith in drama. When I have faith in drama, whatever is happening, I do not have doubt, and my Intellect is not wandering. This is called bharosa. It means you have 100 percent faith that nothing will go wrong because the drama is accurate. But first, you have faith in the Ocean of Knowledge. Who is giving knowledge? God's knowledge is truth. Therefore, I would listen to the opinion of others. I would respect others’ advice. But as my connection is with Baba, I know what is right, what it is that I have to do.

Another aspect is that the soul is free, free from the fear that I might do wrong, free from tension. When the mind is totally free from worry, there will be catching power. As there is no fear and no tension, the intellect is plain and pure, and is able to catch when Baba touches the soul. You catch what is there. And you become what Baba says befikra baadshaah, not just a carefree king, but you are free because Baba is taking care of you. It is not that you are careless. You are careful because there is so much faith, bharosa, there that God is taking care of you.

Then you follow ekmat, Shrimat. You believe, and the intellect begins to understand that Shrimat comes from only One elevated Father. There can be many ideas and advice now, but think, why do we not need an advisor in the Golden Age?  Baba says in the Golden Age, no advisor is needed. Because your intellect has received advice of only One and with this automatically, your intellect becomes connected with Baba. There is unity, union, connected focused on Babas. Manmanabhav becomes a natural mantra, and Madhyajibhav because you are king already, you are not worrying. You are free from worry. And this sanskar of royalty automatically makes you powerful, the natural authority of whatever you are doing, your actions are righteous. And the righteous kingdom sat that makes you sat. Truth makes you truth. The power of truth is an unshakable power. With One opinion, your intellect is not mixing the opinion of human beings. It is absent of the directions of human beings. You listen to directions and you respect them. But when making decisions, you are not impressed and influenced. Most of the time when we hear different opinions, our intellect also begins to go, “This is right; that is right.” You then fluctuate, and doubt comes in. If you have your own opinion, your own mixture of manmat (directions of one’s own mind), then you cannot have harmony, ekmatEk means following the direction of one. Mat is opinion; mat is direction; mat is wisdom. Baba says, when you follow the direction of Ek, means Ekmat, then all of you are actually with one opinion. Follow One and everyone's opinion will be one. They may be expressed in different ways, but their opinion is one. Then you are able to create one world one kingdom. In this way, the intellect becomes divine.

The most important aspect of one is that in order to bring oneness to each other, first make sure that I have harmony within my own self. My mind, my intellect, and my personality are one. Thought, understanding, and action are one. Then we are able to become one world in the New World and get number one.  In the rosary, we become one. Om shanti.

Sudesh Didi – 7th November 2021   Sunday Morning Class - GCH, London: The deep secrets of health, wealth and relationships

11 November 2021

Om shanti. Om shanti. Good morning. Golden morning. Happy morning. Fortunate morning. Lucky morning.

The heart says sings the praise of the fortune. Wah, mera bhagya. Wah, my fortune. Bhagya Bhagwan, the Fortune-maker, the One who gives us unlimited wealth. The greatest wealth of all is contentment. Health is wealth because health is also important. The health of the body, healthy mind. Health is wealth, and a healthy mind is the greatest wealth. Relationships, contentment, harmony and happiness in relationships, are also wealth. All types of wealth are connected with the one who experiences itself to be healthy, wealthy, happy and fortunate. It is the soul that experiences happiness, the joy of being fortunate, being wealthy in every aspect and being wholesome healthy. If wealth, health and happiness are there, with unlimited prosperity, yet contentment is lacking, one always feels dissatisfied, nervous, or has the tendency to complain all the time. The one who complains is always empty or incomplete from the inside because there is a sense of something is missing within the self and something is missing in others. They do not experience fullness. But Baba is making us complete, full, 16 celestial degrees full, not even 14 degrees.

What do 14 and 16 degrees mean? The moon is full on the 14th day is called Purnamasi. The moon is full and complete. 16 degrees, solah kalaa, means 100 per cent. Baba says that He is making you full in every aspect. The wealth of knowledge, knowledge-full. Knowledge is wealth, through knowledge, we become wealthy, through yoga we become healthy. Through divine virtues, the wealth of virtues, the relationships become harmonious, because that is the greatest power of harmony and happiness. This contentment in relationships or any kind of karmic account is a sign of one or another virtue missing, lacking the generosity of appreciating whatever is there.

Baba gives us blessings that you are goddesses and gods of contentment. What is the content in it? What does contentment contain? What is the source of contentment? Whatever the soul has received, the deep feeling of appreciation by acknowledging it, appreciating it, valuing it, and respecting it. Thankfulness for what matter offers, for people in our lives, for time. But who is actually our Fortune-maker? We are connected to the Source of all blessings and all powers and so, our greatest fortune, the greatest wealth, is the awareness of ‘Who do I belong to?’. And the source of wealth is this deep relationship and connection with Bhaagya Vidhaata (Bestower of Fortune).

Wealth in the form of knowledge means wisdom, the clarity that Baba gives. This is why Baba says that the source of income is knowledge. The knowledge of what? The knowledge of who am I, what am I, and to know and believe who I belong to. The faith and intoxication, and every day the Bestower of blessings, the Fortune-maker, is giving the wealth of blessings. With virtues, we need to inculcate, but blessings are the greatest wealth of all. Vardan okiee bauchhaare, showering blessings every day blessings. Every blessing is also a method. Blessings are used at the time of difficulty. Do you know how to use it? Baba Himself is my Fortune. So, I need to use Baba. How do I use Baba? The system that Baba has given, the knowledge that Baba has given, we need to be aware of them.

Today Baba is speaking about different kinds of wealth, teaching us the deep secret of physical wealth, spiritual wealth because health is wealth. We become healthy; we remain healthy in Golden Age and Silver Age, but what is the source of health? What is the reason for being healthy? The more I am soul conscious that means the more I am in yoga. So, from soul consciousness, there is God consciousness. God is the Bestower of health and wealth. When the mind is healthy, the body is healthy. The mind becomes healthy through communicating with Baba, having sweet conversations, churning the knowledge that Baba has given. Baba has given very clear understanding that if your mind is connected more with the body, for example, if there is any kind of sickness, in order to cure it, remember your for…’tune’. Where are you ‘tuned’? Are you tuned into sickness? Or are you tuned into health, for example? If the body is sick, and I am always speaking about the sickness, always complaining about the challenges the body is going through. Then the body sickness thinks that I love it very much, because I am speaking so much about it. Because whoever you love, you always speak about it. So, if I am always speaking about my sickness, it means that sickness thinks that I love her so much that I speak to everyone about it. She also likes me, and so gets to sit with us.

I remember something about Dadi Janki. If somebody was to say to Dadi that she looked tired or to ask if she was tired, at that time, you would see from her face, that she would think it was an insult. She would never ever like to hear tiredness. She would say, “It is because you are tired, this is why you see me tired.” In the same way, someone says, “You are very weak. You look very pale.” Then we begin to think in this way, which is like welcoming it. This is affecting the mind. Then the mind also becomes sick, because the mind has accepted that “Yes, I am sick.”

It is not that you are not well. It is the body that is not well. This aspect is also very subtle. The body is sick. But in fact, the body is also not sick, because the body really does not know what sickness is. Does the body know what sickness is? No. Maybe the body is weak, but it does not know and say “I am weak.” So, the body is not well. To become well, then depends on the state of the mind. This is why it is said, a healthy mind means a healthy body. And a healthy mind is only when my mind is, of course, taking care of the body, because it is my companion. The body is my partner and my support. Without the body. I cannot do anything for myself. I cannot even express myself or experience my inner joy.

In the soul world, it is total stillness, because the souls are without the bodies. All the souls reside there, but health, wealth, happiness, all kinds of these qualities are not experienced. It is only in the corporeal world we talk about healthy body, long life, beautiful body and prosperity.

In Golden Age, matter is perfect, and I, the soul, am connected with matter. Now practise: If something happens to the body, it is okay. If upheaval comes to disturb you, you do not shake. If someone says anything about you, you are detached. It means you do not think too much about it. If there is not the practice, we begin to worry too much about things. Worry becomes sickness. This is why it is said, the greatest disease of all is worry, which leads to fear and tension. Worrying about myself, worrying about past, worrying about future. The greatest health is happiness. Khushi kaise thoda karen? (How to be happy?) Happiness is nourishment. Happiness is when you have a pure mind and a peaceful mind in a natural way.

Soul consciousness is the source of health. Body consciousness is the source of sickness. Even if the body is weak, Baba is reminding us today not speak about it again and again. The more we speak about it, we become body conscious and by being body conscious, my mind is not connected with Baba. My mind is connected with my body. Of course, you can think about the methods to heal yourself, and take medicine. But the consciousness is I, the soul, am healthy, because I am fortunate to be guided, to be with Baba. It is my fortune now, at this time, when I can receive the greatest wealth of all, all types of wealth: mind, body and prosperity for future. And my fortune continues for the whole cycle. At this time Baba is with me, and the greatest fortune is that I experience at this time that Baba is our wealth, and at the same time, I receive the blessings and the knowledge from Baba. Wealth increases only when you invest it. Virtues also increase when you interact and use them. This is why it is said gyan dhan gun dhan, the wealth of knowledge and the wealth of virtues. There are also the wealth of power and the wealth of harmonious relationships.

It is very important to keep both the mind and the body healthy. Time is also an important type of wealth because if waste thoughts are created, unnecessary thoughts are created, time is going into gossip, a lot of time is wasted. Baba says that even if one subject is missing you cannot pass fully. Even in school, if you fail any one subject, you have to study for another year, time is wasted to re-sit the exam. In the same way, even if I have learned after realisation, there will be some repentance, because I am repairing myself through my earning, Whatever time I have wasted is deducted from what I have invested into my earning now. This creates a debit account. So, time is also a wealth. More time is saved by making myself free from waste thoughts, unnecessary thoughts and weak thoughts. Baba has given me the wealth of Positive Thinking. Every day, Baba communicates with me to give the wealth of knowledge. There are so many points in Baba’s knowledge. Happiness is health; happiness is also wealth. By using knowledge with the right understanding, happiness increases and one will experience the state of contentment. Contentment in the mind, as I said, depends on the quality of thoughts I am creating. So the title for myself is I am Baba’s knowledgeable soul. A knowledgeable soul has the ability to use knowledge at the right time when it is needed not afterwards. If the wealth is just stored in the bank, with a record in my passbook. I maybe remembering many points of knowledge, but without putting any of it into practice, it is of no use. This is why happiness increases only when I put into practice the many points of knowledge. Knowledge-able soul. This is how my wealth increases because I am investing by using it and sharing it with others in practical life. Together with that, the increase of yoga power with Baba is making the soul healthy.  The mind is not busy caught up in the why, what, where and how question marks. Questions create a ‘queue’ (kyon). The queue becomes so big that  you cannot come out from it nor jump over. Baba says that questions are your creation, and you are so trapped in it that you lose your happiness and cannot be cheerful. In Hindi the words rhymes. Baba plays with words:  prashna-chit and prasann-chit (embodiment of questions and embodiment of happiness). Prashna means question. Whether it is a question of doubt, a question of reaction, a question of dissatisfaction; any kind of question mark is crooked and not so easy. When you put a full stop, you create stock of all the power. Creating questions and you are standing in a queue, and the happiness on the face disappears.

Prasaan-chit harshitmukt  (cheerful face). This is a very interesting psychology. When there are many many questions, they go deep into the subconscious mind. When I am always caught up in questions, these questions become a bog. Questions do not politely go away, they queue one after another, one after another. And when there is a queue of questions in the mind, you are not able to listen to others.  As the other person is speaking, you are creating other question. A person who is sitting in the prison of questions cannot be pleased with anything. They are dependent of others and have tendency to go into the past and into blame. In this way, a lot of wealth of time or the power of the mind is used and we become weak in mind.

With weakness of the mind, automatically there is weakness in the body, weakness in virtues. Chit, the subconscious also becomes a heavy bondage. In bondage makes you bhogi.  So, prasann-chit makes your subconscious mind very clean, clear and pure. And this wealth will make you very happy; this prosperity will make you prosperous in relationships as well. Because pure mind, pure heart, pure feelings, good wishes… they are good wealth. Good wishes for the self and good wishes for other is the greatest wealth of all. We just celebrated Diwali in honour of Lakshmiji, who is always called the Goddess of wealth. She does not hold any weapons in her hand. She has the hands of blessings. The four hands are the hands of blessings and of detachment.

When the mind is totally connected, there this contentment and naturally, there is satisfaction, and powers and happiness are accumulated. With the karmic account in any relationship, with virtues and Godly powers, then our relationship remains very healthy. A harmonious relationship is like music played with a harmonium, different kinds of strings are connected together, but they are not tangled with each other. Each one is separate and yet each one is connected together.

The wealth of knowledge becomes yoga, Manmanabhav, the mind becomes powerful. Yoga becomes virtues; virtues become powers. Virtues protects you against the weaknesses of others and power transforms the attitude of others. The power to accept, the power to tolerate, the power to adjust, the power to let go, these powers save us the wealth of time and maintain our freedom.

Baba explains the secret of maintaining good relationships with 95 percent of the souls. 95 per cent of relationships are cleared, with good behaviour, harmonious behaviour, with knowledge, with yoga power, with good wishes, with harmony, with respect, appreciation and acceptance. The remaining 5 percent of the account can also be settled. This was Dadi Kumarka’s question to Baba, about making others content, but not everyone is satisfied. Baba said at least 95 percent of our relationships should be contented with all virtues and powers, and there can be 5 percent margin with some kind of karmic account has to be settled. These 5 percent of relationships are settled with good wishes. So let go, but maintain constant good wishes, then the accounts are settled, then the book is burned, no account book remains. In Hindi, it is called hisaab kitaab (account). Account is not only an account, it is kept in the book. So, when the account is closed, the book is also finished. So old chapter does not remain, and the future is also written. So, you create a new account, while all the time counting your fortune, counting what Baba has given, appreciating the time at the Confluence Age.

Baba also speaks about the secret of physical wealth. Physical wealth means material wealth. Baba’s treasure store is always full. Baba’s children make themselves wealthy and fortunate, by creating their fortune, by creating a very positive, powerful account with Baba. If the service is done with a pure heart, any programme, whether is a big programme or small programme, you will always receive cooperation. Every type of cooperation will come when service is done with selflessness, with generosity, with benevolent consciousness and with the consciousness of glorifying God. There is no motive of ‘I’ and ‘my’. There will be the cooperation of wealth at the right time, Baba will touch someone to make their fortune; someone will be inspired to give cooperation. It will be like a magic with the magic box of money opens, as the mind is totally free of the consciousness of ‘I am doing it.’ The moment the consciousness changes into ‘it is my programme.’,  ‘I am doing this’, the moment the desire of glorification of the self comes in, there is a lock, and cooperation will not come. This is why wealth is unlimited with selflessness, unlimited wealth in every aspect, because it is Baba’s blessings. It is is Baba’s task, and He will fulfil it. I am totally detached, surrendered, selfless. More selflessness more fullness. ‘I’ and ‘mine’ come it means obstacles begin. Instead of receiving wealth from Baba, you begin to spend time, you have to spend your thoughts, all your wealth and the wealth of happiness. What you have received from Baba, you begin to spend it and it becomes a new karmic account. So the account of wealth is very subtle.

Today Baba gives us the blessings of being healthy and tells us about the fortune of being healthy, of being wealthy, of having harmonious relationships: body, mind, wealth and relationships. So we are fortunate in every aspect.

I would like to give you a very happy news today. The greatest fortune, the mine of fortunes is to meet with BapDada and the family. Right. What have we been missing for the past one and a half years to two years? Missing Madhuban. Madhuban is the source of fortune. Madhuban, Wah Baba, Madhuban, Wah family. Madhuban is the actually biggest place of the family, the biggest home. All these places are our offices, but our home is Madhuban. And according to drama, now the season has started, it is possible for Baba’s children to go to Madhuban. Of course, there are certain rules and regulation because of COVID. But the doors are open, and the detail of the times, dates and groups will follow. This is the greatest fortune that we are going to be in Madhuban soon. Om shanti.

Sister Jayanti - Sunday 13th June 2021 - Revision Avyakt Murli 18.01.88

11 November 2021

Om shanti. It's Mama's month and so we have Mama's picture here to remind us of our mother. Today's murli is all about Brahma Baba, the senior mother. We're remembering both mothers and whenever there's an 18th January murli, not only is it one that's full of love and very sweet guidance and advice for the children, but very often there's also an exchange between the mother and the father. Shiv Baba is Mother and Father but also Brahma Baba is mother and father. In the context of Bap and Dada, Shiv Baba plays the role of Father and Brahma Baba plays the role of the senior mother. It was a very lovely exchange that Baba has described in this particular murli from 1988; the day of awareness, the Day of Remembrance. The Almighty Father, the all-powerful Father, meets the children who have come either physically or mentally, spiritually to Madhuban. Baba reminds us that on this day, the two Hindi words go together very closely - smrithi and samarthi -  smrithi; awareness, remembrance and samarthi, power. These two words very naturally connect together. You can hear that. When we remember Baba, we are drawing not only Baba's love, we're also drawing Baba's power. So the day of remembrance, the day of awareness is also the day of becoming powerful, the day of becoming equal. And the word saman, so it's all SSS. Sneh; the day of love. Baba reminds us also that Baba was the embodiment of love absolutely, not just the state of love, but also the state of power, and in that also, we would see the detachment. When it's the state of love there's a very different feeling, and when there's a state of detachment there's a very different feeling.

We would see both sides of Brahma Baba together at all times; one moment with the children, the next moment the detached observer watching the children. The love that Baba gave was such that Baba pulled us not to himself, but pulled us to our own perfect complete stage. Baba draws us away from limited things into that unlimited stage. So Baba's saying that Baba's love was such that it gave you the blessing for becoming the conqueror of all attachment and the embodiment of remembrance, the embodiment of power and your karmateet stage. Yaad pyar; you've heard these words often, loving and detached, or detached and loving. That stage of becoming karmateet also was a blessing from Baba. Baba also said how it was Baba's love that made the Dadis into the shakti army. With the Dadi's, all of us are also part of that shakti army, brothers are included in that because they too take shakti power from Baba. The shakti army that was able to reveal Baba to the world. It was a group of young women; even the eldest were just in their early 20's, no more than that. It was these women who heard Baba, absorbed everything that Baba was saying, and took on that role of leadership. After Baba became avyakt, they carried Baba's message to the whole wide world, revealing Baba to the world. I know that the final revelation has yet to happen: yet, these souls who had not travelled anywhere came across to all the different continents of the world, and they conquered the hearts of all those who saw them. So Baba remembered how Baba would communicate that love and power through his drishti and also in the final moments.

When Dadi Gulzar was offering bhog for Baba in the 13 day period after Baba became avyakt, she asked Baba the question and that trance message came back. She asked Baba what were your final thoughts in those final moments? Baba said, first it was the pull; one side karma pull, the suffering of karma, the pain, and on the other side the stage of freedom. Karma yoga. Yoga overpowers the pain, so Baba's face relaxes and no pain is visible. Secondly, Baba remembered all the children in the combined form, the whole family, not one individual but everyone. Thirdly, the conversation with Shiv Baba: If you want me to come, I'm ready to come. If you want me to stay I'll stay; absolutely detached, and the children, the love and the detachment, everyone all together. Absolutely the last drishti that Baba gave was love and detachment. That was the power of God's love, and also the power of Brahma Baba, the senior's mother's love. Baba then says how all the children have come to the subtle region, either through their thoughts and the divine intellect or through trance. It's a day when everybody's offering bhog especially to Baba with a lot of love, coming in different forms, different relationships but all with that aim of becoming Bapsaman, equal to the Father to experience that particular stage on that day. Baba saying that yes, Shiv Baba understands why you have so much love for Brahma Baba because he's your mother. Baba in the role of the mother sustained you, gave you so many attainments and also was able to help you experience blessings from the one. So you've had so much from Brahma Baba and of course you're going to remember him, not just in sakar days, but for that sustenance to continue through that whole period of 49 years of avyakt sustenance. That is a long, long time. Even for those who came after Baba became avyakt, that sustenance of many years brought us to the point where we are today. So Baba said that the day of remembrance is the day of memories. You have so many different memories that emerge. So many different treasures that emerge, all your experiences and the divine activities of the Father, and the proof of love is that you're able to fulfill whatever is it that the One you love wants you to achieve.

So this very loving mother wants you to become kings. The alokik love of the alokik mother, the spiritual unique love of this very unique individual; the only one who's been able to play the part of mother and father in the physical world in such a special way. This one has sustained you so much, and yet, this love isn't one that separates you from God. I found that sentence very fascinating because when there's love on just the human level, it creates a block in my relationship with Baba. I'm not able to have the same quality of yoga. On the human level, I'm in the consciousness of the body, I'm remembering someone who is a bodily being, and so there's a separation from God - viyogi instead of yogi connecting, viyogi is separation. So in this case, Baba was saying that there isn't that situation of viyogi, of separation, but rather that connection with Brahma Baba was able to bring you closer to Shiv Baba. Enabling you to have even more powerful yoga, and also enabling you to move forward in your own efforts. Shiv Baba asked Brahma Baba the $64 million question. What is it that you remember about the day of remembrance, the day of power and Brahma Baba's answer was very beautiful? My world is my children, the children are my world. Now what could be more beautiful than that?

And then Brahma Baba saying yes, I remember first the children who have become equal, then I remember the children who are the loving children, and the loving children are wonderful. They are pukka Brahmins. They have deep love. They're never going to leave Baba.  They're always going to be with Baba. But and the big but...The equal children; saman children, they're the ones who've taken power, and they're able to deal with all problems. The ones with love who haven't been able to maintain that relationship of power from Baba continuously, they're the ones who sometimes get a bit scared when there are problems that arise. The problems create fear. They shake them, and then after some time they recover, but the time that's lost in that fear or confusion or distress, ghabara jati hai, they get confused, they get upset, they get scared. That time that is lost is very valuable time. In a practical way, here's a problem in front of me and my time is going in this state of confusion etc, I don't have the capacity to deal with it, and so, probably the problem gets worse. The tangled thread becomes even more tangled, and so not only is time lost but the situation has developed in a negative way.

Baba mentioned three specific reasons why these problems come. One is maya; that's my own weaknesses that are coming up: whether it's my attachment, my greed, my ego, my anger, whatever it is, so, mayaSecondly, prakriti - nature, matter. It always refers to two separate things, this body which is prakriti - nature, matter but it also of course refers to nature out there. At the moment in Britain, generally, but especially in the south it's now 29 degrees celsius. And when it was 18 degrees celsius just a few days ago, everybody thought when is summer coming? When is summer coming? And now summer is here, and now the complaints have also started. It's too hot. It's too hard. We can't sleep at night. It's too hot, because most houses in Britain have heating, they have central heating or some form of heating. But very, very few houses have air conditioning. So you can see how anything can become an excuse, a reason to be discontent, but I have to learn to be content. Sometimes it's maya, sometimes it's prakriti, this nature or the nature out there. The third thing is the sanskaras of other souls. Any one of these three things can become a problem. Am I going to stay lost in Baba's love and take power from Baba to go beyond that? Or am I going to say, but what can I do, I can't help it, of course they're like this and so this is why I am behaving like this? Of course the problem then multiplies, and so Baba's saying, if you love your mother then fulfil the powerful thought that the mother has for you to become a king, not a subject, you're the one to create subjects, not to be a subject. So it takes so much love, so much power that you're actually able to follow in the mother and father's footsteps. Are my thoughts like the mother and father? Are my words like them? Are my actions like them? Is the quality of my interaction in terms of relationships with others like them? And so we have a very clear picture of the aim that we have, and we also have a clear picture of the road to be able to achieve that goal.

Baba said that a few of my children are already equal, and again, this was a continuation of the amrit vela story; I saw a few of My children who are equal, but I saw many children who are still wanting to become equal. It's their desire but somehow they're not making it. They're not maintaining that stage of power to be able to achieve that. So Baba said take the blessings of the day, and I thought to myself, was it just those souls who were there January 18th 1988, for whom those blessings were? And the answer came to me that surely every murli that we read now is a blessing for all of us. It wasn't just a blessing for those at that time. Yes, they took those blessings and they've become equal and they've become karmateet, but for all of us today who are hearing Baba's versions with that same love and awareness and commitment, surely, we're also able to take those blessings and make it happen. It's up to us. Baba's giving us everything equally, and so it's up to us to actually make it happen in a beautiful way.

The other murli, or it's actually the same murli but it was quite distinctly then a second part. In that second part, Baba's talking to the group that has been specially invited to Madhuban for 18th January. The family is too big for everyone to come, and so way, way back, Dadi Kumarka and the Dadi's had decided okay, let's have special groups come for every special meeting like 18th January or Diwali or something like that. So many get the opportunity. It's not the same ones who come every time. So, it was the ones who have given space to Baba - three square feet of land, and Baba's lovely comment that you've given space to Baba, but I'm the first one who's given space, and My name is on that list also. I've given you My heart. You've given bricks but I've given you a space where you can be carefree emperors. Either way it was such a wonderful way to approach it and put it. And Baba says that there are two ways that you can create fortune. One, yes, you offer a place and the place itself creates magic and people are able to benefit and give blessings. The second is stan and stithiSo stan, the place, and stithi the stage; through your stage. Then it actually doesn't matter what sort of service you're doing whether it's service through words - and we tend to feel that somebody who is on a platform is doing so much service. Can I do the same? Yes, you can. That isn't the only way to do service. Every subject; thoughts, words and actions. Each one brings 100 marks, and so make sure that you're claiming a hundred marks in each one. Words; Baba didn't need to elaborate. We're very aware of that, but also the actions. Whether it's washing pots, not just your little plate but big dishes, big pots. Whether you're washing pots or whether you're giving a lecture; it depends on your stage, and it's your stage that will bring the marks. If I'm giving a lecture, but I'm doing it out of ego, what are the results? If I'm giving a lecture and I'm an instrument at that time, what is the impact of that? If I'm washing dishes and at that moment I'm fretting; can't somebody else do this? Why do I have to do this? Why am I always landed with this job? Forget it. But if I'm doing dishes in Baba's love, I'm doing this for Baba's house, I'm doing the cleaning in Baba's house, then of course that stage is going to bring me that happiness and it's also going to bring me power. Both of these things. Any good karma and the intention behind that karma is going to create fortune, and so Baba's saying: you've given three square feet of land, and I've made you the master of three worlds. And so what I give and what I receive in return, there's absolutely no comparison because the one who is giving me is giving me everything - is giving me the world, three worlds, and so a lovely, lovely expression from Baba. One particular thing I liked very much was Baba explaining about mansa seva a little bit differently in this murli. Baba said nobody can complain I wasn't given an opportunity to serve, there's so much service waiting to be done. Have you served the elements? The whole world is now struggling with the elements. And so there's a huge amount of service waiting to be done. So that the elements become our friends, the elements are purified and through that purification the new world can come.

And so Baba's saying, I'll share with you the Hindi words are britti; attitude, and vartavaran; atmosphere. And so through my attitude I change the atmosphere. Whether I'm in a little centre or a big centre, or alone in a city, can I keep my attitude through my awareness very elevated? And I create that atmosphere of peace and purity and truth around me. That atmosphere doesn't stay restricted to that room, or that classroom’ or one place, for that moves out into the environment. And so your attitude changes the atmosphere, and the atmosphere then is able to create the environment. And transform the environment. So a very lovely explanation of karma philosophy and what it is to serve Baba.

It's my consciousness, my awareness which is the foundation of any service and so let me pay attention to that. Then if it's the right awareness, whatever it is I do is going to be of service, and doors of opportunity continue to open. If I'm complaining and my thoughts are caught up in complaints, even when there is an opportunity right here in front of me, I don't have the capacity to be able to actually fulfil the opportunity that it's giving. And so what's going on inside? Let me be able to check that. I said I'll give a summary and revision of the murli in just half an hour today, then we can spend time together with the questions. Because I know that questions are also important for clarification.

Q: Thank you Jayanti behn. Very lovely as always. Okay so there's this question, what is the difference between and swabav and sanskar, nature and sanskar?

A: My understanding is the habits that I develop in this birth that becomes my nature. And so maybe I'm quick to react, I'm impatient. So this is the habit that I've developed over this lifetime. But sanskars are much deeper. Sanskars are the pattern that I've carried through my past births, and both are connected. If my deep sanskar is real love, then what's going to emerge is compassion. If my deep sanskar is still very much of anger, then the irritation, the impatience is going to emerge. That's my understanding of it, and this is what I've understood from Dadi, from the murlis etc. I say that because I know different people who have different opinions. Then you can just experiment with it and see what works for you.

Q: This point about Baba is pleased with an honest heart: Baba said that you will then be saved if God is pleased, then you'll be saved from Dharamraj. If we have an honest heart, then what happens to the karma that is still there?

A: If you think about it deeply; I'm honest with Baba, but surely honesty is not just saying- Baba I'm sorry - and tomorrow going back to Baba and saying, I'm sorry. I don't think that's real honesty. Honesty is when I've had understanding, realisation, and a commitment to change and I seek forgiveness in that real state of realisation. The sort of honesty that Baba is seeing where there is transformation; at that moment, yes, the Lord is pleased. Otherwise, it's just a superficial thing that we do in lokik life. Oh, I'm sorry, but we don't really mean it, because we keep repeating that mistake. Whether it's something that's causing an irritation to another; ie: I have the habit of leaving a dirty tea cup in the sink instead of cleaning up after myself. I leave the dirty tea cup and by the end of the day how many tea cups are there in the sink for somebody else to clear up? And somebody says, you know I've been cleaning your tea cup every day for 5 days now and I say, oh I'm really sorry. But the next day I do the same thing. So what does that sorry really signify? I'm taking a very simple example. Of course it goes much deeper than that, but whatever it is I've done, true honesty means honesty with myself, that I'm committed to bringing change. Then I'm clearing that karma, not just my tea cup, and I'm clearing my karma as I go along. Yes, the Lord is pleased, Bapdada and Dharamraj, and so they know whatever it is I've been going through, so pleasing God means pleasing Dharamraj and so there is nothing more to settle.

Q: Brahma Baba was loving and detached right till the end. How could we BK's adapt to this in current times, the end times, loving and detached?

A: What I've experienced is that and it came up in a recent blessing actually, give that love for Baba then you automatically have love for everyone else, and you’re understanding all the secrets. You know there are faults, you know their mistakes, yet you're able to love them all. And so there's a very inclusive love. It's not exclusive. I love this one but I don't love this one. I can get on with this one. But I can't get on with this one. And so when that sort of situation comes about there's always going to be friction and division in the family. And I haven't understood the secret of creating harmony within the family, taking love from one and sharing that with all. And so at this moment I think it's very important if we wish to create unity. And I see that just as there was a very critical moment after Baba became avyaki in 1969. Didi and Dadi immediately called all the Dadi's together. Took them into their confidence, and kept them together giving each one of them a lot of love and respect, and laying the foundation for that unity that has lasted all these years.

Now, Dadi Ratan Mohini is the spiritual head and it's wonderful having Sr Mohini as the additional administrative head because she knows Bharat. She knows the world outside Bharat and is very, very experienced. Mama, Baba, a lot of experience of spirituality. But also of the world out there. And so, my feeling is that this is the time when the family, Bharat and the world outside has to be very, very unified. Because this is now the time to step up and show the world that we're not followers of the Dadi's. We weren't followers in that way of a guru Brahma Baba. But we're actually the children of God. And so, as children of God, now we are the ones who carry the flag of revelation. And so this is the time for unity and harmony. If I'm attached to one or two or three, it's attachment, it's not love. Then, I'm very detached in a negative way but from all the others. But if it's pure love then there's the love, but there's no attachment. So it isn't a detachment in which there's negativity, and I'm standing off, and you know, just watching what's going on in that way. Let them get on with it. No, I'm very engaged, I'm very much there, and I'm part of the family, the community. There's enough for all, not just one or two or preferences, or partiality. I think to create that unity and harmony we need to be able to draw that love and share that with each other so then that power of the gathering is able to allow revelation to happen. If you think about how many divisions exist in the world today, and people have that desire for harmony for unity. You know when you see the people who are marching for black lives matter. It wasn't just people in black skins. There were a lot of other people. It was a very mixed group that was marching. In people's hearts there is that feeling that we want to have harmony, we want to have unity. But then soul consciousness, they don't know about that. It's our job to practice it, and show them that this is the model. That yes, it's possible to have a community that's very, very mixed, mixed races, mixed colours, mixed religious backgrounds. Everything mixed, yet in harmony. So I think it's our practice of soul consciousness, taking love from one and sharing it with all.

Q: Yogyukt, razyukt and yuktiyukt - maybe we can just explain those?

A: Usually there's also a fourth word that's linked with all of these that came up in yesterday's murli: gyanyukt. Have I absorbed gyan so that my thinking, my speaking, and my doing is based on gyan? And so gyanyukt, then yogyukt, am I linked with Baba in yoga, so that I can feel Baba's presence with me in my thinking, speaking and doing? The third is yuktiyukt, in which I'm doing what I need to do at the right time in the right way. Sometimes it's not what you do, it's when you do it. Here's somebody who wants just simply your compassion and love, and instead of that you're giving them gyan but they're not ready to hear the gyan, so that's not really yuktiyukt. At that moment, just be silent, just take Baba's light and Baba's love and give them that compassion and that love. That's what they need at this moment. So yuktiyukt, knowing what to do, when to do, how to do it at the right moment. Razyukt: I understand all the secrets that Baba's been sharing with me. I don't just look at things from a superficial level. I'm going into the depth of something and understanding the meaning, the sense of it, the significance of it, and then my response is according to that. There's a whole exploration that's going on in the world out there which they call sense making. So you're seeing all the situations but what is the sense you're making of all of this. So sense making, and then decision making are deeply connected. So razyukt: I understand what's going on, and so my response is accordingly. My decision is according to the sense that I've made about something. The opposite of razyukt is where you jump to conclusions. You hear something and you don't bother to explore, oh what do they really mean? You just jump to your own conclusion and pass a judgement and react according to that, and of course it's going to be a mess. They've said something and it's not out of context. There's a specific context in which they're saying something, so understand what is behind the words that they're using. What does it mean? Where are they coming from? And so razyukt means where I understand the significance, the sense, the context. Then I make my decision about what to say, what to do. It's very practical training that Baba is giving us. You need to take time to reflect and understand. Whatever people out there say about sense making and decision making is on this level. What Baba is telling us is razyukt, so go to that higher level and see the depth, the secrets that Baba has explained and understand it in that way.

Q: Yukt means method, formula, use that method. Does Baba's mean use that formula?

A: Yukt also means what it's filled with. So gyanyukt; You're filled with gyan. Snehyukt; you're filled with love, your words are filled with love. Yukti is the method, and yukt is to be filled with whatever.

Q: Baba said that immediate proof of service is happiness and power. Sometimes after we've done something we feel that, but then there's a little subtle ego that comes with it because we feel a sense of achievement. So how to overcome that?

A: It's very interesting because Baba's been talking about all these things in other murlis recently also. Baba said that when there's real success then not only do you feel good about it, but also everybody else is content and they feel good about it too. At that moment when I'm feeling good about something I have to realise I could not have done it on my own. Maybe somebody's praising me and saying; oh that was a brilliant talk. But, you know if I just gave a brilliant talk and there wasn't an audience, who would have benefitted? Or if there weren't people to prepare the hall, to prepare the stage, or now to prepare the room, to prepare all the cameras and the lights and everything else? Nothing is possible alone. Whatever I could do, I, alone would be this much. But it's because there's a whole team supporting, and all of them are doing it for love for Baba. So I have to understand it's Baba that's allowing me to do it. It's Baba that's inspiring the cooperation of all others that's making it happen. And so, I must never forget I didn't have gyan. It's Baba's gyan at this moment.  And I also have to say - that Avyakt Bapdada, I mean how much has Avyakt Baba explained to us? And if we didn't have Dadi Gulzar as the chariot through whom Baba gave us such amazing clarity that 49 years later - more than that - we would be appreciating it and understanding the depth of it. Even Shiv Baba alone can't do anything. Even Brahma Baba alone can't do anything. So definitely, a lot of humility that it's only because of everybody's cooperation that service is able to happen. There's no way that one individual can do it.

Q: Baba gives us the knowledge, Baba gives us the power. Baba gets it done. Karankaravanhar.  So what have we done? We haven't done anything. There  are quite a few questions about love and power, love and law. Somebody is asking, is this a negative attribute of power? Is the word power a negative attribute? Can you talk just a little bit about the balance of love and power, and love and law?

A: When they started to use this term the future of power, they got quite a bit of feedback from people out there. People say that power corrupts. Just yesterday we were driving somewhere and you know how they put up this graffiti on walls; there was this graffiti that said; If power corrupts, what about super power? You can understand the context of all of this. And so yes, here's somebody who doesn't have wisdom and love, and just has power - the havoc they create is amazing. Chaos everywhere, I don't have to name names. Historical examples are in front of us and I don't mean ancient history, I mean recent history. So on that level power corrupts, but the difference is that out there when people talk about power, they're talking about power over others. When Baba's talking about power, it’s inner power, spiritual power. In that state of inner spiritual power, there's nothing negative at all. True spiritual power again: Brahma Baba, Mama, the Dadi's, nothing negative about it, and they're not wanting to control us. What they're doing is teaching us to have mastery over ourselves. And so that inner power cannot corrupt. That inner power supports, empowers, activates, energises and carries others forward. And so there's nothing negative in that whatsoever. And my inner power enables me to deal with the problems that Baba mentioned in the murli. And this is why Baba's using this word power in that context of the inner state of being, so that I'm able to destroy my own weaknesses and also deal with all the problems that I'm facing at the moment. Nothing about controlling others. That's one aspect. The other thing is that it's very easy for us to understand the law, and I'm not talking about limited law. We have to follow and observe the limited laws also. I'm talking about the spiritual laws, the law of karma. And so 7 days in gyan and the essence of karma philosophy has registered, and a person starts practicing Raja Yoga and so on. And so we know what the law is. But there's a problem. I don't always apply the law to myself. But I'm pointing out why they did not do this? I think I'm exempt, and of course I'm not. Three fingers are pointing at me. It's so easy to say that they shouldn't have done this, they shouldn't have done that, or whatever. Baba teaches us that I have to follow the law, and be the example. What I do, others will see and follow, and so let me do what I need to do for myself. I don't need to lay down the law for others. Baba's murli explains everything very, very clearly. So what happens if there's anger, what happens if there's greed, what happens if there's lust and attachment and so on, and so on? Carelessness, everything..

Baba was speaking to a group of Madhuban niwassis, talking to them very warm, friendly and powerful. Baba said to them, within the family you must always put love first and then the law. Why? Because this is what Baba and Mama always did. Baba and Mama never said to anyone, what you're doing is wrong and so you have to leave. Baba and Mama just gave love. But their spiritual love was so powerful that if anybody was doing anything wrong they themselves would say I'm not managing very well here I need to go. And so they themselves left. Now, neither do we have physical Mama, Baba in that way. Sometimes we do have to remind people that when you've crossed that line then there's going to be consequences. But more than anything, it's the power of love that will help another realise and transform, rather than just throwing the law at them. And yes maybe then that's the consequence whatever it may be. But always first the love and then the law.

Q: You said that Mama became complete in 18 months, and left the body after Dada Vishwa Kishore. So does it mean that Dada was complete and perfect before Mama?

A: I would have said that Mama became Mama in 18 months, not that Mama became karmateet in 18 months. Because Mama came to Baba in 1936 and then '37 Karachi, and then she left in 1965. So, just do a little bit of arithmetic and so she didn't become karmateet in 18 months, but she became Mama in 18 months. I've shared that story of how Dadi Janki came 18 months later. She knew Baba, but settled lots of things and she finally surrendered 18 months later. Dadi Prakashmani met her and said to her, Janak, welcome, have you met Mama? And the Dadi's thought that she was talking about Brahma Baba's lokik mother?? And so she said no. But she hadn't met her, or Mama. But anyway, Dadi took her to Mama and she saw that this was this young woman who I knew as Radhe. So she had known her as Radhe, 16 years old. She became Om Radhe when she surrendered. And then 18 months later here was Dadi seeing her again and now she was the Mother. And so 18 months to change from Radhe to Om Radhe to Saraswati the Mother. And then the continuation of gyan, yoga, service, dharna, and then becoming karmateet, 24th June 1965. And then Dada Vishwa Kishore bhai, he only left in March '68.

And so March is a powerful month, many, many 8 jewel souls have left in March, and so he left in March '68.  Baba left then 10 months later, January 18th 1969. There was a period of time in which Baba was having to manage everything, Yes, there were others around who were supporting and helping and four people took Dada Vishwa Kishore’s place, Ramesh bhai, Brij Mohan bhai, Jagdish bhai. And at that point it was also Dada Vishwa Ratan, because Dada Vishwa Kishore was also responsible for banking and so on. Four people took over the work that one individual was doing.

Q: A question that may be applicable to all; why should we forgive somebody who has created us so much hurt when shouldn't we give them back the same treatment? Why is it important to forgive?

A: If I don't forgive I'm carrying that burden and I'm keeping myself in that prison. Forgiveness is not so much for the benefit of the other, forgiveness is finding freedom for myself. Otherwise if I don't forgive, I'm going to hold myself back in that prison. Nelson Mandela had a long time to reflect on many things. And then just as he was, there were two sets of doors as he came through one set of doors, then leaving prison, he realised that there had to be a step he crossed before he left those doors and went outside. And that was that if he didn't forgive he would still be in prison. And so in that short distance between one set of doors and the second set of doors he sorted that out. And when he came out he was ready to forgive. And of course that's part of the story. Just recently I heard the other side of the story of what was happening with Frederick De Klerk and the process he went through in terms of saying; yes it's time. It's now not morally possible for me to allow this system to continue, and so the other side was ready to bring about change. But if he hadn't come out with that change of heart and attitude of forgiveness of all the decades spent locked up, that opportunity would have been lost in history. And so here's the story of two human beings and their change of attitude that changed the course of history. Maybe I'm not in a position like that, but definitely the statement, I will keep myself in prison unless I forgive. And so for my own sanity, for my own safety and protection and peace of mind, I need to forgive.

Q: Nothing new: Baba said when you have the awareness of nothing new, you will become powerful. So how can I leverage on nothing new in stabilising my stage and dealing with situations more effectively?

A: It's true, if I've crossed a scene and I've been able to have success, I've been able to have victory. It gives me confidence to be able to face the next scene. And so when there's a problem that comes, can I just reflect on that and see how was I able to pass past things? And how did Baba help me have victory? At that time it was little things, and it became bigger things, and bigger things. But I was able to cross all those and I'm here still with Baba. There's victory. So how did all that happen? It happened with Baba's power. It happened because of my faith, my courage, and so that's what I have today. It's not a new thing for me, I've dealt with all of these things before. Whether it was my weakness, whether it was nature, pain of the body or the problems that come through the elements outside, or whether it was the sanskars of another. I've been through it. Nothing new. I've dealt with it before and I've been successful so far. This is why I'm still with Baba. And so now however big the story is with that same faith and courage and confidence I can go through this. Nothing new.

Om shanti. Thank you to everyone.

Sister Jayanti – 8th August 2021 – Avyakt Murli Revision of 28/02/1988

11 November 2021

Again, the murli of great love and great appreciation of all of Baba’s children abroad. This time it was the Bestower of Fortune seeing the elevated fortune of all His children, and then Baba has to add another little comment that, it’s numberwise. But definitely Baba was appreciating each one of the elevated fortunes of each one of the children. Baba was catching all our thoughts, and said that we have been having determined, pure, elevated thoughts, and these have reached Baba, and the speed of thought is faster than the speed of speech which we are aware of. Even on a human level, you will be able to catch my thoughts first and then, I begin to speak, and you will be able to see; was the vibration of my thought and what I am saying the same, or is there a discrepancy in that? Baba’s catching our thoughts…not waiting for our words. Also, Baba said if I want to get the return response from Baba in terms of the spiritual conversation – and a spiritual conversation can only be had through thought, not in words – and so, if I want to get a response from Baba, Baba will give me a response, but I need to have a very subtle, clean and clear intellect. Subtle; be aware of soul consciousness, then in that subtle stage, I am connected, clean…I have to have removed all traces of the vices, so that then there isn’t any rubbish or dirt there in the soul. Thirdly; clear – I must not allow any other vibration to touch me. So no influences, no other vibrations that are interfering, because if there is already another influence over me, then Baba’s magic isn’t going to reach me, Baba’s response can’t reach me, that influence is already creating a shadow around me and over me. And so, it is very important that I keep my intellect very, very clear, so that there is no interference in what Baba wants to say to me, and I am able to catch that.

What are those elevated, determined thoughts that we have had? Baba mentioned that if there is determination, it brings success. But what are those determined, elevated thoughts? Firstly, Baba mentioned how at that moment in Madhuban, many of us had that feeling, that thought that we would really like to stay content. Just as we are experiencing contentment in Madhuban, we want to be able to maintain that state of contentment. Secondly – just as we are happy in Madhuban, we want to always be able to maintain that state of happiness. Thirdly - being free from all obstacles, very determined thought that here in Madhuban, there are no obstacles. I want to have that same experience when I go back to my service place. And the fourth, that I am really inspired to be like BapDada. So that zeal and that enthusiasm for elevated effort – it somehow gets ignited in Madhuban. But Baba cautioned us later on in the murli: make sure that you keep that same ignited feeling of zeal and enthusiasm and determination, and not let that die down on any level, don’t let it be left behind in Madhuban.

Now we have been away from Madhuban for a year and a half and, who knows, by the time we get to Madhuban, maybe it will be almost two years. So have I kept those determined thoughts that I had in Madhuban alive with me, and if I haven’t, this murli, hopefully, will have ignited that zeal and enthusiasm and determination once again. Baba is very pleased to see how determined we are, and how we really want to take Baba’s help to reach that destination of being karmateet. Baba’s definition of karmateet; that you are in that stage in which you are up above and you are not impacted by anyone’s sanskars or nature, and we have to include ourselves within that. Not to be impacted by my own sanskars or nature of my past birth, but now nobody else’s nature or sanskar bothers me. Up above and so a very different stage than getting caught up with it.

Then Baba spoke about seeing the generous heart of the children, and I try to think back to that era and ask myself a question, what is it that Baba was seeing? There was a huge amount of zeal and enthusiasm that most of us had for service. Now many of us are grey, and many years have been added on, and so does that enthusiasm still remain, hopefully it does. But the Dadis – no matter how old physically they became – they never lost their enthusiasm either for yoga or for class or for service. We saw them constantly with eyes shining brightly, and in the name of service they would be ready, no matter what the condition of the body may be. I was asking myself that question: what aspect of generosity was Baba seeing? There was that generous heart to do service and go to other lands. Many, many went out from their home countries to other countries to do Baba’s service, and so that generous spirit of wanting to give to others. But also, there was a lot of generosity with time, with money, with talents...everybody wanted to give everything they had for Baba’s service. I am sure that still happens today, but it was very visible at that time, in the sense that just a handful of souls who really truly belonged to Baba. But so much happened, and so much was contributed to Madhuban also in a big way, and so Baba must have been seeing all of that.

So, Baba is seeing the generosity of heart of all the children, and seeing that, Baba is giving more blessings that we should constantly be so generous, have a generous heart but also have a broad intellect that is able to do unlimited service, and also have generosity in our sanskars. Generosity in sanskars now began to mean something else; the spirit of forgiveness, the spirit of allowing others to move forward, the spirit of supporting someone who is being left behind a little bit, and so different aspects of generosity. The sanskars of generosity – now it’s a beautiful expression – generosity of heart is one thing but the generosity deep in my sanskars. I am sorry if I sound like a broken record, but truly we saw that generosity of spirit and generosity of sanskars in Baba, Mama, and also in each and every one of the Dadis, the beautiful example of generous human beings. Within that Baba was then talking about how limited consciousness means that there will be attraction to limited things – and that means bondage. When there is generosity, in that unlimited consciousness there are no bondages, there is total freedom. I am sure that most of us haven’t put together this idea of generosity and freedom together. It was lovely hearing Baba speak about unlimited consciousness and freedom, no limitation at all, and then when you break it down, it makes perfect sense;  if I am not generous, then I am putting up boundaries, and I am caught up within those boundaries. If I am generous, I am beyond those boundaries; unlimited consciousness.

Baba is always bringing in beautiful thoughts, beautiful ideas, and so, Baba then talking about how Baba is seeing the specialty of Baba’s double foreign children, and, again, a very different concept that Baba raised, because the birth of Baba’s double foreign children has been through the power of elevated pure thought. When they were in the days of Karachi, they would be having meditation, and they would say to Baba: Baba, where did you go, it was like you weren’t here; and Baba would say, Baba is remembering His children in far off lands. And in the days of Abu, again, they would go on the mountains with Baba for a walk, and sit for meditation, and Baba would again say: Baba’s not just thinking of all of you, but is also thinking about the children who are far away. And many, many must have had visions and experiences of Brahma Baba in dreams, when Baba was doing this, so Baba was invoking those children with his pure elevated thoughts. Baba’s double foreign children began to appear on the scene when world service started, after Baba became Avyakt, and became the angel up above. From that time world service began. And Baba’s saying; because the children have taken birth through Baba’s pure elevated thoughts, the blessing that they have, the gift that they have been given – to be able to go last…they have come last, but they can go very fast. They have this attention and the concern to have pure elevated thoughts, and when they feel that there is something which is not quite right, they quickly catch it. They recognize Maya when it comes and they want to eliminate it,  they don’t want to keep it and they want to become clean again. Because there is this deep desire and commitment for change – and they are checking and changing all the time – that cleanliness of heart means that they are able to imbibe the divine virtues. Just as in bhakti, before they invoke the goddesses, the shaktis, or they invoke Lakshmi, there is a whole process of cleaning that happens. Bhakti interprets everything on an external, physical level, and so it’s a big cleaning of the house, and in Madhuban they have the white-washing of all the walls, and all of that happens. The timing is that there are the monsoons, so all the walls have got splashed and so then to have the whole process of cleansing and white-washing is perfect – just in time for Diwali – even the seasons work out very well for all of that. So, cleanliness is the foundation through which we can develop the divine virtues in our life.

Then Baba talks about how, when there is that generosity of spirit, then what happens is that there is always that cooperation that comes also. And a second specialty that Baba mentioned, and I think this is something that we all are very aware of, from the moment of taking spiritual birth; becoming Baba’s heirs, receiving so much from Baba. Immediately there is a thought of service, of serving others so that they, too, can benefit, and of course service means that there is the immediate fruit of happiness. There is the immediate experience of power. It also means that there is a great deal of protection from Maya – no time for Maya if occupied, busy, busy, busy – and so, that brings cooperation in a sense that obstacles don’t come. If I occupy my time, my attention, my energy with Baba and Baba’s service, with that genuine feeling of just service and nothing else coming in between, then I am safe from obstacles also. And we receive blessings so that also becomes a great lift to be able to move forward.

Baba’s very beautiful comment that Drama is perfect and it doesn’t allow any one of us to complain and say, well, because I came late, I didn’t have opportunity, but these special gifts that come have been because within the Drama there is this margin that last can go fast and go first. And so, Baba explained these two particular gifts for the double foreign children, and Baba said that Bharatwasis also have their golden chance, but especially for Baba’s double foreign children. So, in this case, that situation where in Drama everything is accurate and perfect, and so Baba is giving everyone that opportunity, and so service has flourished because of all these factors. It took how many years for the first service to begin after the Yagya had been established in the first country outside Bharat? Then all the way from 1937 to 1971, service existed in Bharat alone. That was the golden chance, the golden fortune of Bharat. But from 1974 till now, service then moved across the world into 110 countries, so just imagine the speed with which all of that has happened. All that happened because of this very special gift that Baba gave us. Baba then also reminds us that it is important to write to Baba, and that also brings blessings from Baba. But just write “OK”. “O” the sign of Shiv Baba and “K” the kingdom, and so just send letters to Baba saying, “OK” and that will be everything that comes to you. It was a powerful murli – a short and sweet murli – a murli that’s reminding us of the specialties of an honest heart and how if we keep our heart clean – Baba also mentioned how if you know that there is something not quite right, you speak to Baba about it, or Baba was also signalling to speak to one of your senior instruments about it, and what happens with that is, that you speak about it and it’s gone – and you can fly, otherwise, if you keep it inside - (a) it festers; but (b) it grows.

Speaking about something means that instead of becoming a mountain, it becomes cotton wool, and what do you do with cotton wool? You can just blow it and it will fly off. Speak to Baba, become light and fly like an angel. Don’t hold it, otherwise how do you deal with the mountain? The mountain has happened because it’s my thoughts. So, not allowing thoughts to lock us in this way, because then that burden, that heaviness, prevents us from moving forward. Baba also spoke very beautifully about how, here in this corporeal world, there are three things that are important: our thoughts, our words, our actions. Our words and actions are a reflection, they are the mirror of our thoughts. Nobody can see our thoughts, but they can hear our words, they can see our actions. And so, greatness means to have all three aligned together with greatness, otherwise, if I am saying I have very high elevated thoughts, but yet my words aren’t a reflection of that, and my actions are something else, what’s going on?  Nobody is going to believe me that I do have pure elevated thoughts, not just elevated thoughts, but elevated words, elevated actions. This is what greatness is. Very interesting definitions that Baba gave (a) of the karmateet stage, (b) of generosity and unlimited consciousness; and (c) of greatness. Many other things also, but really a very powerful murli to think about.

Baba meeting the children – especially those from Australia – it seems there must have been a little group there at that time – and Baba reminding them just to say good morning to Baba, goodnight to Baba, and so simple things for little children to understand and practice. Listen to one murli point every day, that’s going to help you. Those were still the days of Baba meeting individuals. The lessons that Baba gave those individuals. The lessons for us also today and, in fact, what happened was that at the end of that season, 1988, Baba said He wouldn’t be coming for the next year and nobody knew at that time why (and a whole different story about that, so I won’t go into that story now), but it also was then the signal for private personal meetings. It was never private, but it was always private within the gathering – and so Baba’s voice was on the microphone. What we said to Baba was never picked up, but Baba would be listening to what we had to say to Him also, very intimate questions and answers, but blessings particularly individually from Baba. Baba always told us how long will this continue, and so a break in a whole season, and then the next thing that started after a year’s gap was Baba coming, but Baba meeting groups and, of course, it was a period when Dadi Gulzar was having health issues, and Baba knew – nobody else knew, not even Dadi Gulzar knew – but Baba knew and so Baba already telling us that for a year Baba is not going to come. And that was then the signal for personal meetings to end, and then the new era beginning after that. So, God has a plan, we don’t always know it, we don’t always see it but there is very definitely a plan that He has that He is following. Drama is also following God’s plan, and so if we want to know God’s plan, be stable on Drama and you will be able to see God’s plan unfold. So let me stop here…I know that there are a lot of questions today.

Q:  Expansion on a generous heart?  Can you tell us the components or the ingredients? Because it’s not necessarily about having a lot. Sometimes people think we don’t have, so how can we give?

A:  There is a whole story of Sudama and how Sudama had only a handful of rice. But with love he offered that to his friend, Krishna, and in return…a palace. Baba says in the murli, that one rupee of somebody who has very little is equivalent to a thousand of someone who has a lot. Why? Because Baba is seeing the commitment and the loyalty of the one who has only one. If that person just has ten and he is keeping nine for the livelihood of his family, and his children and everything, and one is going to Baba. The one who is giving a thousand has a hundred thousand, maybe more, and so a thousand is nothing, it’s a fraction; but for this one, that one is a huge amount. Baba is not seeing quantity in terms of numbers, Baba is seeing the commitment of the heart, and the love of the heart. Dadi would say to people, even just a tiny bit out of what you have, put in Baba’s box, doesn’t matter that you don’t have a lot, but give a tiny bit and that will be your insurance. Baba’s going to give you the return of that even now in Sangamyug.

Another story; I remember there was somebody who was very ill, and a person got to hear about it, and they made sure that there was enough because she was from a country where she had to pay her own bills. So a person got to hear about it, and sent a generous amount to cover quite a bit of that, and no questions, they just did it with love, and the person who was sick did not even know, he wanted it to be totally anonymous; Baba knows and that’s it. Some months later, he wrote to me saying, do you know, I’ve just had a bonus at work and it’s exactly the amount that I sent for the treatment of this individual. I thought that was a lovely way in which Drama immediately gave him the return. So sometimes we get the immediate return – not always – but it’s enough to know that it’s accumulated in Baba’s bank. So, generosity is the generosity of an open heart, a clean heart, it doesn’t mean how much, it just means that love and loyalty. You know in bhakti they say, that there was this village woman, and this pundit was walking by and he saw her offering fruits to God, but what she was doing was taking a little bit of each of the berries…she only had berries from the forest to offer. She took a little bit of the berry and tasted it and then she would offer it. The pundit came by saying, how can God accept these things that you have tasted and spoiled already, and she said, well, the only reason for tasting them was to make sure that they were sweet. How can I offer sour berries to God? I wanted to taste them to make sure they were sweet. So, the intention of the heart and however simple the ingredients may be doesn’t matter, but the intention of the heart. I want to offer whatever is sweet, whatever is the best that I have, to God. That’s it.

Q:  What about OK?  What if I’m not OK?  Do I still write OK?

A:  No, Baba is saying be very honest, be very open, be very light, hand it over to Baba, truly hand over your problems to Baba. It’s not just an expression that we are using, but if the mind is really, really aware of Baba, and I say it to Baba: Baba, this is what I am dealing with, this is why I don’t feel OK. Can I give it to you? Truly hand it over, and sit with Baba and take Baba’s love, and you will feel yourself flying. You will also find a solution to whatever it is that needs to happen, whether for yourself, whether it’s dealing with other people, whether it’s increasing your capacity by tolerating. Baba will also give you that signal if that is what you need to do. So yes, just hand it over to Baba. Writing to Baba means opening my heart to Baba and letting Baba know. And so, in those days literally, physically, letters to Baba, and today, many still write letters to Baba, but also as Baba signalled, it’s important to let the instrument know what is going on, and they can reach out and help also.

Q:  What would be your guidance for BK students who are right-hands at the centre, and have a lokik job; how much percentage to put in Baba’s box and how much for personal things?

A:  I don’t want anyone to get scared by what I am going to say, so let me begin with the simple end. Whatever I have – I have a family, I have a job, but I have many commitments and responsibilities – then is it possible for me to think about 10 per cent for Baba? If I can’t think about 10 per cent, that’s fine, whatever it is you choose to give to Baba with your heart, is fine. But in Christianity they speak about the tithe, the ten per cent, and so think about ten per cent.  Then there is another level, and that’s the level of those who are living in a centre, and they have a job, and they are committed to Baba; and, of course, most of our centres started in this way with people going to a country, taking a job and then opening their home for a centre. Things are different now, but at that point of time, what they would do, would be to think about – and this was Dadi’s instruction to them, and where Dadi got it from was Sakar Baba, Brahma Baba – and so she would say to them, out of your expenses, let half be whatever it is you are giving towards the rent of Baba’s place, 50 per cent, and then the 50 per cent you can see 25 per cent for travelling to work and so on and so on, and out of that, see how much you are able to manage for your food and other things, and always make sure that you are keeping something for savings, but also make sure that you are putting something into Baba’s box because, yes, you are paying rent, but Baba’s providing you with so much, and so 50 per cent and then whatever else, so sort that out. But for students who come and have no other responsibilities, they are alone, and many of course may be in that position, where they are kumars, they are kumaris, whatever, they don’t have other responsibilities or other debts or anything, then again, Dadi would say, okay, 50 per cent is for your rent and for your expenses, and whatever, and 25 per cent can be for savings, and 25 percent can be for service for Baba. Depending on each one’s lokik situation, that would be the sort of calculation that Dadi would give them.  So, see whether you have many responsibilities: you have debts – it is important to clear the debts, and not carry that burden on your head – and so this would be the formula that Dadi would give.

Q:  Do animal souls have a section in the soul world like all the human souls?

A:  Animals have souls, you will be pleased to know, those who are animal lovers. Baba very categorically said that they have souls and those souls have to go somewhere at the end and they also go home. They have a section in the soul world which is where the eternal souls live, so their souls are also eternal and never die, so they are not going to be wandering around here, they also have a home to go to, and so they go to their home. Definitely.

Q:  What about their karma, because they don’t really have an intellect to understand knowledge to reform their karma…so why is it some pets are in homes while some are in the street?

A:  If you think about dogs, a very simple example, a very easily understood example. So, there are some dogs that are very kind, very loyal, very generous and they are very much in tune with their owners and they will look out for their owners.  There is one particular story: a woman had come to London with her husband and others, and she used to look after accommodation for double foreigners in Bharat in Madhuban at some point, so during the season when there weren’t any parties, she and her husband and another person came along to experience London and service in London and so on, and she went to Manchester and she had a very happy time and everything, and suddenly, she had a heart attack and she was gone, and the case of all the ceremonies happened in a very beautiful way, and her husband was also very calm, very understanding and appreciated the love and the care and everything. They got back home to India – and they have a little house in the colony outside Shantivan – and he discovered that the dog hadn’t been eating, and the date was the same date that this lady had left the body. There were other people, brothers from Shantivan, who would come and take care of the house and the dog. So they said that the dog just sat on her bed and didn’t want to move, didn’t want to eat, didn’t want to go out, didn’t want to do anything, and in fact it was a day before she had died that this had started. Now, how did the dog know? Some telepathic communication, some communication of the heart of the soul, and then a little while later that dog left, and it was like his sacrifice for his mistress. Although the husband was also the master, the connection had been with this lady with this dog. So many examples of horses who are valiant and courageous and would be ready to give up their life to save their master. There are animals in the animal kingdom who have that sense of intuition and understanding, and awareness, and there is a great deal of goodness there. Then there are others who – probably because they have been given a hard time by people – they become a little vicious, they become upset, they get angry and they bite and so on, but probably it’s because they have taken suffering and sorrow from humans, and they are giving that return in some form. So, there is good and not so good, even within the animal kingdom, and certainly the level of intellect varies from species to species.

Elephants with an amazing memory; and an amazing story – a real story – that I heard: there was a herd that had lost its matriarch…and apparently elephants are matriarchal creatures. So the matriarch was gone and the herd was grieving and in mourning, and then government officials said that the herd had to be moved to another place, where they would be protected, and where they were now, that was not going to be protected anymore. The task was given to this ranger who was living there on that field, and he was asked to communicate with the herd, that they should cooperate in being moved to their new location. But the herd wasn’t understanding anything, and people were shouting at them, people were whipping them; but they weren’t moving, they kept their ground, they wanted to stay where the matriarch had died and they were in grief. Finally, the government said to this ranger (who was an Englishman), if you don’t explain to the elephants that if they don’t move with cooperation within the next few days, we will have to kill them all – we don’t want them to be killed by poachers – and these elephants are going wild now because anyone who is coming anywhere near them, they are hurting them, they are damaging them.

This man didn’t speak Swahili, the African language. He didn’t know whether they would understand his English or not, but he had a connection with them, an affinity of love, and he decided to give it a try. He went to them and he made them gather around him, and he spoke very softly, very clearly, very slowly and explained to the elephants: you must cooperate, you must move from this area, to this other area, and somehow the message got through and the next day, when they came to move them, they all cooperated and they all followed, and the whole herd went some hundreds of miles away to their nature reserve, where they were going to be safe, where no poachers or game shooting would be allowed. Maybe six to eight years later – the man died; he was still in that field, in his cottage, and a few days later after his departure, his wife was amazed. This whole herd came and they lowered their heads and their trunks and just stood there for a few hours, paying homage to this man. I’m getting emotional. And after a few days they returned to their native place, or wherever it is they had come from. Now, hundreds of miles away, and no information given to them, but they knew. They knew that this kind man had saved their lives and they came to pay homage. Isn’t it amazing? The connection of the intelligence of animals, and so, really birds, I mean how do birds have that inbuilt radar that allows them to travel across the oceans from one place to another: when it’s winter, they know where to go, when it’s summer, they know where to go. All of these things. The intelligence of creatures is something that we are only now beginning to understand through all the research studies that people have done. But, in fact, in ancient times people understood that there was a bond between animals and humans, and so they treated animals, and all creatures – not just big animals but all the things crawling on the ground. I remember a scientist, actually Vandana Shiva – she is a biologist and a physicist and a double PhD – and some of you know that she is an environmental activist, and she started life as a physicist, and then she came into the whole subject of the environment and studied biology and, of course, then PhD in that too, and she was sharing in a public talk of some points (so I don’t mind using her name and telling you; it wasn’t a secret conversation), she said in ancient times in India – we would know that there is symbiosis between animals and all creatures and humans – and so we would put out grain for all the little creatures around, we would give food to all the different species that were around, and so that kept this balance of all the other species and humans in perfect harmony. And so, if this happened in this woman’s lifetime – and she is younger than me, I think, she was in her sixties – and if that happened, say, fifty years ago, when she was a child, imagine the relationship that existed in Satyug between humans and animals, and the love and respect for all.

You have heard Dadi’s stories about how the first food would be given to the Sadhus, the sages, who are on their property, on their farm, and the second food would be given to the little children, and the third food – the share of the food – would be given to the cows, and the fishes and all the other creatures and everything, and then the adults would get their food, and within that, the menfolk, and then the women would get their food. And so, the food was shared absolutely all along the line and that was like with Dadi…eighty years ago, ninety years ago…but in the 20th Century – not later or earlier – but even in the 20th Century, so there are traditions and most ideologies and philosophies in which there is a lot of love and respect between humans and animals.

Q:  So, basically, Jayanti bhen you are saying as we change, they change?

A: Yes, our tamopradhan stage is where we become cruel and selfish. That’s the impact we see on animals first and then further down the line, we also see the impact on nature. There is a huge amount of information about what humans have done to nature, especially in the last 50 years, and especially today, because the latest report from the international panel that has been set up to monitor climate change – they release their report today – and so it’s on the one side horrific news – really horrific – and on the other side, they are saying, well, there are rays of hope…there are glimpses of optimism…but Baba has told us all that we need to know.

Q:  In the golden age, how are they born because they don’t give drishti?

A:  I have never ever thought about it, and I don’t think I need to, let’s wait and see how Satyug evolves.

Q:  What is the difference between Baba’s lap and Baba’s heart throne?

A:  As soon as I come to Baba and I say, Baba, I belong to you, and Baba says, yes child, you are mine. Baba accepts me. I can feel myself experiencing the comfort of Baba’s love, and so like a mother holds the child in her lap, a father also, but more the mother because she has more time in those days, the traditional role. As soon as I come to Baba, Dilaram Baba comforts me, Baba gives me a lot of love, Baba gives me a lot of support, a lot of help. Many of you must have experienced how the early days of your Brahmin life were the days of roses, the days of the honeymoon, when everything was very sweet, very easy; you didn’t have to think too much about your sanskars – the whole battle with sanskars came later. And so being in Baba’s lap is that initial period in which I am experiencing Baba’s love, and I’m surrounded by that and comforted by that, and very safe in Baba’s lap, but of course it’s when there is a connection of belonging to Baba that I feel all of this. If I am still in that situation of a little bit of faith, a little bit of doubt, then I sometimes have the experience and sometimes it’s gone. When I have that faith then, yes, I am carried by that. But Baba’s heart throne, I have to win Baba’s heart. I have to make sure that my heart is so clean that there is only God sitting there.

You know, Dadi used to say, check how clean is your heart, is it clean enough for you to invite God into your heart, and if you have God in your heart, God has opened up His heart and invites you to be there in His heart, too. So, between the stage of the child on the lap and the soul seated on God’s heart throne, there is quite a journey of cleansing and purification and service that I go through. Sometimes Baba talks about how the serviceable children are seated in Baba’s heart, so it’s that journey in which I paid attention to the four subjects, my understanding of gyan, my level of yoga, the purification, my dharna, the cleanliness in my heart, and the fourth…the service that I have been able to do with Baba’s love. The combination of all of these things gives me the authority to claim that space in God’s heart, and so yes, that stage where, like today  Baba was saying your thoughts, your words, your actions…all equal…this is the complete stage. When I come to an elevated stage, then there is space for me in Baba’s heart. Baba’s heart throne is unlimited, there is no limit to the numbers that Baba can place there, and anyway it’s the soul, a point of light, that’s going to sit there. I am not going to sit there with my six feet long, hands and feet, or five feet long, hands and feet and legs and arms; but it’s the soul. Baba’s not putting any limit on how many children can come and sit there, but the limitation is my own quality, my own effort, my own capability, and probably I would say my own pure, pure desire that that’s where I want to be. With that pure desire, Baba’s going to make sure that Baba helps me, Baba gives me that support, and Baba carries me there. I also feel very much that on my own, I wouldn’t be able to make the sort of effort that’s needed to go there. My pure intention – I am not in competition with anyone else, I am not looking at anyone else, I am just keeping Baba in front of me – and there is absolutely that pure thought: I want to be in Baba’s heart throne and I have kept Baba in my heart throne, and that magnetism will work and Baba will pull me and help me and allow me to have that space.

Q: The Dadis used to be close to each other, yet there was a level of respect in their relationships. Somehow, we get into familiarity when we come close, so how to stay in relationship, feel the belonging, the closeness, but still have that level of respect?

A:  I think because their closeness was something that Baba encouraged. Baba encouraged them to come into groups, you know, there was a supreme unity group, the divine unity and all these different groups that Baba created. What I would notice is that whichever group each one belonged to, there was a very close affinity that had started in the days of Karachi and continued. Even though they scattered and went to different places all over Bharat, that connection was still maintained, and there was always that love and respect amongst all of them. It was Baba between them, it was never just: Oh, I like this person or I don’t like this person, no, there was love for all. Love amongst all, but an affinity with like Dadi Janki and Didi Manmohini, so there was always that sense of connection, always that awareness that it’s Baba who has brought us together. If you keep Baba between me and you, then there will always be that subtle boundary in which we are never going to cross that limit and get into familiarity, or take each other’s space. Because familiarity and where I invade someone’s private space is not very pleasant, it’s not a physical space, it’s not a physical line or boundary, but there definitely was that very definite boundary in which they would recognize the needs of each other, but keep to that boundary.

Q:  Is it important to shower before murli? Some students think it’s not especially because of Zoom.

A:  I think the system that is the Madhuban system – the system that Baba has created. Some will shower even before Amrit Vela, but okay, that’s not always possible for many, but definitely before Murli. It’s like a student preparing themselves to go to school, to go to university, and I am coming to God’s University, and so definitely let me shower and be fresh. Have my coffee, tea and whatever I need before coming and sitting in Baba’s murli class. And if I am hearing murli by Zoom, fine…Drama…this is what has happened. But now in many, many places the lockdown is easing, and we are able to go to the centre. If you can go to the centre, I thoroughly recommend that you do, because the energy of the collective, the energy of the gathering is different to hearing murli at home. At least otherwise let me be fresh so that I am a proper student and I sit with my notebook and my pen, and I sit alert, not just lying on the sofa and whatever. No, it’s class time, it’s study time, and my posture as a student will either encourage my alertness or it will encourage my laziness in which I hear half the murli, and maybe I doze for half the time, and I don’t even know that I am dozing, and I suddenly wake up. You don’t want any of that stuff going on. Hearing the murli at the proper time that the murli is read, that’s the time when I can feel Baba’s presence. I can read the murli anytime I want, but in class time, it’s Baba’s presence at that time which is absolutely vital.

Thank you, everyone!  Om Shanti.

Sudesh Didi 31.10.2021 Sunday Morning Class: God is pleased with an honest heart

7 November 2021

Om Shanti. Om Shanti. Good morning.

God is truth. Truth is benevolent. Truth is impartial. Truth is eternal, constant and imperishable. Truth never needs to be proved. Truth exits itself and wins falsehood without a fight without an argument. Truth is silent but very powerful. When the conscience believes that this is true, you do not argue anymore. There are times when you realise the other does not believe what you have said. But the real truth would not expect that the other ought to believe it. Because the time when the soul is ready to let go of expectations and the other person is also ready to understand truth, then truth touches the heart.

Truth wins the heart. Falsehood deceives, impresses and eventually causes sorrow because deception always causes sorrow. Truth makes you fearless. In truth, there is no fear because truth has no enemy. Truth has no competition and no comparison because it is pure. Truth and purity are actually the two aspects of the same energy.

God is ever-pure; He is the Purifier. ‘Like attracts like’ is a very famous expression. God loves truth. The children who remember Baba with an honest heart, with the truth of what the soul needs to achieve. their wishes are fulfilled automatically. It is like a blessing. It is power. God is pleased with an honest heart. Which heart? What is the heart of the soul? The heart of the soul is true, pure intention (bhav) and deep deep feelings (bhavna). It is not a desire, but a deep experience of belonging, when truth is there, the desire to achieve finishes. There is no more longing when you reach the state of belonging because truth likes the truth. It is a magnetic energy.

Manmanabhav is truth with a pure deep intention and attitude. The consciousness and subconscious state of the mind which is known as Manmanabhav, be Mine with your mind, make your mind like My Mind. Manmanabhav is when your mind is focused on something, there is deep concentration, a deep desire, and love is created in that feeling. Automatically, the external attractions temptations, desires and influences fall away, because there is satisfaction inside. The soul is satisfied, so it needs no effort in focusing, but there is this true connection of belonging. There is no need to say, “Turn your mind away; forget the body and bodily relation,” because once the soul is in soul consciousness, and it is in this true state of purity, then its direction and energy is automatically towards truth.  You are tuned in with truth and are able to catch the truth.  Baba is saying that it is not our words, but it is the feeling. Just like when true love is there, you do not need to speak; you understand the language of signals; you understand the language of the eyes. True love is when you understand what the other person wants. Just like the mother knows what her child wants and the child is satisfied. The mother is looking at the child with true feeling and full attention. In soul consciousness, you do not need to pull Baba’s attention. Baba gives attention automatically, because God is pleased with an honest heart. Your mind is Manmanabhav, your mind is benevolent, your mind is peaceful clean and clear; your mind is focused.

God is benevolent. Any form of kindness, cooperation, support and solution, is a form of benevolence. You never forget; you will always remember the experience, and that creates a connection as a soul. In soul consciousness, I am naturally benevolent towards myself and benevolent towards others, then automatically I am following Baba’s direction. As an obedient child, a faithful child, God has faith me that this is My helper, this is My right hand. It is not to impress anyone. It is not to prove anything. It is not to argue about the truth. Without the feeling of a true heart, then intellect is focused on “I am very clever,” at that time, intellect is very sharp, and it can act as the scissors that cut and create friction. But when the soul is loving, faithful, it joins, it connects, it works like needle and thread. It creates unity in anything which is divided. The intellect and the mind do not argue anymore. The intellect has faith that I am a child of God.

Baba is asking us to check whether we are serving just ourselves and to check whether we are serving others with an honest heart or only with our  intellect. When it is only intellectual and the heart is not connected, it means the mind and intellect are not in harmony. It will not trigger the sanskar of benevolence. Instead, it will create selfishness: I want something instead of me wanting to give something; I want approval; I want recommendation; I want position. So it is wanting rather than giving. Benevolence is giving; benevolence is selflessness; benevolence is neutral. And after giving it, it is silent. After giving everything, God goes into the world of silence and does not speak at all for 2500 years. God is in silence and we are happy and content. There is the phrase, “The Silence of God”. Somebody once asked Buddha, “Do you believe in God?” Of course the concept is different about God in Buddhism, and he kept silent. The second time the person asked, “My question is what is God?” Buddha kept silent. That person said, “Perhaps I have not explained myself clearly. My question is what is God?” Again, Buddha was silent. He said, “Why don't you reply?” Buddha replied, “I have replied,.” The person argued, “But you kept silence!” He replied, “Silence is God.”  Silence is good. Silence is peace. Silence is harmony. Silence is acceptance. Silence is greatness.  Words can create misunderstanding. So he did not give any explanation in words.

God, in order to open our heart, gives the explanation of truth about my own self. I am an honest child of Baba. Then with honesty, the mind, intellect and sanskaras, all three, will work in harmony. It is not only just one part I achieve, but I achieve the destination. If I achieve only peace, it is not perfect. I need to have pure divine faith to understand what permanent peace is, what constant peace is, to understand the contrast, and also experience that quality of total stillness, pure silence, deep silence, sweet silence and blissful silence. Because truth results in bliss, and God is Sat Chit Anand. Truth, conscious and subconscious, the eternal living truth, bliss, and living truth does not argue. It automatically proves itself. Others say it is truth. Truth does not say that it is truth. The sun does not have to prove, because it is real and natural sunlight, that “I am light,” or “I am heat.” The ocean does not say, “I am cool,” or “I'm unlimited and vast.”  It gives the feeling and experience. So truth gives the experience of itself to others. As a result, others say this is truth. Baba teaches, “When you become benevolent, and give benevolence to others, then God is pleased.”  He is giving us the methods to become the embodiment of truth.

To become the embodiment of truth means whilst in this physical body, you practise truth. It is true that I am a soul. But the real truth is not in the words; the quality in it is truth, the power in it is truth. The Soul World is only a name. But its quality is the energy: the quality of purity, peace, love and happiness. And that is called soul consciousness. When the soul is chit,  natural conscious, it becomes nature. When something becomes a nature, it comes naturally. That means our mind, intellect and sanskaras, all these three, are in harmony, with all qualities in the knowledge that I am a soul. So in nature, I am a soul, a bodiless soul. So how much I am living in this body as a soul, and how much time I am living in this body as a body, as a divine being, how much my divinity is actually expressing itself through the body, acting through my physical organs, and my body is also becoming benevolent. By nature my thoughts, my attitude, my vision, my vibrations, my interactions, my connection, everything is becoming of the same level. Then it is truth. That is the power.

God is Truth; God is power. And we are children of the Almighty. God is Truth and God is light. So knowledge is light, in which I practise whilst in action and in connection. Light not only just light; when truth is there, there is lightness. It is weightless. Falsehood is heavy. Truth is light; it brings lightness. When you are truthful, you are so light and so easy. Because nothing is pulling you nothing is connecting you nothing is influencing you. Truth is Sat Narayan; God is Sat, Chit, Anand. Narayan cannot be Sat Narayan without Lakshmi.  So it is called Lakshminarayan. When my attributes, my qualities are in my personality, then I am Sat Narayan, the king of the Golden Age. It means I am king of this kingdom, and I am king in the Golden Aged Kingdom. I am also the king seated on God's heart-throne. Then there is fearlessness and intoxication.

It is in this Brahmin life that truth exists. Satyug is the Golden Age, the age of truth. But the experience of truth is now. In the Golden Age, when in truth, there is no contrast. Here, Baba gives knowledge, then we understand truth is everything connected with the soul, connected with God, connected with His Creation and the Cycle of Time. So God is revealing the truth. And this is where the explanation helps distinguish clearly the difference between bhakti and gyan. Knowledge is truth and knowledge is light.

In one of the two programmes in Wales yesterday, one child asked an interesting question. We had two programmes, one was for Brahmins and contact souls, and the other was for special invited guests. The events were held in a very special and very prestigious venue. So this child asked this question, ‘Why do we worship God? And my mother says,” Remember God,” What is difference?’  I said, ‘When one worships, there is always a wish to get something. You worship God because you want to pass exam, because you don't want to be controlled by bullies, companions or students, you want to just go faster.” He nodded. I said, ‘One can worship out of guilt, “I am unworthy, I am not capable.” True worship is actually only when you have a remembrance, a true relationship with the Supreme Being.’ When we are worshippers, we are still a beggar. We are asking something from God. And in a love-full relationship, you receive without asking. Parents know what the children want. But on the path of worship, we were beggars. And God was merciful and gave us everything. True worship is not an external thing. True worship is a relationship that is changed into a form of love. And love is remembrance. So you start loving God, and instead of saying “Oh God, make me a good person,” say, “God, I am Your good child.” Because you are God and I'm your child. As you experience this relationship, your power will increase. And so this is the difference. When truth is recognised, then truth attracts truth and Baba’s power is automatically received. This was the little explanation on the difference. Remembrance is relationship. Remembrance is gratitude. Remembrance is something that has become benevolent and it leaves an impression of fulfilment. In bhakti, it is about desires and expectations, and relationship is temporary. But when we recognise who we are, then our relationship becomes true.

Baba has given us the recognition, the truth, of your own self. Now on the one hand, He says that time is moving fast, so make faster effort. On the other hand, He says that staying in this benevolent Confluence Age is good, that, you are enjoying the Brahman life as a better life because now you are with God. So be seated and enjoy this Age. In Golden Age, it is the time of consumption. Whatever you have achieved, you are gradually losing it, no matter how much you have. You are in the Sun Dynasty, double-crowned, full with all qualities, perfect, who are gradually coming down. So which is the great time of joy? It is now, when you are depositing all the powers, and are aware of these qualities. There, we are consuming it. For example, if you have maybe 40 kilos of honey, and you think supply plenty, but one spoon a day, every day, consuming it this way, it will soon become empty. We are consuming in the Golden Age. Now in the Confluence Age, we are increasing it. It is the time of intoxication, when truth is practised with true consciousness, with faith in the intellect, instead of with ego in the intellect. And truth is unshakable, truth is constant. Stay in this thought of truth that “I am child of God”, and all achievements are my birthright. Happiness will remain. You will be able to this intoxication without any kind of perplexity, any kind of distress. Truth is. So become detached observer and watch it. That is truth, that all these problems are not yours. Today’s murli is very interesting as Baba is answering to the parents who say that their children are very troublesome. Even little children cause a lot of problems. Baba reveals the secret. What is the cause? Why are they so troublesome? Why are they causing distress? As is the seed so is the fruit. They are product of the tamopradhan world. They are born through viciousness and impurity, how can we expect them to have satopradhan behaviour?

The realisation of that when I identify myself with the body, this body that is born through vices, automatically, this will influence me. Anything that is in rubbish, mosquitoes are born in dirty water, they will definitely buy to me. Scorpions and snakes are definitely poisonous. It is true that this body exists as it is. But it is not true that I am a body. I am a soul. The difference is that when I am being in this human body, I am able to separate myself, then I can connect myself with God. Otherwise, when I am in body consciousness, automatically, my thoughts will become heavy. These thoughts will pull me into heaviness and bondages. Baba talks about waste thoughts. Waste is always heavy, negative thoughts, thinking about others; this body consciousness naturally is falsehood, it is not truth. It is true that it is called body, just as the door is the door, it is a name. The body name is given as the composition of matter, but I am not this matter. So, when I am practising this soul consciousness, I create fewer thoughts, and my thoughts are clear and clean. So, with the heaviness of my body, the engine, then the ego of the intellect, that is, my own opinion is mixed with the truth of God, the guidance of God. Instead of checking if I have made a mistake, I say, “But this one is also making a mistake; even the seniors do this.” So, if the seniors do something wrong, it means the wrong thing they do is made right? What is wrong is wrong, it does not mean that I have got the license to commit this mistake just because others are doing wrong. This is called mixing falsehood, wrong understanding of my opinion, and it becomes a bondage, it becomes a burden. So, falsehood is burden. Bondage is burden, it would not make me light as it blocks my intellect. Then I mix the ignorance of my own self and calls it knowledge, I call it argument, I call it giving proof of it. When you protect yourself using ignorance, your sanskaras will not change.

With an honest heart, I realise what I have to change, not what others have to change. Others have to change only when I change. In this way, my sanskaras are lighter and easier, not pulled by anyone. I will create sanskaras which are connected with Godly sanskaras. Then God is pleased with me. I am pleased with myself and others are so pleased. Then this truth brings satisfaction. Even if I have to leave the body, it is okay to leave the body. If at this present time, I am to stay here to do Godly service, I am fine. If God needs me to go somewhere else in a new place, in the new dress, in the new role, I am also happy and not perplexed. I am not distressed nor am I influenced by any of my past sanskaras. Fear, tension and weaknesses are all past sanskaras.  My present sanskaras will become a future president. The new sanskaras I am creating are making a new sansar, a new world.

When the mind is peaceful and healthy, automatically, I am dealing with my body with the truth as a trustee, as master of my body. It is true that I have to look after it but I am not attached to it. Neither am I attached to my body nor to my bodily relations. Truth is like with the quality of a lotus flower, whilst living in this dirty water, it still is detached.

With detached consciousness, one is selfless and benevolent. As you serve, you receive satisfaction from the self,  blessing from others and power from Baba. So we need to practise the balance of all the subjects, to become the master of the truth, seated always on this throne, without leaving the throne of truth. Because this is a true throne. Baba’s Heart the True Heart, the Comforter of heart. With an honest heart, I am sitting here. With an honest heart, I am sitting in Heart of the Bestower of Blessings. Then I am able to do service with the heart, with the head, and with the hands. All three are in harmony: heart, head and hand; the sanskaras, the intellect and the mind. Then God is pleased.

To say “peace of mind” is incomplete. The soul has to become peaceful. In the same way, the soul is truth and should become the embodiment of truth. Then God is pleased with us and we are pleased with each other. Om shanti.

The programme in Wales was four hours. We spent nine hours in the car journey. But they were very good programmes. Both programmes were filled with a lot of enthusiasm. I was happy to see Baba’s children of 38 years, and these original jewels were shining. I was very happy to see them. It was nice to be present there after a long time. They were good programmes. It is a good family with a lot of intoxication and cooperation with each other. It was a joyful experience.

Om shanti.

Sudesh Didi – 5th November 2021 Diwali Morning Class - GCH, London:  Ever-healthy through the laws of spirituality

5 November 2021

Om Shanti. Om Prem. Om Anand. Om Atindriya sukh. Supersensuous joy.

Saal Mubaarak! (Happy New Year) Saal Mubaarak! Javaab nahin dete? (You don’t give a response?)

[Sister Jaymini: Nutan varsh abhinandan. (New Year Greetings.)]

In English: Welcome and Greetings of the New Year! In the calendar, we are now 2021. According to Vikram Samvat calendar, the Indian calendar, it is a different year. It is 2079. It is the new year day. We have been giving greetings, Happy Diwali, Happy New Year. When you send greetings to someone, you say, “May you be healthy, wealthy and happy.” You do not say happy, healthy, wealthy.

Happiness is the result of being healthy and wealthy. The real blessing of being healthy is to get the blessings of being ever-healthy. What actually is health? With physical health, we go to the doctor for check-up and for help. But can the doctors really diagnose the disease? Do the doctors diagnose or do the machines diagnose? Whenever you go to the doctor, even if it is a blood test, the doctors give diagnoses according to the results on the machines. So, the machine is diagnosing ‘the Machine’ (the physical body).  The machine does not diagnose the sickness of the person; the machine diagnoses matter. Matter has affected matter. It is important to recognise how matter is affecting and how matter is behind the sickness and the weakness. Baba said today that you have been diseased for how long? For 2500 years, you have been ill and no one could help you to cure that disease. You could not experience being healthy. In fact, the disease became more serious, more chronic, the pain has gone so deep, just like the disease goes into bones. In the same way, the deep disease has gone into your sanskaras. And this disease can only be cured by the Supreme Surgeon. In order to get the blessing of being ever-healthy, it is not through any kind of physical surgery, Baba says, remembrance is the main cure.

In remembrance, there are many obstacles. In knowledge, there are no obstacles. But knowledge helps you to recognise the obstacles and this is why Ganesh is known as the God of Wisdom, the knowledgeable, who is able to understand the beginning middle and the end, the cause and the effect of the sickness. So, Baba, the Ocean of Knowledge, is making us the oceans of knowledge, the suns of knowledge. Then we recognise that the cause of sickness is the weakness of the soul. Just like any effect of matter, when we do not follow the laws of nature, immediately the body gets affected. If you are in cold weather, and are not following the laws of nature, our body will be affected. If we are careful and respecting the laws of nature, we are protected. So, in the same way, when we are respecting the laws of spirituality, the soul remains healthy. With the sickness of the body, according to the WHO, there is an increasing number of psychosomatic diseases. They come from the soul; they come from the mind. Psychology tries to provide the right understanding, the right knowledge of the sicknesses in order for patients to keep healthy.

You are the master of your body who also supports the body with the right method. Matter can cure matter, but matter cannot cure the mind. The sickness begins from the mind and this is why you need to remove the cause. Baba says, “Remember Me.” If you are remembering what happens, thinking too much about why the sickness comes, blaming or talking about it, saying, “The medicine is not good. The doctors cannot diagnose,” Then in our heart, we the blame situation and circumstance. In this way, we are making our mind weaker as we connect ourselves more with matter without understanding the cause behind. So Baba says in today’s murli, “Remember me and I guarantee that all your sins will be absolved.”

What is karmic account? What are sins? Sins are actions which are done against the laws of spirituality. Anything that is done against the laws certainly brings the consequence. The law of spirituality is: Do everything in soul consciousness. Do everything in Baba’s remembrance. When physical sicknesses is not cured, many go into blame or begin to remember the body and bodily relations. From Copper Age, this is how sickness started. Physical sickness, or mental sickness, or social sickness, or moral sickness starts from the weakness of the mind, of becoming body conscious. Without being soul conscious, one cannot cure the pain and the sickness of the soul.

We become healthy by being soul conscious and by us remembering Baba. By being soul conscious, we have intoxication and joy, “I'm child of the Almighty Authority.” Sorrow can be healed by joy and happiness, just like fire is extinguished by the coolness of water. Baba is the Remover of sorrow, the Liberator of suffering. We now remember the truth that, behind all suffering is our ignorance, our body consciousness, our carelessness, the vices and weaknesses. And all this is because of forgetting Baba. So may you be healthy!

How do we become wealthy? Health is wealth, and the wealth of knowledge heals us, because we are able to understand the cause of sickness. Most of the time, suffering comes in the mind in the form of negative tendencies, such as blame, criticism, jealousy, competition and comparison. They are not called sicknesses. But root of this kind of behaviour becomes from anger, our reaction comes with ego, our rejection comes from wrong authority. Then sickness comes in, and instead of generating love in the heart, we begin to generate hate, we begin to generate reactions. As they are connected with weaknesses, vices, defects, the effect is that, gradually, the body and mind both are diseased, you lose the joy; you become anxious; you become sick. Baba teaches us to make sure that the chronic diseases, the vices, are removed. The chronic diseases are in the soul, and that continues not only just in one birth. The soul has been connected with matter for many births. Satopradhan matter, satopradhan soul. Matter is changing because the soul is changing, losing its truth. When I recognise the truth behind, I will not blame others, but will understand. Baba says Ganesh is vighan-vinaashak, the destroyer of obstacle, the knower of the three aspects of the time.

The deep cause behind sorrow is either not understanding that vices are the cause of suffering. My nature and my behaviour are causing me pain, or my desires are diseased, which are not fulfilled, then I become more and more possessive, “They should do it like this,” “They should change,” “Their behaviour should be good,” “They should be looking after me.” Then we become more and more negative inside in relationships as well.

[Sister Jaymini: Baba ne kaha aaj, “63 janm ham bahut beemaar rahe. Koee davaee nahin huee to naasoor ban gaya.” (Baba said today, “We were very ill for 63 births and had no medicine and so we became diseased.”)]

Yes, this is what I am speaking about, I am taking this point, for 63 births, we have been diseased, and this disease is sitting inside in the form of weaknesses and vices, and not understanding that it is not anybody's fault. It is our own change of consciousness, from soul conscious to body conscious, from self-attention to blaming others, or not understanding the situations and having a lot of expectations.

There is a real example. One woman, 40 years old had developed severe arthritis, and could not walk except with a walking stick. Her family doctor knew that she has a very difficult childhood. She blamed her mother for not looking after her, but left her in a hostel, while the mother herself was busy with her own activities. Gradually, she had developed a lot of reactions, rejection to her mother. Internally, as her dissatisfaction increases, externally, more and more weakness in arthritis. When asked why she was so sick? She replied, “No doctor can cure me. They always just do this and do that. But nobody can actually help me.” The doctor said, “But I know the cure. You can help yourself.” He asked her to go beyond the reason. He reminded her, “Your father was an alcoholic. And your mother was so caring, trying to look after and protect the children. She had to work hard and went to work in people's houses to clean and to grind the grains and also to help in the field and the whole day she was away. Her mother would lock her in while she was away working to earn money. The doctor explained, “Your mother tried to protect you from your father and she was working day and night to earn some money for you. Just think about it. Her intention was not to neglect you. Her intention was to help you but your attention was only on her not spending time or paying attention to you. That tension of attention has made a difference between you and your mother and the negative feelings you have developed went deeper and deeper.”  The doctor has changed her attitude. Our illness is not the doctor’s fault. Sometimes we do blame them for sending us from one department to another department. We must understand that the area they are responsible for is only limited. For example, the ENT department maybe very much connected. Ear throat or nose. If I have an ear problem but I go to the dentist. No matter how much I tell them my hearing is gone, “Please can you help me,” If he says, “Sorry, this is not my department.” I cannot get angry with him for sending me to another department. They are called ENT, but this is a different department. So, these are also different departments: expectations, reaction, and the aspect about anger which, Baba says, is a very bad habit. Baba also mentions about telling lies. But sometimes, instead of recognizing and accepting our weakness, we blame others. And in this way, we lose our happiness. We remember other people more by blaming, by making excuses. But Baba said today, “Remember me and I guarantee I will absolve all your sins.”

Remembering, in essence, is that, I am soul, the child of God.  I am the child of the Almighty Authority. I am the child of the Purifier. As I go deep into the truth of who I am, I become satopradhan. The truth is the soul is sick, and not the body. But because the soul became sick, the body also becomes sick. This is why it is important to heal the soul and the body, and not that because the soul is sick, I only take care of the soul. No. The effect is also on the body. So both the driver and the car have to be looked after carefully.

The body does not know what pain is, the body does not know what sickness is. But it has an effect. As I am suffering from my weaknesses, with anxiety, with my reactions and my dissatisfaction, more and more it creates an effect on the body. So the blessing is, ‘May you be healthy’ first: healthy in the mind is by having deep remembrance, love-full remembrance, thankful remembrance, gratitude remembrance, Drama-is-wonderful remembrance. When realisation is there, the cure is there.

Due to the separation from Baba, my actions have become negative, my thinking has become negative. I am always thinking about others who have made a mistake. And I miss the point of taking something from Baba. Mistake, what is mistake? I miss what I have to take from Baba, and I have mistaken it as getting from others.

The New Year’s gift is, “Being healthy in the mind, wealthy in the knowledge and happy in relationship with God.” Then not only am I happy, there is supersensuous joy. Baba says you will experience supersensuous joy because of recognising the truth that the soul has to be purified. This is why more remembrance is needed and cure is also needed. Remembrance and cure for the body. Whilst ensuring that I do not neglect the needs of the body, I should also ensure I do not allow the effect of others to enter the mind. As I am seeing the defects in others and blaming others, I am creating new karmic account. While wanting to settle the present account of physical sickness, I am creating more. New Year means finishing the past account and only creating new elevated powerful account. This is why Baba says in the Slogan, you will have will power by willing your weaknesses to Him. Inner weaknesses are within; weaknesses outside are without. So within and without, with myself and with others, surrender them completely. Here, ‘will’ is not anything else. It is rendering myself, being introspective, then automatically the truth is connected. Then there will be realisation. I was relating the story of the sister who had severe arthritis. After realisation, within two years, she became healthy and happy because she had forgiven her mother.  The doctor told her that the best cure is to forgive her mother. Baba tells us to will all our weaknesses to Him and then we will become strong. Today Baba use the words, “By remembering, you will experience supersensuous joy.” Then you become healthy, you are cured and you become strong.

So this New Year, may you be ever-healthy and ever-wealthy:  healthy in yoga with yoga power; wealthy with the knowledge by being Ganesh, the knower of the three aspects of time; and happy that I am the child of God. The mantra of Dadi Janki: Who am I? Who do I belong to? Who belongs to me? Main kaun? Mera kaun? Baba is my Doctor. Baba is my Mother. Baba is my Father. Baba is my wealth. Baba is my health. This is mera kaun. And main kaun, I am a very fortunate soul. I am lucky soul. Bhagwan krishna ka naam Bhagyavan, the Fortunate one. So may this new year brings health, wealth and happiness to all of you so that we remain healthy for the whole cycle. Om shanti.
